We confess our sins first because God tells us to (see James 5:6). Second, because confessing a sin breaks its power over us, since the power of sin grows more readily in the dark.
The greatest legacy we can leave behind for our children is a personal record of godly integrity. We can by the help of the Holy Spirit, develop sound moral character, it will be a great gift to our children, a gift that will last for generations.
If the Sovereign God, the creator and sustainer of the universe says that we can only come to Him through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, then that is the only way there will ever be for us. Blessings!
Give and forget the gift. Nothing you give or do for those in need is ever wasted. Even if your actions goes unnoticed, are unappreciated or unacknowledged here on earth, God knows what you have done and He will reward you. Blessings!
Setting priorities is a matter of the heart. And the greatest pursuit of our life begins when we set our heart to seek after the Lord. When seeking the Kingdom of God becomes your greatest desire above everything else, you are headed in the right direction. Blessings!
We live in a time when success has been colored by different individual standards and worldly criteria. Do not be deceived, real success is never about your own intelligence, educational qualifications, acquired wealth, fame, status, beauty or talent. Rather, it is about the Lord Jesus Christ shining through you.
