There are good things about social media. But the setbacks are equally enormous. I had to delete over 13 of my social media accounts. One reason is that it can take all your time and leave you with anxiety. In this episode I talk about the time I used to spend on social media and how I took my life back. It’s possible for all of us not to allow social media to control us.
