Our Motto here is Safe Places Create Healing Spaces. PouringItOut.TO is a platform created for WOC and the upcoming generation of Young Girls of Colour to assist them on their Healing Journey. We are dedicated to empowering the mental health of both. Society has created this environment where particular topics regarding mental health, sex, love, relationships just to name a few are either taboo, hush hush or rare things meant not to address. We face these realities everyday, yet our experiences are often overlooked or downplayed. Not anymore, that cycle has stopped here. We are healing Sis!
