The Lede Graf podcast is about telling the story that may have been overlooked or delving deeper into a particular topic. Focusing on the narratives and news from marginalized groups, I hope to bring those stories to the forefront.
Today’s episode is the second of a new series where I’m highlighting Black folx that should have been The Lede Graf. While February is over, Black History isn’t just regulated to one month but should be celebrated year-round. Today's episode celebrates the life and legacy of the first Black fighter pilot Eugene Bullard.

While there’s a lot to cover when it comes to talking about consent in the medical field or even medical racism, I’m going to focus on the use of Henrietta Lacks’ cells and general medical consent when it comes to research.

In this week's episode of The Lede Graf, I do a quick deep dive into the ongoing protest of India's farmers against the recently passed three farming reform acts. India's farmers have been protesting since August of 2020 citing that the new legislation will negatively impact their livelihoods. 86% of India's farmers are considered small. With the passing of these legislations, farmers believe they will hurt an already suffering community.
