We recognize that not all jobs can be done remotely, but for those that can, why the hell not? In the second half of the episode, V tells us about a book he's discovered which covers an important concept surrounding employee empowerment as the cornerstone of company success, and how a culture of caring about the people can make a huge positive difference in overall success. Such culture drives loyalty and better products when companies care about the human being in employee roles.
