Although my podcast is usually spiritual based, the essence of being Spiritual is also being human and following the heart of being human. My earth based love is football (soccer) and my first ever love was Manchester United. I recently started a fan forum show to cover those that watch United (There's only really one United, all others are pretenders) at silly hours of the morning due to time difference compared to the English Premier League. Following United is mostly these days a labour of love, plenty of off the pitch dramas and few trophies. There is always plenty to talk about and i'll include them in my podcast series as the human part of me needs a voice too.

In episode 09 of season 2 myself and Aida discuss our relationship with our bodily health, our relationship with food, with genetics, with the environment and much much more that contributes to our physical health. When we choose to be more in tune with all of those things then our health will inherently improve. If you are looking at improving your diet and wanting a different perspective of a new diet from an energetic sense then there will be lots of useful information contained throughout the episode.

In this episode it was filmed in 3 parts while myself and Aida were travelling through the Uluru Kata Tjuta national park and also during a trip to Kings Canyon.
In the episode we talk about Men's Business, while being hassled by flies, drowned out by a helicopter, as well as some crows! Mainly though we discuss our relationship with the land and honour the original custodians of the Uluru area, the Anangu people.
