About Jessica:
Jessica grew up in a west-London council estate, was expelled from school at 15 with four GCSEs and became a mother just two years later. After a chance meeting with celebrity publicist Connie Filippello, Jessica worked her way from office junior to founding her own influential boutique agency, JHPR, which she ran for over a decade.
After struggling to find greetings cards that were representative of her daughter, Jessica launched award-winning multicultural greeting card company, Color Blind Cards, in 2006. The innovative venture became the first independent Black card brand to secure high-street presence in the UK and drove an early conversation around the importance of diverse representation in retail. Color Blind went on to be distributed in the USA and South Africa.
Labelled one of Britain’s Most Inspiring Entrepreneurs by the Evening Standard, Jessica was honoured with an MBE in 2014 for entrepreneurship and her contribution to diversity. In 2016, when Jessica’s father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, for the first time in her life she stopped doing and became present. Her experience caring for her beloved father prompted a total transformation of her life and inspired her first book, Purpose, which was published by Hay House in 2018, and updated in 2021.
Passionate about challenging the ideologies which we hold around success, Jessica has shared the insights from the awakening that inspired her book everywhere, from corporations such as Google, EY, Grant Thornton, Virgin Media and Credit Suisse, to community projects, schools, charities and even her own Tedx Talk.

Imagine one seemingly ordinary question transforming your entire life. In this inspirational conversation, James delves into his background growing up in Andover Estate, Islington, and how two pivotal experiences - the tragic loss of his father and witnessing a devastating gang fight—made him rethink his ambitions and ultimately choose the path of a youth worker. A sum so small it seemed inconsequential, but to James, it ignited a realisation that has since fueled a nationwide impact. We explore James' philosophy of 'support and challenge,' the crucial balance of guidance and expectation that shapes our youth. He also shares valuable insights on how telling the truth in a loving way is key, tips for building an effective team, and how to connect with your own 'why' to drive change. Listen in as James Aidoo reveals how storytelling can be a powerful force for social impact, and offers practical advice for aspiring changemakers. You won't want to miss the story behind the question that transformed his life and is inspiring the lives of countless young people. What if we told you that we had discovered the key to finding happiness! And...it's not as difficult as you may think to find.

Samantha Clarke knows first hand how difficult it is to find happiness in this day and age. She has battled with sickle cell her entire life. Yet despite this, in our interview with her she discusses how through her own journey of self-discovery she was able to find happiness. And that how even in the midst of all of these life pressures, happiness is just around the corner for anybody who wants it.
Samantha Clarke is a happiness consultant and advisor to founders, leaders and all those who manage people, on how to navigate the impact of technology on happiness at work, elevate emotional intelligence and build company culture, relationships and environments that support, retain and attract happy employees and teams.
