Mindful Mondays - FRICTIONLESS, FEARLESS AND FREE
This week we are talking about less drama, less fear and more freedom… In order to ground ourselves, we have to be ready to let go of old patterns that no longer serve us. We have to move out of fear and create more love…we have to let go of a lot of the friction and the triggers, and allow ourselves to become more calm. This week’s grounding will help you kick off the week to more freedom, adventure and fun!
Shhh... Are you listening? Are you listening to yourself or other people? We have become a society of talkers and agendas instead of actively listening to others and what they have to say. We have even stopped listening to ourselves. Let this week's grounding be a reminder to tap in and tune in to you. It is in that small, quiet, and still voice that we can learn to hear.
Are you Listening?
Mindful Mondays - ANTICIPATING GREATNESS
Are you waiting on the sidelines of your own life? Are you expecting good things? Are you expecting greatness from yourself? Life is a series of experiences that either train you to be extraordinary or train you to accept your current circumstances. The longer we stay in the status quo, the easier it is to stay in the energy of "average." Don't let your current situation dictate your next steps and life ahead. Use this week's ground to start to "anticipate greatness."
Mindful Mondays - HONORING
Honoring yourself is one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself. Take a journey into this week's grounding by spending some time with you. Letting yourself become the priority instead of the outside world.
Mindful Mondays - PLAY TIME
Play is important in life, not just for children but also for adults. Engaging in fun, playful activities can help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve mental and physical health. It can also stimulate creativity and problem-solving skills, strengthen social connections, and improve productivity and job performance.

This week's Mindful Mondays reminds us that all work and no play is not good for your wellbeing. Get out there and play and start with this week's grounding.
Mindful Mondays - TIME OUT
Taking time out in life is important for several reasons.
Firstly, it allows you to recharge and rejuvenate, which is essential for your mental and physical well-being. When you take a break from your daily routine, you can relax and focus on activities that you enjoy, such as spending time with loved ones, engaging in hobbies, or traveling.
Secondly, taking time out can help you gain perspective on your life and make important decisions. When you step back from your daily routine, you can reflect on your goals and priorities, and make changes if necessary.
Finally, taking time out can help you prevent burnout and increase productivity. By taking breaks and allowing yourself time to rest, you can come back to your work or daily routine feeling refreshed and motivated.
Overall, taking time out is essential for maintaining your well-being, gaining perspective, and increasing productivity in the long run.
In this week's Mindful Mondays, the grounding will help you recharge your life energy so you can flow with all of the demands of daily living.

When we believe that anything is possible, and can bring a sense of excitement and fulfillment to our lives. By taking risks and exploring new opportunities, we can discover our passions and live a more fulfilling life.

Giving yourself permission normally means allowing yourself to have or do something. This week, we are focusing on giving ourselves permission to be ourselves, to go for it - to have what we want. You may have to step it up a notch and say "YES" to Life!

In this week's Mindful Mondays we will explore the topic of trust.
Trust is tricky because it is broad and our brains are wired to trust people who are similar to us. So, we have to look beyond appearances and really ask ourselves how well we trust our loved ones, our co-workers, or even ourselves. What I find is that trust first starts at home with you. Have you supported your words with action or are you abandoning yourself when you don't see the reaction or the behavior that you want? Standing in trust and learning how to trust the process means becoming more aware of why you do or don't trust.
LifeBites: Are you willing to trust the process? Why or why not?

This week's Mindful Mondays is a great reminder to focus on the gifts you bring to your life and those of others. So often we focus on our problems, weak areas, or imperfections. Bless them as they will build up your level of gratitude to help your heart sing and your soul celebrate all the beautiful ways about you.
