Jay remainsdedicated to servant leadership and has pivoted from dismantling improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in combat todismantling stress in peoples’ lives. He advances the lives of others with a proven track record of decisively leading teams to deliver results in high-pressure and sometimes, quite literally, highly explosive environments. Jay brings acalm, friendly demeanor, expert communication skills, and sound judgment to volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations.
