Path to Peace is a mission for mental health. My name is Lachlan Querzoli and I interview people who are comfortable sharing their mental health struggles in an open, safe place. I am also an aspiring life coach and I share short think pieces called 'Peace of Advice', aimed to assist with mindset tweaks and for overall growth mentally. Our ‘For the People, by the People’ approach is designed to appeal to all who are struggling with their mental health.
One word: Empower. We strive to empower YOU with the skills, strategies and knowledge to overcome your struggles and work for a life you love.
Hey guys! Today's peace of advice is a short dive into the concept of 'one thought away'. A great reminder that we are always one thought away from an entirely new experience. Trust that the right thoughts will come and they will!
Today's Peace of Advice is about simply listening! I'm really proud of this one. I dive into the topics of evolving, learning to understand rather than hate, and the importance of openly listening instead of narrowly dissecting.Being aware about your actions and their effect on others is a core step to evolving and becoming a better person. Be a part of the solution, not the problem. The example I use throughout is about acceptance of transgender people and generally all people in the LGBTQ+ community. A community which has faced insane hardships throughout history, and many of them are still not accepted today. No matter your environment or upbringing, you need to learn to listen to others when they speak to you. Every human deserves the respect of simply listening to them, hearing them, understanding them, and trying to help them.Attached is a journal article which will help build your understanding of gender diversity, gender identity and sexual orientationhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6677266/
