Today's episode is the final episode of season 2. For our season finale, I sit down and chat with fitness entrepreneur and influencer Maria Leguizamon, whose online community numbers thousands of enthusiastic followers (many of them busy Latinas). I spoke to Maria about  why she doesn't like diet culture, her tips for staying motivated, and how to deal with haters. We on this podcast are fans of Maria's super fun and lively program, Colombian Mafia Fit, but it should be noted that it is a strenuous workout program, and you should always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. I know this episode and Maria motivated me to move and feel the joy from within, so I hope you feel it, too. Enjoy!
