Estimated shielding among adults aged 18 to 64 against visits to emergency departments and urgent care facilities turned negative beyond 120 days after peaking at 52 percent, an analysis of data from the CDC’s VISION network found. Protection for those 65 and older was pegged at 9 percent 120 days and later following receipt of one of the vaccines, after peaking at 47 percent.
Shielding against hospitalization was estimated to peak at 31 percent and drop to 4 percent beyond 120 days among adults aged 18 to 64 and peak at 53 percent before plunging to 16 percent among adults aged 65 and up, according to data from the network.

The "classified documents" case against President Trump is falling apart. On January 20th, 2011, Samadov was charged with "preparing a crime" (Art. 28 ACC), "preparing terrorism committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, by organized group or criminal community (criminal organization)" (Art. 214.2.1 ACC), "preparing terrorism committed with application of fire-arms or subjects used as a weapon" (Art. 214.2.3 ACC), "illegally purchasing, transferring, selling, storing, transporting, and carrying firearms, accessories, supplies, and explosives committed by organized group" (Art. 228.3 ACC), and "actions directed on violent capture power or violent deduction power" (Art. 278 ACC). He served 12 years in prison for those crimes. One year ago he was released from prison and now it seems he is free to roam about the U.S.

The provisions of the 14th Amendment that are being used to disqualify Donald Trump from the ballot are no longer in effect. They were repealed by Congress in the late 19th Century. A legal brief filed with the Supreme Court by the Public Interest Legal Foundation correctly points this out.
The brief asserts that the legal viability of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, the basis of Colorado’s decision, was repealed by Congress in 1872 and 1898. Section 3, passed just 3 years after the end of the American Civil War, prohibits those who “have engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from occupying offices. Which means those provisions are no longer in force whatsoever. It is the most basic legal argument to toss any attempt to keep President Trump off the ballot.
PILF argues, Congress in 1872 and 1898 extended an amnesty by repealing the provisions against office holding arising from the Civil War. The 14th Amendment gave Congress the power to terminate the prohibition against those who engaged in “insurrection.” Congress terminated the effectiveness of the provisions, twice. Therefore, they cannot be used in 2024 to ban candidates from the ballot.

The United States continues to allow American Companies to collaborate with Chinese Aerospace and military firms. A report from Rand shows that the U.S. is the number one provider of technology in many areas of the Chinese Military Complex.
Just look at some of Rand's Findings
• The effect of U.S.-Chinese research collaboration should be viewed in terms of threats
and benefits. We find evidence of both.
– In terms of threats, U.S.-based organizations have coauthored more aerospace engineering publications with Chinese organizations with linkages to the People’s Liberation Army in recent years than in the past.
■ There is a nontrivial amount of U.S.-Chinese research collaboration on sensitive
topics, such as hypersonic systems.
– In terms of benefits, we find that aerospace publications written by teams composed
of researchers from the United States and China have greater-than-average influence
and are more interdisciplinary

Alexander Soros — a prolific Democratic fundraiser in his own right who likes to boast about his relationships with world leaders on social media — scored at least a dozen meetings with White House officials in 2022, according to recently updated White House visitor logs. Soros, 37, also participated in two other confabs there in late 2021, the records show.
His latest trips include visiting Dec. 1 with then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s advisor, Nina Srivastava, who also worked on Biden’s presidential campaign, the logs show.

Biden employs 108 more staffers than Trump (416) (FY2019) and 70 more than Obama (454) (FY2011) at the same point in their respective presidencies.
There was 46% turnover in White House staff, year over year. 220 employees from last year are no longer on payroll. Last year the turnover rate was 39%.
The turnover in Biden's third year is 10% higher than the 36% turnover in 2019, Trump's third year.

J6 Detainees Tortured No Bond Hearing After Nearly 2 Years
The stories coming out of the DC Gulag are nothing short of horrific. January 6th prisoners are literally being tortured and subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. Their Constitutional Rights are being violated.

Remember the Waukesha Parade Plower. That man, who killed 6 and injured 60 had a bond hearing in 48 hours. Mellis has never had one and has spent weeks in solitary confinement. It is a place inmates call "the hole."
On this anniversary of January 6th it is time we call attention to persecution of these political prisoners. Punishment is one thing. Serving two years for doing something most people don't spend a day in jail for is just unfair and un-american. My goal is to get them help.

The Federal Government is tyrannical in its all out political persecution of anyone associated with the January 6th security breach of the Capitol. The real crime they protestors committed is simply supporting President Trump. As for the few that should be punished, currently their punishments do not fit the crime.
Take the Case of Jeff Brown. A man in his mid-fifties who admittedly got carried away. A jury just convicted him on felony assault, impeding law enforcement with a deadly weapon and impeding enforcement during a civil disobedience. He has yet to be sentenced but Brown now faces up to 20 years in prison.
He has no criminal record, no violent past yet he was held without bail for the past 16 months. He did have pepper spray yet when you look at his crime compared to so many others across the country, it becomes clear we face a two tiered justice system. One for conservatives and one for everyone else.
