Krishna Kaur, a dynamic, heart centered Yoga teacher, began studying yoga in 1970 and has passionately taught the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and Self Awareness for over 40 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her teaching in Africa, Mexico, and inner cities throughout the United States.
A master teacher trainer, she conducts workshops in Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Krishna is certified by the 3HO Foundation and the Kundalini Research Institute as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer of both Level I and II. She is the regional coordinator for 3HO Africa, which unites Kundalini Yoga in Africa. Krishna also founded and runs Y.O.G.A. for Youth, a non-profit dedicated to training yoga teachers to work with at-risk youth and creating yoga programs in schools and juvenile facilities. Under the business name of 10th Gate Yoga, Kaur opened the first yoga center in South Central Los Angeles and continues to train yoga teachers, teach workshops, and bring yoga to the underserved populations throughout the world.
She currently lives in Los Angeles, California and teaches on Monday evenings at her 10th Gate Yoga home studio.

T.J Ward Is a former American football safety who played for eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL).

Nandy McClean was also lead singer, along with her twin sister Maya McClean of band Heroine December who released their EP Target Practice and single Balloon in (2014). Nandy is executive producer of Prince's sexy music video "Breakfast Can Wait" (2013). She is also known for photographing the artist Prince, producing, and directing promotional videos for Prince's last record "HitnRun." (2015). Nandy McClean is founder and director of production company NM FILMS (2014-Present). NM FILMS creates, develops, and produces music videos, promotional content, and films that awaken the human condition. In 2019 she directed India Arie's "Steady Love" video which was nominated for an NAACP award. Nandy had continued to create content for clients such as Jazmine Sutherland, Lifetime, Strong Black Lead and Nexflix into (2022).
Maya McClean has been living a life of passion since she was 7 years old. She first discovered the power of following her intuition and passion when her dream of meeting Michael Jackson came true 13 years later in Sydney Australia. Her next dream was to dance for him. While training as a dancer and working professionally in Sydney, she discovered her passion for singing and moved to America. Marla Gibbs showed up on 1970s television with a bang in middle age . Landing the feisty maid role on the popular ground-breaking CBS sitcom The Jeffersons (1975), eventually led to her very own sitcom 227 (1985) a decade later and international celebrity.
n eight-time NAACP Image Award winner, Marla has received several honors over the years, including Essence Woman of the Year. She has not carried a series since "227", but has been seen from time to time on other popular shows, including ER (1994), Cold Case (2003), Chappelle's Show (2003), Judging Amy (1999), Touched by an Angel (1994), The King of Queens (1998) and Dawson's Creek (1998). She has also had recurring roles on daytime (Passions (1999)) as well as prime-time (Pryor's Place (1984), The Hughleys (1998)) and gave a knowing portrayal as Natalie Cole's mother in the heart-warming television movie, Lily in Winter (1994).
