The Jacksonville Area Speech Pathology Association (JASPA) is an organization that provides CEUs and networking opportunities to Speech Language Pathologists in Jacksonville, FL. And yes, the 'L' for Language is silent in the title and abbreviation. We hope this podcast helps our fellow SLPs build connections, feel inspired to action, and improve the quality of our professional lives. To our Jax SLPs, you are not alone.
Diving back into our April CEU on "The Art of RtI" with Wyndi Capeci. We discuss the initial intention of RtI, SLP roles and responsibilities, playing in the sandbox with our schools and organizations, adapting to challenges, and collaboration styles. Further practicals from JASPA's April course and praise from Wyndi for you amazing SLPs.
Wyndi L Capeci is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Jackonsville University and VP of Educational Services for FLASHA. She has a Masters in Communication Disorders and one in Special Education and is completing her doctorate in Counseling and Trauma. Wyndi’s career has focused on early intervention and school aged services.
