Max and Steve are here in frustration tones to start as the Flyers fumble the bag by failing to trade JvR, dump players for bad picks, and mislead fans culminating in a boiling point this week. Max and Steve also issue an official boycott of Flyers coverage moving forward (00:25). College basketball conference tournaments go into full swing this week (15:15), while the Sixers end their toughest stretch of the season by stealing a win in Milwaukee on Saturday (20:26). The Union disappoint in Miami by losing 2-0, but they get ready for their first CONCACAF Champions League match on Tuesday against Alianza FC (23:00). The Phillies are in full swing at Spring Training as Steve offers a brief recap of everything happening recently in Clearwater (32:10) before ending the pod with Bets of the Week (36:18)!

Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are here to get you caught up on the early week and ready for the weekend. College tourneys start this weekend as Drexel play on Saturday in CAA tourney while the rest of the City 6 are playing for seeding, including Penn going for top in the Ivy (01:35). The Sixers lose to the Heat as their end of quarter situations continue, as Max has a mini-meltdown over the Sixers being worse this year with smaller title odds (07:41). Steve has an equivalent meltdown at the Flyers over Chuck Fletcher's press conference leaving fans with more questions than answers (14:16). The Eagles make their coordinator hires, getting Brian Johnson at OC and Sean Desai at DC (21:40). Max and Steve preview the Union-Miami match this weekend (25:38) before Bets of the Week (30:50).

The Union shake off the cobwebs and get a 4-1 win over the Columbus Crew, as they recap the excellent play as well as the introduction of Apple TV (00:56). The Sixers get a come from behind win over the Grizzles but give up a big lead and lose to the Celtics, wondering what isn't working with Tyrese Maxey (16:44). In the college sphere, Penn continues to win with a chance to take the Ivy League regular season title with a recap for the rest of the City 6 (23:52). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve are here for your Victory Monday pod, starting with the Eagles committing an aerial assault on the Titans in a 35-10 win. Jalen Hurts threw the ball all over the field, but AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith pass the century mark of receiving yards to push the Eagles to 11-1 leaving Max and Steve to ask if anyone can catch them (00:55). Penn State learned their bowl bid, sending them to Pasadena to play the Utah Utes in the Rose Bowl on January 2nd. Max and Steve briefly preview Utah and discuss Penn State in a future expanded playoff (13:06). Villanova finally gets another win, Temple takes down VCU, and more in the College Basketball world (21:45). The Sixers may have picked up two more losses but they get James Harden back this week. Penn State spanks Rutgers, 55-10, as the Nittany Lions look for their first ten win season since 2019 when they face Michigan State next (21:22). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K. Max and Steve are back to recap everything in Philly sports from the last few days, including the good and the bad. The Phillies lost the World Series is a cataclysmic collapse and try to piece together what happened before offering final thoughts on the postseason run (01:00). The Union added onto the Saturday scaries with a rollercoaster loss in the MLS Cup to LAFC. Max and Steve are still reeling with heartbreak but look to see what needs to be done to try and run it back in 2023 (21:15). Now, onto the good. The Eagles move to 8-0 with a Thursday night win over the Texans. The run game stays hot, as Steve and Max look ahead to where the Eagles first loss may be this season (34:34). The Sixers are dealing with a massive injury bug as Harden is dealing with a foot injury to keep him sidelined for a month and Joel Embiid has missed over a week with the flu. Does this extend Doc's timeline before he is fired (40:53)? The Flyers stay hot and are keeping games close, even in losses, thanks in large part to Carter Hart (43:13). Temple gets their first win in weeks as they dismantle USF 54-28, thanks to the offensive explosion on the ground from Edward Saydee (48:07). Penn State also found themselves in the win column due to the run game with their freshman running back pair of Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen getting four scores on the ground (50:18). The Phillies handle business and win the NLCS in five games to make the Fall Classic. Max and Steve break down each of the games, but also talk about how improbable this was (00:00). The Union drub Toronto FC on Decision Day to the tune of 4-0 in front of the fans at Subaru Park. A Daniel Gazdag hat trick was the trick for the win, and a date next week is in order against either FC Cincinnati or New York Red Bulls (37:10). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve recover and recap after a weekend together, which included three wins for the Phillies against the Nationals. Following Brewers implosions to the Marlins (GO FISH), the Phillies sit one game away from making the postseason where Max and Steve discuss scenarios (00:50). The Eagles recover from an early hole and beat the Jaguars 29-21 thanks to Miles Sanders running up and down the Jags defense, and the Birds defense that wrecked Trevor Lawrence (14:20). The Union failed to show up in Charlotte, lost 4-0, Kai Wagner got a red card, and LAFC won the Supporters Shield. Max and Steve recap it all (23:30). Penn State battled both Northwestern and the rain on the way to a 17-7 win. Good teams win their clunkers (29:57). Welcome back to Views From Lot K! Max and Steve here to recap your weekend, which started with a huge Eagles win over the Commanders. DeVonta Smith had a career day in the first half while the defense was lock down all four quarters. Max and Steve discuss if the lack of second half offense is worrying, but compliment Brandon Graham and the defense for making it not an issue (01:10). The Phillies split the weekend series with the Braves to finish the regular season at Citizens Bank Park. They fight for the final playoff spot, but do not seem to be pushing too hard to get the spot (14:43). Penn State gets a standard win over Central Michigan with Keytron Allen getting 100+ rushing yards in their final non-conference game (23:05). Temple gets a strong win at the Linc and shuts out UMass, 28-0. Temple's defense slowed UMass to get anything going while E.J. Warner and Quincy Patterson split time at QB which may be something to get used to (27:55). Finally, Bets of the Week (32:22).

The Union get another three points at home with a drubbing of Orlando City, 5-1. The playoff picture is becoming clearer and the probability of the Union taking the Supporters Shield has skyrocketed. WELCOME BACK TO THE VIEWS FROM LOT K WHERE WE STILL CANNOT GET OVER JOEL EMBIID WINNING GAME 3!!! Max and Steve do have to cover the sudden retirement of Jay Wright first as it sent shockwaves throughout the Villanova fan base (00:45). Next, they cover Game 2 and everything right the team could do despite Toronto's best effort. Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris continue their dominance and Embiid leads the way in scoring (08:00). Just when you think it couldn't get any crazier, the Sixers come back from a 17 point deficit to win in OT thanks to the best Joel Embiid three you will ever see. Max had no control over his limbs while Steve tried to call him down and describe how the Sixers won, despite an abysmal 24 turnovers. All credit to Embiid and Harris in this game as the Sixers look for Game 4 this Saturday (16:00). The NFL Draft is a week away as Max and Steve cover the names being floated around Eagles camp, including some trade rumors (25:15). Next, the Phillies continue their skid and questions start to fly about Joe Girardi (30:50). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Not ready to see all your relatives for Christmas? Well, tune in to the pod to distract from the fact Christmas somehow being only three days away. The Eagles have been negatively impacted by an outbreak with the Washington Football Team, moving Sunday's game to Tuesday and impacting future games (2:00). The NHL has been leading the forefront in proactive communication with a fresh release as we recorded, as the Flyers have so far dodged the big COVID bullet but the NHL is resuming daily testing so we will monitor the league situation. The Eagles host the Lions on Halloween for an early afternoon kick, where Max and Steve discuss why they are worried for a game against a winless Detroit team (17:15). The Union have a midweek match that see them on the verge of clinching an MLS Cup spot, while Max talks where the Union could wind up in the playoffs (26:45). Penn State seems to on a downward slide at the moment, and their season rides or dies with their showdown in Columbus with Ohio State. Max and Steve discuss if Penn State can even cover their 19 point spread, or if the program is focused enough this week (29:40). Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! A disappointing sports weekend may have you looking around wondering how you'll get through the work week. Don't worry, Max and Steve try to at least find the brightsides from everything these past three days. The Eagles may have lost....again, but Steve talks about how hanging around with the Raiders gives them something to build on (1:00). Penn State at least set history with 9 Overtimes in one college football game, but Max offers light to the end of the season, while Steve ponders if the light is no more James Franklin (11:25). Temple, honestly, had no highlights, but they at least didn't leave Penn State alone in being run up and down the field all day Saturday (23:05). A break from the sadness, the Union beat Nashville SC in a vital match to take second in the Eastern Table! Max and Steve talk about the momentum going into the MLS Cup Playoffs (26:55). The Sixers reminded us once again that no lead is safe, but maybe Ben Simmons is coming back to get his trade value up (30:05). The Flyers lost on Saturday but are still showing a lot of fight to build on for the rest of the year (37:40). Steve still can't gamble properly, but at least Max was down in the cellar with him this weekend (43:25).

The winning ways translated over to State College as Penn State took down Ball State with ease, contrary to Max's warning on Thursday. Steve is already looking ahead to the Whiteout instead of wanting to recap this game (20:45).
