What's good my people! I am a full time entrepreneur and a veteran of corporate America. I will take you on a journey of what it's like to transition from a high salary 9 to 5 job to starting your own business. It's not all glamorous as tv and media would have you believe, but it can be. I come from a two parent home that didn’t have a lot of resources but I became successful despite my environment and obstacles. I know what it’s like to start from square one. It's time to put a spotlight on the great fathers. We don't appreciate the hard work and sacrifices fathers make for our benefit. I was blessed to have a strong father that wanted the best for me. In honor of him and this day I created a video with some of the lessons that I learned. Even if you didn't have a father in your life these lessons still apply.

The NAACP has been around since 1909 and what do we really have to show for it in today's culture. Do young adults and children even know what the NAACP stands for? The combination of lack of current impact along with celebrating Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union just shows how much the NAACP is not a representation of my vision of advancement. We need real leadership and they are not it. Am I wrong??

Everyone was excited for Wakanda Forever. I can't say that I was, especially with the passing of the great Chadwick Boseman. I know Marvel was put into a unique situation where the star of a franchise passes away in between movies so I give some grace for some things...but there are too many incidents of character assassination of T'challa that made me truly not like the movie. I never thought I would see the day when women criticize the former first lady, Michelle Obama especially when giving advice on marriage, family and children. Given the state of the culture I really had to listen to what the Passport Bros were coming from and what they are really about. People may not like my opinion on this matter but I will always give you an honest take.
The culture has once again let us down and allowed a young man to be killed way to early. It's sad that even celebrities are victims of the culture. Do black lives matter? Where are the protestors? where are the marches? or is that for only when the offender is white? Until the culture can look at itself in the mirror and demand change from within nothing will change.
Sorry to say but life is more than just money, clothes and garden tools. I grew up when hip hop was diverse and being unique was mandatory. The culture has gotten to a point where everything is so toxic. Can we be honest about the state of the culture? I'm going to give my honest point of view. As a father I noticed that there is a lack of support and encouragement for fathers. I thought instead of complaining I should do something about it. I wanted to give out some advice that I wish someone would've given to me as a new father.

There have been 2 mass shootings in a short period of time. Let's not forget in 2012 20 children were murdered in school and there was no major gun law reform. Which brings us to 2022, why are we so shocked that it is still occurring. As a father I could not begin to feel the pain of the parents of those 19 children that were murdered. It truly breaks my heart.
