How are you? How are you getting on? I hope that you have had a good week and are feeling amazing, despite the colder weather at the moment here in the UK,
It was Earth Day earlier on this week and I being guided to share a problem that has got worse in recent years in Avebury, and in other sacred sites across the globe,
Here in Avebury for example, the beautiful Beech Trees, known to some as The Tolkein Trees have somehow become a magnet for plastic offerings in recent years - I remember the first time someone said to me 'Oh I love the Wishing Trees in Avebury' and I wondered where they were talking about! I had not realised that the beautiful Beech Trees had gone about an urban name change from visitors,
The problem with tying a ribbon, or a cable tie, or a nappy (just some of the things tied to the beautiful Beech Trees in Avebury is that as the tree grows the well meant offerings don't - and they strangle the trees. Even flowers brought in can harm the native wildlife,
So this Earth Day I am being guided to offer a suggestion that next time you visit one of these sacred sites, try offering a song, poem, dance instead - you may find it even more magical when you listen to the trees response,
We are coming up to Beltane, a time for dancing and celebration - this theme is continued in the Shine Your Light Goddess, Shine Your Light Bootcamp as we are working with the Goddess of Dance this May,

How are you? How are you getting on? I am speaking to alot of people at the moment who are facing alot of lightness and darkness in their lives - the eclipse and the new moon coming so close together seem to have brought up alot of stuff for alot of people and a wave of change for people - sending hugs to you if you are still landing from it all,

How are you? How are you getting on? Happy Easter if you are stopping to honour at this time,
I am easing into gentle comforting energy which getting stuff done. It made me realise how much I am about softening the edges of the deep energetic work I do with clients with kindness and compassion.

How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I hope you had the most amazing week - we are hurtling towards Christmas aren't we! How did that happen?
I mentioned in my video that my puddy cat Jasper had an operation this week, I am pleased to say his operation went well and he is doing so well now, hurrah indeed,
Preparing him for his operation reminded me of how often those of us who care deeply about others and the world can put ourselves at the bottom of the list sometimes, because that is who we are at the core - and then we have to remember to bring ourselves up the list sometimes,
I had to keep both my boys in, I was so worried about them - they hate it when they get locked in for any reason usually - I told them why of course, and kept them in - and then worried about them! Meanwhile, they were absolutely fine, curled up, went to sleep, no arguments or rattling the catflap in protest, as has happened in the past,
So, it was me that kept waking up to check up on them, it was me that worried, not them - it got me thinking about how sometimes we can worry about people and situations out of our control, when actually everything is ok, and we can rest the worry at our feet for awhile - if this is a timely reminder to rest your worries about others down, I hope it serves you well,

How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I hope you had the most amazing week - thank you so very much for all of your amazing messages that I have received with words of sympathy and advice following on from my house move and two collapsed chains now, one up and one down - your words have helped so very much, thank you,
This whole process has reminded me why I do what I do, I weave in so much mindfulness and magic into my day, deep breathing exercises whilst the kettle is boiling for example so that it is easy to manage and do,
There were a few points in the last few months where the house search has got in the way of my spiritual and mindful practices - and I only realised when my energies really started to ebb,
Taking time out for me was everything at this point, bringing back in the mindfulness, the mediations, the listening to my guides, angels, the archangels, the Goddesses of Spirit was everything. I asked for guidance on where I should move to, was shown a floor plan in mediation, switched up my house search to match that floorplan and found my new home, put an offer on it and it was accepted - so so blinking blessed to have so much unseen support around me,
That is why I do what I do, and such a reminder that when life gets tough, turning to the unseen support all around us is everything.

I have been feeling into this myself as I realised I planned a little bit too much, trying to empty Dads house out AND sort my house out at the same time was a tad ambitious, however I moved the goal of my house and am on track to meet that goal and have given myself compassion for that shift of a deadline - compassion is everything, so if you are behind on where you wanted to be this year, be kind to you and look at what you CAN so now towards your dreams,

Two stories - same message, it is about taking time to stop and listen to the Universe, and the magic that unfolds when we take action on the messages we have divined,
First story - everything on paper makes sense for me to spend time and energy inviting more amazing Women of Spirit into our Shine Your Light Goddess, Shine Your Light Bootcamp at the moment (door is open if it is calling you to step into circle with us) However, I am being drawn to spend more time, send more emails about inviting you to step into our Learn How To Read Oracle Cards Retreat on the 28th April,
I have questioned why I am being told to do this, I have questioned alot - on paper it makes sense to focus on Shine Your Light Goddess Bootcamp (we even have our monthly call this evening!)
I even did a full Tarot Reading for myself on Monday questioning it - again the message was clear, send emails about the Oracle Card Day - I questioned again and last night, mid clearing out an old file of paperwork I found my course outline for what I think was probably the first ever Tarot Course I ran - way back in 2010! A shorter video today, toothache means ouchiness & less smiles from me, and i'm off to the emergency dentist as I type - so blinking grateful!

Quick update on the dentist thing now I'm home - yup, it was an emergency tooth extraction & as I came out of the dentists room one of my friends happened to be in the same surgery for a check up & gave me a lift home - so blinking grateful!

It can be harder as the days start to get shorter and being mindful of this can help, as you can take steps to help your soul as winter draws in - for example if you have a sad lamp, pull it out and switch in on every morning, taking a vitamin d tablet daily, getting out for a walk at lunchtime so that you see daylight - these small steps can make a big difference come winter solstice and January. Be kind to yourself if you have darker days - know that the light will return, as we walk towards Winter Solstice we get closer to the light returning - so hold onto that image beautifully.

How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I so hope you are so well - I hope you have as magical a week as possible. For me I am having a reflective week, having had three family bereavements since March, I am just starting to process the deeper emotions - and I am extremely grateful I do what I do as being able to nurture my soul with self care, meditation, mindfulness, magic has been everything. On reflection my summer has been a balance of enjoying life as much as possible whilst giving myself space to grieve and honour the souls who left us this year. The attitude of gratitude can come across a bit corny sometimes - and it has really really helped me in my lowest hours as we mourned the three family members as they passed - if you are having a tough time at the moment I can't recommend it enough - from being grateful to my puddy cats who snuggled to me as I wept, to the tea that warmed by body and soothed my soul, to the music that lifted my spirits at each festival I attended, to the internet for allowing me to serve customers from around the globe both in 1-1 sessions and pre-recorded modules for courses, that were as fresh as the day they were recorded (which helped SO much) all of that gratitude has helped me so much, So, if you are having a rough ride at the moment, try it and see if it soothes your soul too - if it doesn't all good, try something else, as they say, no harm in trying!

How was August for you? How is September? Sending you a big hug if you have had a rocky time, and a big hug if you have had an amazing time - and a big hug if you could just use one right now, When I sit and reflect back, as I often do at the beginning of September - August for me was full of highs and lows, I went to lots of music events, festivals, I went to see Abba Voyage, incredible - some magical highs.

And some lows, in August we had 2 family bereavements, so 3 family bereavements for us since March - so it has been emotional. So it has been a time of reflection, a time of highs, a time of lows, a time of processing - and a reminder of what's important in life. A reminder that what is often pumped out of the news channels is not always important in the grand scheme of things.

I am so grateful I do what I do, so have implemented some self care techniques to help me get through some pretty challenging times - and breathe huh!
