Welcome to the Warrior Cloud podcast were I help firearm instructors launch, grow and scale without the pain of trying to figure it out on their own...
Do you ever feel like, no matter how hard you try, you never get ahead?
No matter how much you learn, your business never grows.
Maybe it's because you're like a bamboo seed. Let me explain.
Planting a bamboo seed can be a real test of patience.
You water and care for it, day in and day out, and yet, nothing seems to happen.
Year after year, no growth, no leaves, no progress. Frustration mounts, but you persist.
And suddenly, after five long years, a small shoot appears, and in just six weeks, it grows over 90 feet!
This growth didn't just happen overnight; the seed was building deep, strong roots.
It was preparing for the moment when it would shoot to the sky. And guess what?
Your journey as a firearms instructor is exactly like this bamboo seed.
Here are the 3 secrets to explosive growth…
Secret #1 Building Strong Foundations
Focus on core values, continuous learning, and student relationships
Secret #2 The Power of Persistence
Keep pushing, keep innovating, and never give up. Progress may seem slow, but something incredible is happening beneath the surface.
Secret #3 Explosive Growth Awaits
With the right foundation and persistent effort, you'll reach a tipping point, and success will come fast and strong."

This is the script for a video I recently posted that got 257,493 views in less than 48 hours
“Do you know the five things that have to happen before you can legally use a firearm in self defense?
The truth is 99% of gun owners don’t know…
One tiny mistake could cost you your life or your freedom…
# 1 - Reasonable Belief
# 2 - Imminent death, great bodily harm or the imminent commission of a forcible felony
# 3 - The Use Of Deadly Force Must be immediately necessary
# 4 - You must be in a place you have a legal right to be
# 5 - You cannot be committing a crime
So if you are a Florida gun owner and you want to learn how to avoid going to prison follow for more… “
It's incredible to believe I was able to get over 250,000 views when just a few years ago I was a bumbling mess in front of the camera.
Picture me, standing in front of the camera, feeling like a fish out of water. My hands were shaky, my voice even shakier. I knew I had a message to share, but every time that red recording light blinked, I felt like a stranger in my own skin.
I knew that creating video content was important but I never knew what to talk about.
Every morning I would wake up with a pit in my stomach knowing I needed to create a video that day. I would spend hours reading the paper and scrolling social media in a desperate attempt for inspiration.
But one day everything changed when I discovered a strategy from Rachael Peterson
It's called ‘12-Months Of Content In 1 Day’
It was like the lights turned on in a dark room. Suddenly, I knew exactly what to create.
I knew precisely what would resonate with my perfect student. It wasn't just about throwing content against the wall and seeing what would stick; it was about crafting messages with purpose, intent, and laser-like focus on what mattered.
The fear, the awkwardness, the confusion? They melted away.
My voice became strong, my content meaningful, and my connection with my audience genuine.
Here's how you create a year's worth of content ideas in one day.
Step 1 - Identify Your Core Topic
What is the core topic of your firearm training business? It could be concealed carry, pistol shooting, defensive shooting and the list goes on.
Step 2 - Subtopics
Create a list of twelve subtopics that are related to your core topic. For example if your core topic is concealed carry subtopics would include.
Step 3 - Research
Enter one of the subtopics into Google search and then scroll down to the ‘People Also Ask’ section. These are the questions your perfect student is asking about this topic.
Step 4 - Get 30 Questions
Find 30 questions that people are asking about your subtopic and paste them on a spreadsheet.
Step 5 - Repeat This Process
The final step is to repeat this process for each of the twelve subtopics on your list.
And just like that you have enough content ideas for the next twelve months.

Have you ever heard the phrase, the customer is always right?
If you've been in business for more than a few minutes, you know this couldn't be further from the truth.
The customer is not always right.
Sometimes they are lying, cheating, manipulative.
And
It Doesn't Matter
When I owned the gun store, a young man named Cody walked in who wanted to purchase two handguns.
I helped him choose the two pistols, completed the paperwork, and swiped his credit card for $1,295
A few weeks later, I received a letter stating this transaction was fraudulent.
I remember thinking, "This guy really sucks at being a criminal.
I have a photocopy of his driver's license, concealed weapons permit, and Social Security number."
I know where he lives, and I have evidence that he used a stolen credit to purchase two firearms…
I decided to give Cody a call and allow him to pay for the firearms before I called the police.
Cody was apologetic and said he would come in the next day with cash to pay for the guns.
The problem is that he never showed up.
Day after day, I called, left voicemails, and sent text messages….
…threatening that if he did not bring me the cash, I would call the police and press charges.
After a week and a half, I decided to report the firearms stolen to Tampa Police.
But before I took such extreme measures, I decided to send one more text to Cody.
"Please don't call the cops… I'll be there in 10 minutes with the money," Cody responded.
When he arrived, he had an intimidated look on his face and said
"If I give you this money, do you promise not to call the police?"
I gave him my word and took the money.
A few hours later, I received a notification from Yelp that we received a new review.
Cody left a 1-star review.
"The owner is rude to his customers…"
He conveniently left out that he used a stolen credit card to purchase two firearms and then refused to pay me when I asked nicely.
This negative review haunted me for years. No matter how hard I tried to explain what happened, potential customers only saw the one-star review and stayed away.
This was when I discovered the POWER of a negative review, and I set out to never let it happen again.
When we started Tampa Carry, our primary goal was to serve each student at the highest level, so they felt obligated to leave a 5-star review.

In the biting chill of January, rain slapping against my skin, I found myself in the thick of an advanced pistol and carbine course led by the legendary Larry Vickers.
With every pull of the trigger, a surge of adrenaline fueled my excitement, making me part of a unique experience that felt more like an adventure than a shooting lesson.
By the time the second day rolled around, I was ready to purchase another training from Larry.
As the roar of gunfire quieted, replaced by the hushed whispers of the group, the anticipation hung thick in the air.
I eagerly awaited Larry's pitch, ready and willing to dive further into the world he so skillfully introduced us to.
The opportunity to enhance my skills under his guidance felt like a rare privilege, and I was more than prepared to invest in it.
The day wound down, our weapons now silent and safe, and Larry called us into a circle.
His voice, heavy with the weight of imparting final thoughts, echoed through the range, casting an indelible impression on all of us.
As I looked around the circle, at the 25 men and women I was sure 20% to 30% of them were going to purchase the upsell Larry made.
But it never came.
Larry, it seemed, had no course to pitch, no upsell to offer.
We were left only with our thirst for more, unquenched. It felt as though a golden chance had slipped through his fingers.
Larry's reluctance to capitalize on this captive audience was, without a doubt, a massive missed opportunity.
As I walked away from that day, I couldn't help but imagine the untapped potential a one-time offer holds.
For in that instant, a single pitch could have become extremely profitable to Larry.
The strategy of a one time only offer is to make an offer that is so good your perfect student would feel stupid for saying no.
A one time only offer is made up of 4 components.
First you must be offering the next logical step in the process.
If a student attended a first time shooting class, it wouldn’t make sense for the one time offer to be a close quarters combat course because that is not the next logical step in the process.
Second, a one time offer must have scarcity, which is the process of creating the fear of missing out.
Third, your one time offer must have a deadline. Without it there's no reason to make a decision today.
And finally it must be irresistible. Which means that it is such a good deal you would feel stupid for saying no.
By The Way,
I will be teaching you how to implement this strategy into your firearm training business soon during the Unstoppable Instructor Masterclass.

Are You Struggling with Sales?
I've got to be blunt with you; over the years, I've seen WAY too many firearm instructors just plain SUCK at sales.
But you know what? It doesn't have to be this way.
Today I thought I would pull back the curtain and share one of my secrets to success.
It’s called the 7 FIGURE SALES SYSTEM
You see most firearm instructors attempt to sell their courses with a page that looks like this.
This page is cold, lifeless, void of emotion and very confusing.
And this is why mostly firearm instructors struggle.
Instead you need a 7 Figure Sales System which is kinda like having the best sales person in the world working for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The purpose of the 7 Figure Sales System is to grab your perfect students' attention, and let them know that they are in the right place.
The best way to do this is with a powerful hook that speaks to the biggest problem your perfect student has.
This is called a headline package.
The headline package is made up of three parts.
The pre-headline calls out your perfect student so they know they are in the right place.
The headline should grab the reader's attention with a shocking, controversial or interesting question.
The goal of this headline is to speak to the biggest problem that your perfect student is currently facing, and then introduce a solution.
The sub headline is used to eliminate the thing that your perfect student fears the most.
Call To Action
A call to action is a simple statement that motivates a prospect to take immediate action. The call to action should eliminate the biggest problem that your perfect student is currently facing.
Nowthat you’ve seen behind the scenes of the 7 Figure Sales System I want to ask you a question…
Which one would you choose?
Would you choose the Warrior Cloud which clearly speaks to the biggest problem you are facing, creates desire and makes it easy to say yes
OR
Would you choose ‘The Other Guys’ which is cold, emotionless and confusing?
If your answer is Warrior Cloud then I want to invite you to join me for a FREE training where I'm going to show you the playbook I used to rapidly grow my firearm training business.

In this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, I dug deep into the common mistakes that firearms instructors make when trying to attract students and grow their businesses. I began by sharing the story of Kevin, a retired law enforcement officer, and Warrior Cloud member, who struggled to get students through his website.
I then broke down Kevin's old website for Time Now Firearms Training, highlighting the core issues that made it ineffective. While appealing to some, it didn't communicate the site's aesthetics and purpose effectively. A confusing business name, lack of a clear target audience, and irrelevant details like the LLC suffix led to a poor conversion strategy. I stressed that the only person who cares about the business name is the business owner, not the potential students.
To further illustrate these mistakes, I brought up some key marketing principles, like entering the conversation that's already inside the customer's head and how the human brain seeks shortcuts to understanding. Kevin's site failed to answer every customer's fundamental question: "Can you solve my problem?"
I compared the traditional website approach with our proven method, the "student generation machine," showcasing how it focuses on the students' needs and fears. This strategy uses clear language and friendly images and connects directly with the potential student's journey rather than showcasing instructor credentials or irrelevant information.

Many firearms instructors fear media interviews, afraid of manipulation or misrepresentation. I used to feel the same until a recent interview with ABC News changed everything. It's more than just free marketing; it's about taking control of the narrative. Discover how this interview transformed my perspective and can change yours too.
Here Are The 3 Secrets To Unlocking Free Advertising for Your Business
Secret #1 - Turn Fear into Fuel
Instead of avoiding media interviews, transform that fear into a drive to promote your business. By facing the media with confidence, you open doors to free advertising and reach a wider audience.
Secret #2 - Master the Interview
Understand that you're in control. Master the art of conversation with the media, lead with your message, and present yourself in the best light. Learn to see interviews as collaborative opportunities rather than combative situations.
Secret #3 - Leverage, Don't Leave
A media interview isn't a one-and-done deal. Leverage that content across your platforms, get it in front of your community, and let it work for you long after the cameras stop rolling. Use interviews as lasting marketing tools, not fleeting moments.

From the cover that screams "Get ready to level up" to the carefully crafted directions that guide you through the training, this workbook is like having a firearms expert in your pocket. And guess what? You'll find a familiar face there – that's right, it's me! 😎
But wait, there's more – this is where it gets interesting. I'm talking about some seriously rad directions and illustrations that'll have you laughing, learning, and maybe even doing a double-take. Remember that time we owned a gun store? Well, there's a snapshot of that era in there, complete with yours truly in action. 😅 And hey, I'll admit it – some of those poses might not have been my best idea!
Now, brace yourselves for a jaw-dropping twist – we've got stuff for the kiddos! But hey, let's say there was a slight mix-up in the image selection. Who would've thought that someone might mistake responsible firearm training for something else entirely? 🙈 Trust me, that was not me, folks!
But enough about the visuals – let's dive into the heart of this epic training. Imagine a scenario where you're arming your students daily with video training sessions that align perfectly with their mission in the workbook. It's like a match made in firearms heaven – they learn, practice, and develop foundational shooting skills that are second to none.

🎙️ Ever wondered how to create pent-up demand that makes customers rush in like a tidal wave? Get ready because today's episode is a game-changer!
In this electrifying episode of the 2A Warrior podcast, I've got a tale that'll have you rethinking your entire approach to creating demand for your business. Ever wondered how to make customers crave your offer so much that they can't resist clicking that "Buy Now" button? Well, my friends, it's time to dive into the mystical world of pent-up desire.
💥 Picture this: A marketer from the past sent a letter to his perfect customer every month, sharing a story about his wealth creation system. This system was the secret behind massive results and creating a truckload of wealth. But here's the twist – he priced it at a whopping $25,000! People read the letter, got excited, transformed their beliefs, and ignited desire. But selling a $25,000 thing over direct mail? Not so easy. Nobody bought. But wait, there's more to the story than meets the eye.
🚀 This marketer was playing chess while everyone else was playing checkers. Once a year, he unleashed a pent-up demand bombshell. He'd send a letter to his list, shouting, "It's the 4th of July, and I want you to have freedom from poverty! Get the $25,000 program for just $5,000, but only for the first 50 lucky souls!" The result? Urgency exploded, and his offer became hotter than a summer BBQ.
🔥 You see, he anchored the price at $25,000 in the minds of his audience. So when he dropped it to $5,000, it felt like pocket change. It's all about perspective. Think of it this way – is $5,000 a lot for a pack of gum? Heck yes! But is it a lot for a Lamborghini? Not really. It's all about that anchor.
Now, let's talk about firearms instructors and their businesses. Setting your prices right is critical. Think about it – anything good ain't cheap, and anything cheap ain't good. You've got to position yourself like a pro. I've got shooting classes going for a thousand bucks and private classes for hundreds. It's all about showing the world that quality demands value.
🌟 But hold on, there's a Jedi mind trick I'm using too. I tell my students about someone who paid $2,000 for my courses. Then I offer them a product that's only $400. Suddenly, it feels like they're stealing a Lamborghini for a gum price! That's the red herring strategy, my friends – crafting pent-up demand by anchoring and flipping perceptions.
If you are a firearm instructor and you're struggling to attract students and make money…

📸 Are photographers hiding secret sales wisdom from firearm instructors?
Picture this – I'm in my office, and there's this weird sound in the background.
No, it's not some tactical training exercise; it's my treadmill!
Yep, it's sweltering outside, so I decided to walk on the treadmill while I work. Gotta stay on top of my game, you know? 😉
But that's not even the most exciting part.
So, here's the deal – I stumbled upon Tim Shields, who is not your typical firearms instructor.
No, no, he's in a completely different world – photography!
Yeah, I know, you're probably thinking, "What does photography have to do with our firearm training business?"
That's exactly what I thought too.
But here's the twist – I was watching Tim's sales presentation, and it hit me like a well-aimed shot – this dude is a master storyteller! 🎥💡
Now, you might be wondering why I would be watching a photography presentation when I'm all about firearms. My goal was simple – I wanted to understand the strategy behind Tim's massive success in selling photography training. And boy, did I get more than I bargained for!
Something strange happened as I watched Tim share his pictures and videos of breathtaking landscapes and beautiful moments with his family. I felt an unexpected desire bubbling inside me. Suddenly, I wanted to take those cool pictures too! 📷🏞️
But here's the real gem – it wasn't about the photography. It was all about the power of storytelling! Tim's ability to weave captivating stories around his pictures created a desire within me that I didn't even know I had.
And that got me thinking – how can we, as firearm instructors, create that same desire in our perfect students? 💭💥
The answer lies in the heart of every successful sales pitch – storytelling!
It's not about listing the features of your courses or the number of rounds you'll fire.
Nah, that stuff doesn't ignite the fire within your potential students. It's the story, the narrative, the emotion that counts. That's the secret sauce to winning hearts and making sales. 🎯🌟
Remember Steve Jobs and his iconic iPod launch? He didn't just tout technical specifications; he crafted a compelling story around a thousand songs fitting into a tiny pocket!
Boom! 💣 That's storytelling in action, my friends.
So, here's the deal. In this episode, we will delve deep into the world of photographers and learn the weird, unconventional sales lessons they've been hiding from us. We'll explore how you can wield the power of storytelling to paint a vivid picture in your students' minds, creating a burning desire for your courses. 🎨🔥
I've got some epic takeaways, including my storytelling experience during a concealed carry class. You'll be amazed at how a simple story can connect with your students on a whole new level and boost your sales like never before! 💰💼

Hey, what's up, guys? Ryan G here with Warrior Cloud. Today, I want to discuss something that has been a stumbling block for many entrepreneurs, including myself. It's the concept of taking imperfect action. In the past, I would spend months working on a project, perfecting every little detail, only to find that it didn't resonate with my audience or failed to generate the desired results. It was an epic waste of time and demoralizing. I'm sure many of you can relate to this frustrating experience.
When I wrote my first book or created an online course, I would spend an excessive amount of time perfecting every word, every image, and every detail. The problem was, it took so long to get the project out there that I lost momentum and enthusiasm. I'm different in the sense that I can focus solely on one thing each day, dedicating myself to the task at hand. But I understand that not everyone possesses this level of discipline.
For instance, when I wrote my book, "AR 15 Secrets," a step-by-step guide on building an AR, I created the entire book, including pictures, in just 30 days. I devoted every day, from early morning until late at night, to this project. I didn't watch TV or engage in distractions. I was relentless. However, even in this intense process, I realized that the book wasn't perfect. There were mistakes and errors that we later corrected. But the most crucial aspect was that we got it out there to gauge its reception and understand if people found value in it.
As entrepreneurs, we often have this mindset of "ready, aim, fire." However, in the business world, it should be "ready, fire, aim." We must prepare ourselves and ensure that the foundation is solid, but we should not be paralyzed by the fear of imperfection. It's important to accept that nothing will ever be 100% perfect from the start. Even in my book, with all its imperfections, 95% of the content was outstanding. We acknowledged the errors and planned to address them in the next version.
The key is to take imperfect action. Many individuals fall into the trap of preparing to get ready without ever actually taking action. It's akin to someone who keeps bringing supplies to a building site but never starts construction on the house. Don't be that person. Once you've done the groundwork, it's time to pull the trigger and see what happens.
Your first video, your first book, your first course—chances are, they won't be perfect. But that's okay

Hey, what's up, guys? Ryan G here with WarriorCloud.io, just leaving the gun range after a day filled with teaching students. I want to ask you a question. Are you stuck doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results? You've probably heard that this is the definition of insanity. While at the gun range with my student Jim, I noticed two guys who appeared to be experienced shooters. They even wore special forces shirts, giving the impression that they knew what they were doing. But upon closer observation, it became clear that they had never stopped to assess their techniques. They were going through the motions without questioning if there was a better way.
As entrepreneurs, we often fall into the same trap. As gun instructors, we must break free from our hypnotic rhythm and explore alternative approaches. We believe that our way or the industry's way is the only way things can be done. However, the key to success lies in cross-pollination. Dan Kennedy, a renowned consultant and marketing strategist, successfully studied strategies from various industries and applied them creatively.
One of the biggest hurdles to change is the mindset of "that's the way it's always been done." But the truth is innovation and improvement require constant tweaking and personalization. I have personally witnessed the impact of this approach in my sales pitches. By continuously refining my strategies, our conversion rates have steadily increased over the years. It took me five years to perfect one of our upsells, but now I close the majority of the room with confidence.
Imagine if I had given up thinking the product couldn't be sold. Persistence and a willingness to try new things were crucial to our success. It's essential to look beyond our industry and seek inspiration from others. Recently, we met a young woman who shared a strategy that earned her $5 million in just six months. Instead of dismissing her success, we immediately sought to learn from her. We recognized that she possessed knowledge and skills that could benefit us. Investing in her expertise will ensure we understand and implement her strategies effectively.
If you need more growth in your business or the inability to achieve your desired lifestyle, it's time to explore new paths. Seek guidance from those who have traveled further along the road to success. The same principle applies to firearms instructors. I encourage you to register for the Free Instructor Masterclass at https://www.warriorcloud.com/access. In this masterclass, I'll reveal the secrets behind training over 82,000 unique students, selling hundreds of thousands of courses, and generating millions of dollars.
But remember, change starts with a decision. If you're content with your current situation and prefer a fixed mindset, this masterclass might not suit you. However, always remember that you will get precisely what you deserve. So take the leap, embrace growth, and create your desired life. Have a fantastic day, stay safe,
I woke up early today, as I do every morning, to enjoy a cup of coffee and have a conversation with my wife Tiffany. We like to share what we learned the day before, and it's amazing how much you can grow just by having a conversation with someone who shares your interests. Today, we talked about the power of vision and action, using the story of Abraham as an example. Here are 5 key takeaways from our conversation:The Importance of Vision: Abraham was living in a tent in the desert, homeless and without children, when God told him to climb to the top of a mountain. From there, God showed him the land that would be given to his descendants. This was a vision of what was possible, even if it seemed impossible at the time.Resistance is Normal: Abraham must have felt a lot of resistance when he was asked to climb the mountain. He was old, his wife was barren, and he had no children. It would have been easy to make excuses and say it was impossible. But he didn't, and that's why he was able to achieve great things.Momentum is Key: Once you get started on the path to achieving your vision, momentum can be a powerful force. It's like a rock rolling down a hill. It's hard to get it started, but once it's moving, it's hard to stop. The Importance of Action: Vision is great, but it's not enough on its own. You also need to take action to make it a reality. In Abraham's case, he was asked to walk the land that God had promised him. This was an action step that helped him realize his vision.Excuses Don't Cut It: It's easy to make excuses for why you can't achieve your goals. Maybe you're too old, too busy, or too inexperienced. But the truth is, anyone can achieve great things if they have the vision and the determination to make it happen. In conclusion, vision and action are two sides of the same coin. Without a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you're just spinning your wheels. But without action, your vision will remain just a dream. So, if you want to achieve great things, start by creating a vision of what you want to achieve, and then take action to make it a reality. As a business owner, I've been in situations where people have tried to give me business advice, even if they have little to no experience in running a business themselves. It's important to be cautious about who you take advice from and to understand the context in which it's given.
Recently, I received a text message from a student who had attended one of my classes. He said that he enjoyed the class and my system, but also had a piece of business advice for me. He suggested we have a phone call to discuss it. However, as someone who doesn't do phone calls, I responded that I wasn't available for one. What was going through my head was that when the student pulled up to the class, I noticed that he drove a crappy car. I didn't judge him for it, but I did think to myself, "this guy is a knucklehead." He was an employee, so what gave him the right to give a business owner advice?
It's not just employees who do this, though. I've had friends, family members, and neighbors try to tell me how to run my business. Even students have tried to give me advice during class. But the truth is, you have to be cautious about who you take advice from. Here are some things I've learned about this:
As an entrepreneur and business owner, it's essential to be aware of who you take advice from. Don't listen to someone just because they think they know what's best for you. Instead, consider the source and their level of experience in the area you need help with. Only then can you make informed decisions about your business.

Hey, everyone! It's Ryan G, and I want to share something that I've realized recently. After attending a Mastermind presentation by Dr. Benjamin Hardy, I learned about the concept of "gap vs. gain" and how it can impact our lives. I have been living in the gap my entire life, and I'm sure many of you can relate.Let me explain. Imagine a line. On the left side is where you start, and on the right side is your end goal or the thing you desire. In the middle is where you are now. For most of my life, I've always looked at the gap between where I am today and where I want to be in the future as a failure. I consistently told myself that I'm not good enough because I haven't achieved my end goal yet. This way of thinking leads to a scarcity mindset and blocks off creativity, preventing us from moving forward. The key is to focus on the gain. Look at where you started and where you are now. Be happy with your current achievements and progress, while still having the desire to strive for more. Having an abundance mindset, instead of a scarcity mindset, breeds more abundance and growth. Here are five takeaways from my realization that you can apply to your own life:Change your focus: Instead of focusing on the gap between where you are and where you want to be, focus on your current achievements and how far you've come. Celebrate your progress.Embrace an abundance mindset: Believe that there is enough for everyone and that you can create more opportunities for yourself and others. This mindset leads to more creativity and growth.Avoid the scarcity mindset: Don't hold onto things out of fear or worry that you won't have enough. This mindset leads to a lack of creativity and progress.Seek happiness in the present: Don't put off happiness until you achieve your end goal. Find joy in your current situation and appreciate your progress.Be grateful: Focus on what you have and be grateful for it. Gratitude is a powerful tool that leads to more abundance and happiness. In conclusion, the concept of gap vs. gain is life-changing. By shifting your focus from the gap to the gain, you can achieve more happiness, abundance, and growth. I encourage you to try it out and see how it can transform your life. Hey there, it's Ryan G with WarriorCloud.io, and I want to talk about something that's been on my mind recently. As a firearms instructor, I've come across many others in the industry, and what I've discovered has shocked me. Many firearms instructors lack proper legal and tax protection. In this blog post, I'll share what I've learned about firearms instructors' business structure and why it's crucial to protect yourself legally.
In conclusion, it's crucial for firearms instructors to understand the risks involved in operating their businesses and to seek professional advice when setting up their business structure. Don't wait until it's too late to protect yourself legally. Make sure you have the proper legal and tax protection in place to safeguard your business and family. Hey there! Ryan G here with Warrior Cloud.io. In this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, I want to share with you the powerful principle of "Who, Not How." This is something I learned from Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy in their book, "The Who, Not the How," and it has been a game-changer for me as an entrepreneur.
As entrepreneurs, we often come up with great ideas that we want to pursue. However, we tend to feel like we have to learn how to do everything ourselves. For instance, learning graphic design or using Canva to create logos can take years to master, and we may never be as good as professional designers.
The "Who, Not How" principle suggests that rather than spending years learning how to do something, we should focus on who already has that skill at a high level. In this episode, I'll share with you the process I go through to hire amazing freelancers using Upwork, a freelancing platform that connects you with talented individuals from all around the world.
Here are five key takeaways from this episode:
In conclusion, the "Who, Not How" principle is a game-changer for entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses fast. By hiring talented freelancers through platforms like Upwork, you can delegate tasks to those who already have the skills you need, rather than spending years learning them yourself. I hope these tips and strategies help you find and hire amazing freelancers for your business. Tune in to the next episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast for more valuable insights and tips!

During a recent episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, Ryan and Tiffany discussed the concept of the Quantum Leap, which is the idea that you don't have to work your way up to success. Instead, you can make significant progress towards your goals by taking a quantum leap forward.
Here are five important takeaways from their conversation:
Stop Trying So Hard
The Quantum Leap is a mindset shift that involves letting go of the idea that you need to work harder to achieve your goals. Instead of putting in more effort, focus on working smarter. Don't waste your energy smashing into the same obstacles repeatedly. Instead, take a step back and look for alternative routes to success.
You Don't Have to Take Every Rung on the Ladder
In the traditional model of career advancement, you're expected to climb the ladder one rung at a time. The Quantum Leap approach says that you can skip rungs and make progress more quickly. You don't have to take every step on the path to success; sometimes, taking a giant leap forward is the fastest way to get there.
Don't Fall for the Lies of Society
Society tells us that success requires hard work, sacrifice, and gradual improvement. But what if that's not true? What if success is attainable in a quantum leap forward? Don't let the expectations of others hold you back from pursuing your dreams.
Work Smarter, Not Harder
Working harder doesn't always mean you're making progress towards your goals. Instead, focus on working smarter. Find the most efficient path to success, and don't waste your energy on tasks that don't matter. The Quantum Leap mindset is all about being strategic and efficient.
The Quantum Leap is a Game-Changing Mindset
If you embrace the Quantum Leap mindset, you can achieve more in less time. You can bypass the obstacles that are holding you back and make progress towards your goals more quickly. It's a game-changing mindset that can transform your life and your career.
In conclusion, the Quantum Leap is a powerful concept that can help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently. Stop working harder and start working smarter. Don't waste your energy on tasks that don't matter. Instead, focus on the most efficient path to success. Embrace the Quantum Leap mindset and take a giant leap forward towards the life you want.

In this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, Ryan, a renowned gun instructor, and his daughter Paisley, had a special podcast episode where they shared some behind-the-scenes moments of their lives. They talked about their experience with a reporter from the Washington Post, who wanted to interview Ryan about permitless carry. They discussed how the reporter seemed to have a preconceived notion of what Ryan should say, and when he did not get the response he expected, he asked for the contact information of another gun instructor.
Here are five takeaways from the episode:
In conclusion, the 2A Warrior Podcast episode with Ryan and Paisley was an insightful and engaging one. It shed light on the world of media propaganda, the power of media managers, and the importance of gun safety education.
Here are 5 key takeaways from our conversation:
In conclusion, vision and action are two sides of the same coin. Without a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you're just spinning your wheels. But without action, your vision will remain just a dream. So, if you want to achieve great things, start by creating a vision of what you want to achieve, and then take action to make it a reality. Hey, everyone! It's Ryan G, and I am excited to share with you all about today's topic of leveraging and using technology in your gun business. As a former gun store owner, I understand the challenges that come with running a successful firearms business, and I'm here to tell you that technology can be your best friend in this industry.
In my own experience, I was guilty of not fully understanding the power of technology until I invested in a real estate program through Fortune Builders. One of the programs they introduced me to was called Podio, which allowed me to create simple actions based on "if-then" statements that could automate my business operations. I quickly realized how much time and energy I was wasting before implementing automation in my business.
Here are some of the key benefits that I discovered from leveraging technology and automation in my gun store:
Overall, I highly recommend that gun store owners look into leveraging and using technology in their business operations. Whether it's through programs like Podio or other automation tools, there are many ways to streamline your processes and improve the customer experience. By doing so, you'll be able to increase your profits, build customer loyalty, and future-proof your business for years to come.

In this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, Ryan and Tiffany discuss a concept that they believe all entrepreneurs suffer from - The Gap & The Gain. They talk about how this gap can cause depression, anxiety, fear, and a feeling of not being good enough. However, they also introduce the concept of the gain, which is where you started to where you are now. By looking at the gain, you can see how much you have accomplished, grown, and overcome on your journey, which can inspire you to do more and go faster.
Here are 5 key takeaways from this episode:
Overall, the gain mindset is a powerful tool for entrepreneurs. By focusing on how far you've come, rather than how far you have left to go, you can overcome feelings of self-doubt and achieve your goals. So, take a step back and look at your gain. You might be surprised at how much progress you've made.

Hey, what's up guys? Ryan G here with Warrior Cloud io. I recently had an incredible shooting class with Francisco at my private gun range in Yi mama. We spent hours out in the sun, shooting a Mossberg 500 shockwave that Francisco had just purchased for home defense. Our lesson was divided into two parts; the first part focused on shotgun shooting techniques while the second part delved into advanced style shootings such as intuitive unsighted fire, rapid fire hammer pair, and control pair.
While the class was a lot of fun, it was also educational, and there were some valuable takeaways from it. Here are five things I learned during this private shooting class:
In conclusion, this private shooting class with Francisco was a lot of fun, but it was also educational. From learning about gun laws to discovering the importance of experience and providing value to customers, there were valuable takeaways that apply not just to firearms but to life as well. Remember, people remember how you make them feel, so focus on creating an amazing experience for your customers, and they'll keep coming back for more.

Hey there! I'm Ryan G, founder of Warrior cloud.io, and today I want to share with you a powerful technique that has helped me make thousands of dollars in sales.
It's called the price marinade, or price anchoring, and it's something that I've been using for a long time. It's subtle yet incredibly effective, and today I want to explain how it works and how you can use it to boost your sales.
First, let me explain what the price marinade is. Essentially, it's a technique that involves anchoring the Price of your product or service to a high number and then justifying that Price with something much lower. By anchoring the Price at a high number, you make the actual Price seem much more reasonable and affordable.
I learned about the price marinade from Myron Golden, a business coach and consultant. He would use this technique during his three-day live events by writing on a whiteboard that his training program costs $55,000. At first, the attendees were shocked by the Price, but as they learned more about the value of his program, they began to see the Price as reasonable and justifiable.
So how can you use the price marinade in your own business?

Hey guys! Ryan G here, and I want to share my incredible journey of owning a private shooting range with all of you.
It's been a long road, but the outcome has been fantastic, and I want to encourage all of you to pursue your dreams too.
We want and desire many things in life, but not all of us are willing to work for them. I always believed that if I wanted something, I had to ask for it, and that's precisely what I did to get my private shooting range. In this video, I'll share how I acquired my personal shooting range and its story.
Here are five bullet points from my podcast transcript that tell the story of my private shooting range:
Owning a private shooting range has been a dream come true for me. It has allowed me to test my guns, create content for my YouTube channel, and enjoy my passion without restrictions. If you enjoy shooting guns and want to have your private property, you should consider investing in them.
Here are some benefits of owning a private shooting range:
If you're considering owning a private shooting range, remember that it's not an easy feat. It requires a lot of effort, time, and investment. However, if you're willing to work hard and pursue your dreams, then it's worth it.

Hey there! Ryan G here with Warrior Cloud.io, and I am excited to share some of my top tips for firearms instructors who are struggling to make sales. As a firearms instructor, your primary goal is to teach your students how to handle firearms safely and effectively.
However, if you're not making sales, you're unable to grow your business or help as many people as possible. So, what's the solution? Well, in my experience, many firearms instructors struggle to sell their services because they make one massive mistake: they try to tell people why they should buy their thing.
Let me explain. Have you ever heard of the sell-me-pen story? It's a classic tale that illustrates the difference between telling and selling.
Essentially, a salesperson hands a pen to a prospect and asks them to sell it to them. If the person talks about the pen's features and why it's a good pen, they don't understand how to sell it. Selling is not about telling people what they need; it's about identifying their false beliefs and creating a desire for your product or service.
So, how can you do that as a firearms instructor? Here are four steps you can follow:

Hey, everyone! I'm Ryan G, the founder of Warrior Cloud.io, and today I'm going to talk about one of my students, Francisco, and how persistence helped him master his shooting skills.
I remember the first time I met Francisco; he was one of the students in our Beginner's Guide to Firearms course. I could tell immediately that he was not at the same level as the other students regarding his skillset and understanding of shooting fundamentals. I was worried that he might accidentally shoot someone, so I had him shoot alone while I stood close to him. It was terrifying to watch him shoot because I thought I might die that day.
But despite his initial struggles, Francisco attended our Sheep Dog Challenge and bought a big package of shooting and training classes from me worth over a thousand dollars. One of the core offers was the 30-Day Dry Fire Kickstart, where students had to attend a dry fire drill every day and post a video of themselves doing it in a members-only community.
Out of dozens of people who bought the package, only four did the homework and posted the videos. Francisco was one of them, and he did it every single day. He also started coming to the range with me consistently, every week or every other week, until he finished his whole package.
Although he struggled for the first four or five lessons and wasn't that accurate, something shifted in Francisco's mind during his eighth lesson, and he began to understand the fundamentals. From then on, he progressed rapidly, and I am proud to say he is now one of my best students.
But what if Francisco had given up after his first lesson? What if he had said, "Learning how to shoot a gun is not for me, and I'm just going to give up"? Many people would have done exactly that. They would have quit after the first failure and missed the opportunity to master a valuable skill.
That's why persistence is so important. If you want to master any skill, whether shooting or something else entirely, you must keep moving forward, no matter how much you suck initially. You have to trust the process and trust your instructor, and you have to do the work.
Here are five key takeaways from Francisco's story:

It's been a challenging but rewarding experience, and sharing my story is essential so that others can learn from my experiences.
For the past few years, I've been focused on personal development, learning from my mentor, Russell Brunson. I heard Jim Rome say that your income will rarely exceed your level of personal growth, and it hit home for me. I wanted to increase my income, so I knew I had to become a better person.
Here are the five key takeaways from my personal development journey:
In conclusion, personal development is a lifelong journey. It requires a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself and developing the right mindset, skills, habits, and relationships. I hope my personal development journey inspires others to take the necessary steps to achieve success in their lives.

Hello, guys! Ryan G here from WarriorCloud.io, out on our morning walk with my dog, Kingston. The chilly weather today is perfect for reflecting on the current times. It's no secret that we live in a time of massive uncertainty with the economic downturn and other issues around us. But the way we approach this situation can make all the difference. In this podcast episode, I'll share my thoughts on why having the right mindset is crucial during these challenging times and how you can turn adversity into opportunity. Here are my key takeaways:
Fear is not your friend.
Feeling scared and overwhelmed when facing uncertainty is easy, but fear won't help you. If you focus on fear, you'll only attract more fear and negativity into your life. Instead, focus on what you can control and take action toward your goals.
Expand, don't contract.
When times are tough, it's natural to want to hold onto what you have and avoid taking risks. But this mindset can hold you back. Now is the time to be open to new opportunities and think outside the box. Look for ways to create additional revenue streams and be willing to pivot if needed.
Constitutional carry is not the end of concealed carry training.
With the recent passage of constitutional carry in Florida and other states, some people may think that concealed carry training is no longer necessary. But that's not true. Many people, especially beginners, will still want and need firearms training. As a business owner, it's essential to adapt to the changing landscape and position yourself as an expert in your niche.
Double down on marketing.
During an economic downturn, many businesses cut back on marketing and advertising, thinking it's an unnecessary expense. But that's a mistake. Now is the time to double down on marketing and get your message out to potential customers. By increasing your marketing efforts, you'll be able to stand out from the competition and attract more business.
Have a growth mindset.
Ultimately, the key to success during uncertain times is to have a growth mindset. Instead of seeing challenges as roadblocks, view them as opportunities to learn and grow. Keep an open mind, be willing to take risks, and stay focused on your goals. You can thrive during any economic winter with the right mindset and actions.
In conclusion, the current economic climate may be uncertain and challenging, but it doesn't have to hold you back. By adopting the right mindset, expanding your horizons, and taking action towards your goals, you can succeed and prosper, no matter what's happening around you.

Hey everyone, it's Ryan G with Warrior Cloud io, and I wanted to share something that happened to me at the gun range recently. I was there with my students, teaching them about site alignment and site picture, when a guy walked in and started handling his gun in the back of the room. I had to rush back there and explain to him that firearms can only be handled at the firing line. It was a terrifying experience, and it made me think about the importance of actively listening and internalizing what we learn.
Here are five key takeaways from this experience:
In conclusion, the key to success in firearms training is to actively listen, internalize what you learn, and implement aggressively. Remember to focus on quality over quantity, stay committed, and apply biblical principles to your work. It takes time and commitment, but with the right mindset and approach, you can achieve your goals and grow your skills as a firearms instructor.

Hey, it's Ryan G here with WarriorCloud.io, and I'm excited to share some powerful insights with you that my partner in crime, Tiffany, and I were discussing this morning. We were chatting about the five levels of awareness a person can be in and why it's essential to understand them to grow your business.
Here are the five levels of awareness that we talked about:
🔥 Unaware - This is when a person doesn't know that your product or service exists.
🔥 Problem aware - They know they have a problem, but they don't understand that a solution exists.
🔥 Solution aware - They know there's a solution to their problem, but they're not aware of your product or service yet.
🔥 Provider aware - They're aware of your product or service and are researching to compare providers and prices.
🔥 Most aware - They're aware of your product or service, like and trust you, and are ready to take action.
The mistake that most firearms instructors make is that they only market to the customers in the most aware phase. This is a big mistake because less than 5% of people are in this phase. Most marketing dollars are wasted marketing to the 5% of people already aware of your product or service.
To be effective, your marketing strategy must target customers at every stage of the buyer's journey. By doing this, you can attract customers who are at the problem-aware and solution-aware stages and nurture them to become provider aware and most aware.
Here are five bullet points to help you target customers at every stage of the buyer's journey:
🔥 Identify your ideal customer persona - Who is your perfect customer, and what are their pain points?
🔥 Create content that addresses their pain points - Write blog posts, create videos, and offer solutions to their problems.
🔥 Use social media to target problem-aware customers - Use Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to target customers who are experiencing the pain you can solve.
🔥 Use retargeting ads to target solution-aware customers - Once a customer has visited your website, use retargeting ads to keep your product or service top of mind.
🔥 Use email marketing to nurture leads - Use email marketing to build a relationship with your leads and move them to the next stage of the buyer's journey.
Don't make the mistake of only marketing to the most aware customers. By understanding the five levels of awareness and targeting customers at every stage of the buyer's journey, you can attract more customers and grow your business.

We've just finished conceal carry classes in Brandon and are heading to Tampa for some shooting classes tonight. It's going to be amazing.
Today, I want to talk about something crucial for men, entrepreneurs, and, in fact, anyone who wants to achieve success in their life. We all have days when we wake up and don't feel like doing anything. It's a lot easier to lay in bed all day, but what separates highly successful people from the rest of the world is that they do things even when they don't feel like it.

Hey everyone, it's Ryan G here with WarriorCloud.io, and I'm excited to share some insights from my recent trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I enjoyed staying at Xcaret Mexico resort, and they blew my mind with their level of service and hospitality. I also attended a high-level mastermind event hosted by Russell Brunson during my stay. It was an opportunity to learn new strategies, network with like-minded individuals, and better understand the strategies I already know. Today, I want to share some powerful lessons from this experience.
Lesson #1: The Power of the Mastermind
When two people come together, they form a third mind greater than the sum of its parts. When you have ten people in a room sharing their ideas and experiences, the energy and creativity are off the charts. The power of the mastermind lies in the fact that everyone brings their unique perspective and skills to the table. The result is a dynamic exchange of ideas that can help everyone achieve their goals.
Lesson #2: The Importance of Networking
Networking is often overlooked as a critical ingredient to success, but it's one of the most important things you can do for your business. You're setting yourself up for success when you surround yourself with like-minded individuals who share your passion and drive. Attending events and conferences is important to meet people who can help you grow and achieve your goals. The relationships you build through networking can be invaluable and can open up new doors of opportunity.
Lesson #3: Discovering Hidden Talents
While at Xcaret Mexico, I had the pleasure of meeting a strategy consultant named Brian. He taught me about creating a strategy to recapture market share, which was eye-opening. I discovered I didn't know as much about strategy as I thought. Meeting Brian reminded me that you can learn something from everyone you meet. It's essential to be open to new perspectives and constantly seek out knowledge and expertise from those around you.
Lesson #4: Positive Reinforcement
Being surrounded by people who share your vision and believe in your goals can be incredibly motivating. At the mastermind event, I could share my goals and aspirations with like-minded individuals who understood and encouraged me to pursue them. The positive reinforcement was incredibly empowering and reminded me that I'm

Hey there, it's Ryan G with Warrior Cloud.io, and I'm excited to be back from my trip to Mexico. While there, I attended a Mastermind in Paradise, which was a truly transformative experience. One of the biggest lessons I learned was the power of repetition when mastering your craft.
I'm guilty of constantly seeking new sources of information and knowledge to help me grow, but I learned from Dr. Ben Hardy that we don't need more books or more sources of information. Instead, we need to focus on becoming experts in one area. It takes a lot of repetition to truly master a topic and shift your mindset, which is why I've started re-reading Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson.
During the mastermind, I also learned the importance of consistent publishing when building your movement and becoming an expert in your industry. I've experienced this firsthand through my recent TV interviews with Fox News, ABC News, and Channel 10 News. The reporters who found me did so because I consistently publish and stay relevant in the minds of firearms owners in the marketplace.
If you're looking to build your presence in the firearms industry, here are some key takeaways that I've learned:
Remember, building your presence in the firearms industry takes time and effort, but with consistency and authenticity, you can establish yourself as an expert and build a loyal following.

As I listened to the latest episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, I was struck by a powerful story of mentorship and resilience. The podcast host Ryan shared how his daughter, Paisley, had been thriving on TikTok, gaining a large following through her makeup tutorials. However, jealousy from some of her friends at school led to her account being banned, and she lost a significant portion of her followers.
While on a trip to Mexico, Ryan received a text from Paisley asking if Darrel Eves, a successful YouTube mentor, was there. Ryan replied in the affirmative and promised to get a selfie with him for Paisley. When Ryan finally met Darrell, he showed him one of Paisley's TikTok videos, and Darrell was impressed. He offered to mentor Paisley for free for 12 weeks, an opportunity worth $15,000.
To earn this mentorship, Darrell gave Paisley two assignments.
First, he assigned her to study and analyze the successful YouTube channel of one of his students, who had gained almost 800,000 subscribers in six months.
The second task was for Paisley to decide the one thing her channel would focus on.
When Paisley completed these two assignments and submitted a 10-page report to Darrell, he agreed to become her mentor.

He would then use this information to reconnect with them on future visits, which helped him win their trust and close more sales.
Here are five key takeaways from the podcast episode that can help you build stronger emotional connections with customers and increase your sales:
In conclusion, emotional connections are critical in the sales process. Remembering names and small details about prospects can help you build stronger relationships and close more sales. By practicing and using technology to help you remember, you can become a master at making emotional connections with customers and taking your sales game to the next level.

By quitting drinking and pursuing excellence in firearms instruction, Ryan has set himself on a path to becoming the person he wants to be. In this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast, Ryan talks about the number one thing holding people back from achieving their goals and being successful: a lack of resourcefulness. Ryan shares a story of Dee, a woman he met while working in inner city ministry in Tampa. Dee had a dream of going to nursing school but believed that her lack of resources was holding her back. A volunteer named Brenda offered to pay for Dee's college tuition, but Dee didn't follow through because she didn't have a quarter to make a phone call to the college. Ryan uses Dee's story to illustrate how a lack of resourcefulness can hold people back from achieving their goals and encourages listeners to develop their resourcefulness.
Here are five key takeaways from the episode:
Overall, this episode of the 2A Warrior Podcast is a reminder that success is not just about having resources but about being resourceful. By developing your resourcefulness, you can overcome even the most challenging obstacles and achieve your goals.
Hey, guys! Ryan here, and I want to share with you my recent experience with Google Ads. I was studying this book on Google Ads, bought some courses, and was building my seed keyword list for Warrior Cloud's launching. My goal was to drive consistent high-quality traffic to instructor sites for faster sales and conversions. However, things took a dramatic turn when I was using Google Keyword Planner, and all of my keywords got deleted!
I was confused and frustrated as I had used keywords like "Florida concealed carry" and "firearm safety," which were not prohibited under Google's terms. When I contacted the Google representative, he informed me that my keywords were deleted because they promoted violence and weapons. I was shocked and angry, as concealed carry is a legal practice in the US, and it was not on the prohibited list. It felt like Google was purposely making it more difficult for firearm-related advertising.
However, I realized that I had a choice to either accept this or take action. I want to share with you five bullet points that I learned from this experience:
🔥 Build a Seed Keyword List: Start by brainstorming and creating a list of keywords that describe your product or service. This list should include as many relevant terms as possible, and you can use tools like Google Trends, Google Suggest, and Answer the Public to find new keywords.
🔥 Use Google Keyword Planner: Once you have your seed keyword list, use Google Keyword Planner to refine it. This tool will provide you with new keyword ideas and help you determine which ones are most relevant to your business.
🔥 Narrow Down Your Keyword List: After you have a more refined keyword list, narrow it down to the most relevant and profitable keywords for your business. You can use tools like Google Trends, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to see which keywords are driving traffic and conversions.
🔥 Be Aware of Google Ad Policies: Before you create ads, make sure you are familiar with Google's ad policies. Google has a list of prohibited and restricted content that you cannot promote. Make sure your keywords are not violating these policies.
🔥 Take Action: If you encounter any issues with Google Ads, don't give up. Contact their support team and ask for clarification on their policies. It's essential to advocate for your business and stand up for your beliefs.
In conclusion, Google Ads can be a valuable tool for driving traffic and sales to your business. However, it's crucial to follow their policies and be aware of any restrictions on content. If you encounter any issues, don't give up and take action. Remember that your business is important, and you should stand up for what you believe in.
As a military veteran, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I didn't know where to start. I invested in courses and programs that didn't help me much until I read Robert Kiyosaki's book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. He talked about his own experience as a door-to-door salesman for Xerox, which inspired me to get a job in sales.
I started doing door-knocking for free to get some leads for my friend who was a salesman for Culligan Water. I ended up getting 7-12 leads on my first day, and the sales manager was impressed. So I applied for a job and started my training to become a salesperson for Culligan Water.
My first task was to memorize the first two pages of the sales script, and I was given a day to do it. I worked on it during my 12-hour shifts in the Air Force and managed to memorize it overnight. The sales manager was surprised and gave me the next two pages to memorize. I did that too and was soon knocking on doors and making sales.
It wasn't easy to knock on someone's door cold, but I learned some valuable lessons that helped me become a successful salesperson. Here are five of those lessons:
🔥 Be Coachable: When someone you trust gives you advice, take it seriously. Robert Kiyosaki told me to get a job in sales, and I did. My sales manager told me to memorize the script, and I did. Being coachable means being open to learning and willing to put in the work to improve.
🔥 Prospecting Is Critical: As a salesperson, you need to find people who are interested in your product or service. Prospecting is the process of finding those people. I started with door-knocking and got 7-12 leads on my first day. That was a good start, but I soon realized that I needed to do more to build my leads list.
🔥 Memorize Your Script: The sales script is your guide to making a successful sale. It tells you what to say and when to say it. Memorizing the script helps you to sound confident and knowledgeable, which makes it easier to build trust with your potential customers.
🔥 Master Your Presentation: Once you've got your leads and memorized your script, it's time to make your presentation. This is where you showcase your product or service and explain why it's valuable to your potential customer. Mastering your presentation takes practice, but it's essential to making successful sales.
🔥 Sales Training Is Critical: In my experience, most people don't take their sales training seriously. They think they know it all and don't put in the effort to learn new skills. But sales training is critical to your success as a salesperson. It helps you to develop your skills, learn new techniques, and stay motivated.
In conclusion, my experience as a door-to-door salesman taught me many valuable lessons that I still apply to my work today. From the power of a positive attitude to the importance of resilience, these lessons have helped me to build a successful career and achieve my goals. If you're looking to develop your sales skills or start a career in sales, I encourage you to take the lessons I learned to heart and apply them to your own work. With dedication, hard work, and the right mindset, you too can become a successful sales professional.
As a firearm instructor, I'm always looking for ways to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Over the last few weeks, I've been diving deep into the topic of strategic positioning and I've learned something fascinating - the power of vocabulary in creating a unique selling proposition.During a recent podcast episode, I heard about how changing the vocabulary of your offer can create a strategic position for your products. For example, the MacBook's Retina display and P90X's "muscle confusion" are just fancy ways of describing something that already exists in the market. However, by using a new vocabulary, they have successfully created a unique selling proposition that sets them apart from their competitors. Here are some key takeaways from the podcast episode on the importance of vocabulary in strategic positioning:🔥 Your product should have a unique selling proposition: If your product has the same features and benefits as every other product in the market, then it's not a strategic position - it's a commodity. You need to find a way to differentiate your product from others, and using unique vocabulary is a great way to do that.🔥 Vocabulary can break preoccupation in your customer's brain: When your customer hears a new vocabulary, it breaks their preconceived notions of what the product is and what it does. This makes your product stand out in their mind and gives you a competitive advantage.🔥 Unique vocabulary needs to be backed up by a unique experience: While changing the vocabulary can create a strategic position, it's important to remember that you need to deliver on that promise. If you promise an exclusive training experience, you need to actually provide it, or your customers will think you're full of it.🔥 Trademark your unique vocabulary: If you come up with a unique way of describing your product or service, trademark it! This prevents others from copying your unique selling proposition and gives you a legal advantage in the marketplace.🔥 Think creatively about your vocabulary: Don't be afraid to get creative with your vocabulary! Think about what makes your product or service unique and find a way to describe it that sets you apart from the competition. In conclusion, if you want to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace, you need to find a way to differentiate your product or service from others. Using unique vocabulary is a powerful way to create a strategic position that sets you apart from your competitors. However, it's important to remember that your unique vocabulary needs to be backed up by a unique experience, and you need to deliver on your promises if you want to succeed. So get creative with your vocabulary and start thinking about how you can use it to gain a competitive advantage!
Welcome back to the 2A Warrior Podcast. In this episode, Ryan G of WarriorCloud.io shares a personal experience of trying to buy a new car and how it reminded him of the power of framing. We all wear a pair of glasses that shape how we see the world, and it's up to us to choose our perception and frame of the world. Ryan shares his struggle with getting upset over bad customer service or products, but through the principle of framing, he has learned to see the positive in every situation. He emphasizes that we are in charge of our own lives and we get to choose how we feel and perceive the world. He also shares his decision to stop watching the news because it was forcing him to see the world through a negative lens, and he encourages listeners to choose a frame that moves them closer to their goals.Key takeaways from this episode:🔥 We get to choose our perception and frame of the world.🔥Choosing a positive frame can help us move forward towards our goals and be more productive.🔥 Eliminating negative frames can help us see possibilities instead of limitations.🔥 The law of reciprocity emphasizes that helping others can lead to our own success.🔥 Choosing a positive frame can help us thrive in a recession instead of just surviving. Are you a firearm instructor looking to grow your business and increase your income? Hey, I'm Ryan from Warrior Cloud, and I'm excited to share with you a lesson I learned from my time as a door-to-door salesman that can make a big difference in your firearms instruction business.
When I first got out of the military, I knew that I wanted to get into sales. I wanted to understand sales psychology and how to communicate and persuade people. That's why I started working as a door-to-door salesman, selling water softeners and water treatment equipment for Culligan Water.
One of the biggest lessons I learned during my time as a salesman was the importance of only providing one solution to a customer's problem. At Culligan, we had a wide range of products, but I quickly realized that presenting all those options to a customer only led to confusion and indecision, which meant lost sales and a drained bank account.
Instead, we started asking the customer questions to figure out their needs and desires, and then we presented only one solution that we knew would solve their problem. We did this with confidence and conviction, and it worked like magic. Customers appreciated the simplicity of the approach and were more likely to make a decision and buy our product.
I've seen so many firearms instructors make the same mistake that I did in my early days as a salesman. They offer too many solutions to a customer's problem, such as different classes or training options, which only leads to confusion and indecision.
The key is to ask the client questions, figure out what they want and need, and then present only one solution that you know will solve their problem. You may have other options, but if they're not the right fit for the client, don't present them. Instead, focus on the one solution that is right for that particular client and present it with confidence and clarity.
By doing this, you'll eliminate confusion and indecision, and increase your conversion rates. In the copywriting world, this is called the law of one, and it's a powerful tool for persuasive communication.
Here are five key takeaways to help you apply this lesson to your firearms instruction business:
I hope this lesson helps you as much as it helped me in my sales career. If you want to learn more about sales psychology and effective communication, visit WarriorCloud.io for more resources and training.
As a veteran who spent six years in the military, I was unsure about my future once I left the service. I wanted to pursue entrepreneurship but needed to figure out where to start. One path that caught my attention was real estate investing, but after experiencing the market crash of 2008, I realized I wanted a more proven system to guide me.I began exploring franchising opportunities, looking at companies like Subway and Domino's Pizza. While I loved buying a business with a proven system, I quickly realized that the costs of owning a franchise were high and the potential returns were limited. Subway franchises cost around $350,000, and Domino's would only consider selling me a franchise if I worked for them for three years.Instead of investing in a franchise, I decided to focus on developing my skills as an entrepreneur. I took on a job as a door-to-door salesman for Culligan Water, where I learned the most essential skill for any entrepreneur: sales. Cold calling and door-to-door sales were some of the most challenging ways to sell, but they taught me valuable lessons about pitching a product and connecting with customers. From my experience exploring franchising opportunities and working as a door-to-door salesman, I learned some important lessons about business opportunities:🔥 Leverage a proven system: Buying a franchise can be a great way to tap into a proven system, but make sure you choose already successful people. Look for franchise owners who are making good money and have a track record of success.🔥 Choose the right opportunity: Owning a Subway or Papa John's franchise can be costly, and the opportunity cost of owning a business that ties you down seven days a week can be high. Look for opportunities that offer time, freedom, and flexibility.🔥 Develop your skills: Sales is one of the most essential skills for any entrepreneur, and practice is the best way to learn. Take on a job that challenges you to sell, whether door-to-door sales or cold calling.🔥Be aware of hidden costs: Owning a franchise can come with hidden costs, such as high employee turnover rates and low-wage employees. Make sure you're aware of these costs before investing in a franchise.🔥 Focus on the potential payoff: Investing in a multi-million dollar business can be daunting, but it might be worth it if the potential profit is high. Consider the opportunity cost and weigh the potential risks and rewards before investing. In conclusion, while buying a franchise can be an attractive way to tap into a proven system, weighing the costs and potential rewards before investing is crucial. Instead, consider developing your skills and focusing on opportunities that offer time, freedom, and flexibility. With the right mindset and approach, anyone can succeed as an entrepreneur.

During my four-hour Bible study session with Myron, I learned much about the art of learning mastery and the importance of a growth mindset.
Here are five key takeaways that I want to share with you today:
In conclusion, my experience with Myron Golden has taught me the importance of reframing our obstacles and challenges and focusing on the positive aspects of every situation. By having a growth mindset and asking the right questions, we can overcome our challenges and succeed in our personal and professional lives. So why not take the first step towards success today and ask yourself the right questions?

Hey, what's up guys? Ryan G here with WarriorCloud.io. Just leaving the gun range just a couple seconds ago and had a private range lesson because this girl just randomly sprinted on the sidewalk. While I was there, there was another gun instructor with his student, and it really cracked me up.
As I was talking to my student, Jeremy, I was explaining to him sight alignment and sight picture, and the other instructor was at the back table with his students and their gun cases open. We all know that if you understand gun range etiquette, it's important to always bring your bag up to the firing line and only handle your firearm at that line.
So I kept an eye on them, and then I watched a guy grab the gun out of the case and pointed it right at the owner of the gun store, Jenny. I yelled, "Stop, stop, stop," and then the guy put the gun down. I said to him, "Sir, close your gun case. Bring the firearm case up to the firing line." This experience made me realize how important it is to understand gun range etiquette on a subconscious level.
In a previous episode, I talked about the four levels of learning. If you want to become one of the 1% firearms instructors and help your students move beyond unconscious incompetence, you have to understand gun range etiquette on a deep level. You cannot teach something you don't understand. The fourth and final level of learning is effortlessness or mastery.
If you invest highly concentrated effort to learn a particular skill, you can achieve conscious competence, but to achieve mastery, you need to understand the principles on a subconscious level. That's where Warrior Cloud comes in. We can help you master the frameworks and teach your skills to your students.
So, if you want to become a great firearms instructor, visit WarriorCloud.io. We're here to help you achieve your goals.
Firearm instructors, if you want to take your skills to the next level, visit WarriorCloud.io today. Our training platform can help you master the frameworks and teach your skills to your students, so you can become one of the 1% firearms instructors. In this video, I share my experience of going to a car dealership with my wife and how the sales team's approach could be applied to the firearms industry. The dealership, H Gregg, captured our information for marketing purposes, and the sales rep introduced himself to our entire family. He then showed us a presentation on hassle-free pricing, the unique inspection process, and interior/exterior protection, using credibility statements to build trust. The dealership successfully positioned themselves as an authority in the market. However, the vehicles were not cleaned, leading us to lose interest. The key takeaway is strategic positioning, which can help firearms instructors grow their business. It can be based on exclusivity, price, urgency/scarcity, the deliverable, or a risk reversal, and can differentiate a business from its competitors.

Hey guys, it's Ryan here, and I'm excited to share something with you.
We've been working on a project called Warrior Cloud which will revolutionize how firearm instructors do business.
While working on my presentation, I remembered a funny email from someone who said they couldn't take my training seriously because I explained things too simply.
But the truth is, if you can't explain something in a simple way, you don't really understand it.
Think about a time when someone tried to explain something to you but made it more confusing. That happens a lot with technical terms, especially in the gun world.
So I try to use simple language, like saying "button" instead of "slide catch," to ensure everyone can understand.
In fact, it takes a lot of work to communicate a message simply.
Even famous speakers like Donald Trump speak at a third-grade level, but that doesn't mean he is dumb.
It takes a lot of effort to use fewer words and speak at a low level that everyone can understand.
That's why I spent a dozen hours figuring out how to explain my presentation in a simpler way for Warrior Cloud.
Our goal is to communicate things in a way that's easy for everyone to understand without talking down to anyone.
So if you can explain something to a nine-year-old, you can explain it to anyone.

What's up, guys? Ryan here, and welcome to the first episode of the 2A Warrior blog.
In this podcast, I will be documenting my journey to become a seven-figure firearms instructor and the many failures and lessons I've learned along the way. This blog will help you avoid making the same mistakes I made so that you can succeed faster.
For the first episodes, I decided to share my backstory so that you can understand the pain, frustration, and difficulty I had to overcome to succeed.
In April 2001, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, and my very first day out of training was September 11th, 2001. Talk about timing. I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur. I'm sure why, but I had a dream that I could be more and do more with my life.
One of my early businesses was a commercial cleaning company called Q&E Cleaning. I got the idea from a friend at church, Ron, who owned a commercial cleaning company and was willing to mentor me.
I spent a few days shadowing Ron as he pitched his services to local businesses. One of the pieces of advice that Ron was to never say no.
"Ryan, no matter what a business owner asks you, say yes, I can do that. Then I'll help you figure out how to make it happen."
I pitched my services to every open business. On the company's first day, I walked down HWY 60 in Brandon, Florida. After dozens of no's, I walked into a PetSmart, a huge pet supply store, and asked for the manager.
To my surprise, the manager said yes and informed me that the property manager would be in touch to discuss the details.
