Let's talk marriage will talk today at noon about Pedophilia and the problems we have in our community and homes. Pedophilia is a psychological disorder characterized by persistent sexual attraction to prepubescent children. It is important to understand that having pedophilic thoughts or fantasies is not illegal, but acting on them in any way, such as by engaging in sexual activities with children, is a criminal offense and a severe violation of ethical and moral standards. As a therapist, combating pedophilia involves several key strategies:Prevention and Education: Educate clients and the community about the nature of pedophilia, emphasizing that having these thoughts does not make someone a bad person, but acting on them is harmful. Provide resources and support for individuals struggling with pedophilic thoughts to seek help before any harm occurs.Therapeutic Intervention: Offer specialized therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or a combination of approaches tailored to the individual's needs. Focus on addressing distorted thought patterns, developing coping strategies, and building empathy to prevent harmful behaviors.Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood of the client acting on their urges. Develop risk management plans that may include monitoring, supervision, and restriction of access to potential victims.Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement, child protection agencies, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to combating pedophilia. Report any suspected or disclosed instances of child abuse or exploitation immediately.Support Networks: Encourage clients to engage with support groups or online communities specifically designed for individuals with pedophilic attractions who are committed to preventing harm. These networks can provide peer support, accountability, and additional resources. It's crucial to approach this issue with sensitivity, empathy, and a focus on prevention and harm reduction. By addressing pedophilia through therapeutic interventions and collaborative efforts, therapists can play a significant role in protecting children and promoting safer communities.#SaveOurChildren#marriage#communityengagement

The problem is that the Bible never teaches this doctrine. It is a completely man-made doctrine. Some have wrongly attempted to teach that the story of Onan in the Bible confirms that God only allows sex that is penile-vaginal intercourse and that the man must finish in his wife’s vagina each and every time. We will talk about this and so much more on let's talk marriage.

Children in a marriage can be fun, until they grow up and start asking you for things. Some things can be material, but here lately our son has been asking for a girlfriend. Mom and Dad I want this or that, but most importantly I would like to date. Our son, "whose 10 years old by the way",  continues to ask if he could start dating. As a parent at what age do you allow your children to date, or have the opposite sex friends to hang out with? And if you don't allow the children to be free or date what are your fears?

Does an ex have all the rights to the children after a relationship has ended? I mean the courts almost always choose the mother over the father to raise the child even in a divorce. In recent videos we see men are trying to be good parents but some women are not allowing them. What is this and how can we stop this cycle of toxic behavior from not only the women, but men too? Do we not see that the children are watching? Do we care, or are we focused more focused on our own selfish ambition?

This Sunday will be special. Not only is it father's day, but it's "sperm daddy donor day" as well - well that's what most women have been calling it every year. They are both the mother and the father they say. My husband and I have always asked the question, if the father is just a "sperm donor what does that make the mother"?  We know everyone's story is different, but we are tired of hearing: I am the father and mother when you can't be both. So, we have invited a few good men to come the show this Sunday live on YouTube only.

So let's talk about sex in a marriage. How often should we have sex, and since the bible talks about the bed being undefiled is there anything that can defile it? That and so much more with Teonna and Greg Thompson on Let's Talk Marriage.

Join us as we go into the age old question of why men cheat. We were discussing a marriage of an old associate or ours and all the things that could have gone right in that marriage that ended after 25years. Once their marriage ended it was like our friendship ended with them, and not because they didn't want to be friends, but because there were a lot of moving parts that we couldn't associate with. My husband made the decision to protect us and removed us from a situation that could have pulled us in deeper than we needed to be. Thank God for that decision because we could have ended up dead or in jail. Phew, what a bullet we dodged "literally". But what happened and why do people allow other women or men into their bedroom? And if the bed of marriage is undefiled can anything defile it? That and so much more on the next Let's Talk Marriage
