Erin Lee is a Jacksonville, Florida native. She graduated in 2004 from Clay High School and went on to get her Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on International Business, in 2009. At 19, she began her professional life at Starbucks to pay for a semester abroad that she spent in France. Erin then went from Starbucks to the deli at Native Sun. While working at the deli, she began her internship with a local construction materials supplier where she eventually got hired on, full-time. The office life was fun and novel at first but inevitably, was not where Erin wanted to be.
In a twist of fate, Erin was laid off in the Spring of 2011 and could not have been more excited, (or more scared) with where life might take her. After a few months of soul searching and penny pinching, Erin drove by a vacant storefront that had a sign in the window that said “Bold Bean Coffee Roasters coming soon!” and felt an immediate spark. Once she interviewed and met the people leading this endeavor, she knew it was just what she was looking for.
When the opportunity to pursue the Wholesale side of Bold Bean came about in 2018, Erin had never previously seen herself as a salesperson. Luckily, after some much needed reflection, she realized this new path was made just for her.
It is for this company alone that Erin was and is best suited for the role. For her, this is about being in the position to take care - both in regard to her team and our wholesale partners. Her career has been a natural progression that has allowed her to live her personal values with the world and represent Bold Bean with these values, as well.
In her spare time, Erin loves to bike the Baldwin Trail, walk and run in her beloved neighborhood of Riverside, and spend as much time as possible with her family and friends. She and her partner, Mary Graham, love traveling, dining out, discovering great wines and new places to hike as often as their finances and work schedules will allow.

Lauren Wyckoff is an amazing entrepreneur. She is the Owner & Founder of BrewHound Dog Park + Bar in Neptune Beach, Florida.
Lauren is a Florida State University graduate. She always had a creative side and was an environmental scientist for 12 years prior to opening BrewHound.
BrewHound opened its doors and gates in May of 2019 and since then it has served as a space for cultivating connections for others and their dogs in her community.

Tiea Vincent is the broker and owner of NXT Level Real Estate and the owner of NXT Level School of Real Estate which she founded in 2022. She has specialized in property management for over 19 years and is currently a Florida Realtors and Florida Real Estate Commission Instructor.
She is also an active director member for the National Association of Realtors, for Florida Realtors, and is the Secretary for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. She is the past Florida State President for the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is the past Division Vice President for the Florida Women’s Council of Realtors.
Tiea was the 2022 Champion for Best Buddies of Jacksonville where she raised over $84,000.00 for their organization.
She holds numerous professional designations, including one as a Master Property Manager through the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Outside of business, Tiea is a mother and a military wife. She has two awesome pups, enjoys boating with the family, and on occasion can be found playing poker and enjoying a nice glass of bourbon with friends.

Michael "Mike" Goldstein has become an icon and local staple of the Tallahassee community through his business Capital City Pedicabs. He took it over from his father Ron Goldstein in 2018 and they celebrated their 10th year in business in 2022.
Capital City Pedicabs specializes in transportation and forming meaningful connections by providing a unique tourism option with a fun conversational component.
They help prevent students from drinking and driving, from being late to class, and help people get to where they need to go in the Florida State University and Downtown areas of Tallahassee.
Mike enjoys networking events and is involved with the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals, Working Class Wednesday, Domi Station, and with the Jim Moran Institute.

Angela M. McKee is a real estate professional located in Jacksonville, Florida and is a property management guru. With an extensive background working with HVAC company professionals, construction workers, and master electricians, she became familiar with the many details of properties and how to manage them at an early age.
Angela has always had a soft spot for others and began volunteering at City Rescue Mission in 2006. Her desire was to offer compassion and hope for those broken by addiction who were wanting help to rebuild their lives. She continues to serve today and is on the 2022 Steering Committee planning for the next 25 years at CRM.
Desiring to blend her love for people with her own natural, professional abilities, Angela launched a property maintenance company in 2010. She continued on to earn her real estate license in September of 2012, and further advanced to property manager while simultaneously rehabbing multiple houses and flipping myriads of rental properties. In addition, she commissioned various work crews while overseeing arduous rehab construction projects, gaining extensive experience working with both local and foreign owners/investors.
Angela's contribution to the property management and investment industry is immeasurable. With commitment, reliability and follow-through as core values, Angela is recognized for the tremendous role she plays as business development manager at Innovative Property Solutions. Nick Griffith is the Founder and Operator of Second Chance Disc Designs out of Jacksonville, Florida. He is an avid disc golfer, having played for almost 20 years. Between his love for disc golf and his love for art, his business is a combination of both.
With the times being exciting for the sport of disc golf since it has recently been growing exponentially, Nick only aspires and hopes to add to the success of the sport.
In January 2021, his youngest daughter was born with a very rare condition. She spent her first night in the world away from her mother, and the following weeks spent in the NICU. There, she was cared for by a great team of doctors and nurses and, much to everyone's amazement, she fought through it and with routine monitoring, today she is thriving!
Due to the unknowns after her delivery, Nick and his wife made a difficult decision for one of them to leave the workforce to care for their daughter. Since Nick’s wife was a hospital employee and all of this occurred during the pandemic, Nick decided to leave his job to become a stay at home dad, a choice that led to the creation of Second Chance Disc Designs!
Nick is excited to see new and used dyed discs on the course. He sells new discs and his passion is giving used plastic a purpose again.
He continues to help grow this sport by contributing to many fundraising and charity events. He has also sponsored their first junior player. Trinity Bryant (@TrinityBryantDiscgolf) is an amazing up and coming junior and she finished in 4th place at the 2022 Junior World Championships.
When he is not working or playing disc golf, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, his daughters, and watching Notre Dame Football.

Jason Shirley is a precious metals expert and multifamily real estate investor. His father introduced him to the concept of building wealth with Gold and Silver when he was a young child and Jason has been involved with precious metals ever since.

Lorraine Michelle Lee is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. While in practice, Lorraine has focused on individual and family services, trauma, and conflict resolution with children between the ages of 5 through 17. She has held several therapeutic positions, performed psycho-social assessments for children and adults, administered treatment plans and group therapy sessions, has done on-site visits at Duval Public and Private Schools, written grants for several different agencies, and much more. Lorraine also has direct experience working with several different population of clients, ranging from drug and alcohol abuse, the Department of Corrections, suicide prevention, and general mental/behavioral Health.
Lorraine offers an encompassing perspective and immediate practical advice in several areas, and is passionate about anything she puts her mind to, especially her career and the clients she serves. She leads with commitment and passion for helping her clients and enjoys helping the community understand the stigma of mental health and the effects it has on children and young adults.

Dennis Cejvanovic and his family moved from Bosnia to Jacksonville, Florida in 1997, just as the war in the republics of the former Yugoslavia was coming to an end. He is a graduate from the University of North Florida and after completing college, the company he worked for offered him a promotion and transfer to Boston, Massachusetts. He went after the opportunity, lived there for several years, then later spent time in Orlando, Florida as a fitness trainer, and then lived in Kentucky working in retail store management, gaining valuable experience along the way.
After stumbling into an ax throwing business and being introduced to the ax throwing world, Dennis developed a love and passion for it after he began working with the business he had randomly came across and saw how it had an immense positive impact on a young handicapped man’s life. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to his family and friends and to pursue his newfound dream of owning his own ax throwing business.
Dennis started out his company, Axe Champs, with a modified trailer serving as a mobile ax throwing business and has since developed it into a full-service facility located in the Murray Hill area of Jacksonville.
When Dennis is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending music and art events, graphic designing, woodworking, glass etching and painting, carpentry, making beard oils, and being creative.

Rick Farmer is the owner and founder of The Listing Edge, a full-service real estate marketing company specializing in photography, videography, aerial photos/video, 3D tours, virtual staging, in addition to social media marketing services, transaction coordinator services, and much more. The Listing Edge has been in business for more than 10 years.
Rick's background was in technology sales before he entered into photography. To list some of his experience, he has worked selling computer software, high-end printing solutions, and was also a product manager at Minolta. In addition, he worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years, mostly in sales and then in underwriting for his last two years in the business.
Rick has been married to his wife, Edith Farmer, since 2001 and they have two sons together, Luke and Jake. They moved to Florida in 2010 after spending most of their lives in New Jersey where Rick and his family were all born. Today, they are also responsible for one other, a young man named Justin, who came to the Farmer family in 2021.

Jade Robinson is an entrepreneur with her business headquarters located in Jacksonville, Florida. During her time in Jacksonville, she served non-profits and later found her niche in event planning. She established her first business J.R. Events in January 2015 while working her "day job". She continued to later establish her second co-owned business, All About You Staffing, founded in 2018.
After over 14 years in the corporate world, Jade decided to embark on her entrepreneurial journey full-time in April of 2019, and she resigned from her corporate job with Merrill Lynch after working there for 13 years. Shortly after leaving, she was nominated as a Professional Business Woman of the Year Award in Oct 2019 by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce's Professional Women’s Council for her work with Clara White Mission's vocational training program to help elevate young minds and provide first job opportunities to those who have been dealing with financial hardships.
Just 11 into working full-time in her business, the world shut down in March 2020 for the COVID-19 pandemic. With her two businesses later returning to a thriving status in 2021, she has also discovered a passion for sharing her story about pivoting during the pandemic and how she was able to retain her clientele and maintain her employee retention.
When she is not running businesses, managing employees, and public speaking, she enjoys having game nights with friends, and participating in boxing training to help relieve stress.

Korissa Kingen is originally from Central Coast California and lived in San Diego for over ten years before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida.
Today, Korissa is a licensed Realtor® and she and her husband are also both active real estate investors. They own rental properties which they have acquired through creative financing strategies and also fix and flip houses, and they are always open to collaborating with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
Before becoming an agent and investor, she worked in dental surgery as well as pediatric dentistry. She loves children and she and her husband have both a boy and a girl together.
There is hardly a time where you will not catch her smiling because she loves the work she does; helping others buy, sell, invest, and build their legacies through the world of real estate. She also prides herself on being able to help families find their dream homes.
Korissa’s primary goal in real estate is to build lasting relationships with her customers so that she can continue to support them well beyond the closings of their properties. She provides thoughtful counsel to the customers and enables them to make sound, informed decisions, and values the personal relationships that are created during the transaction processes.

In today’s Episode #9, Justin interviews real estate entrepreneur K.L.
K.L. was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.
She was a competitive figure skater from ages five through twenty.
At age eighteen, shortly after graduating high school, she worked in her first salon, a one person nail studio the size of a closet. She ended up owning that nail salon only a year later and operated it until she was twenty-four.
At age twenty-seven, she opened her second salon in Hampton Roads, Virginia after her family relocated when her husband at the time was stationed there on military orders.
At age twenty-eight, she also began working in the real estate industry and was helping her broker with short sales and transaction coordinating.
As her family was relocating to various states on her husband’s military orders, until age thirty-eight, she successfully opened, owned, and managed numerous salons, day spas, tanning salons, and even retail boutique stores in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
During those times, she also attained multiple certifications in the cosmetology profession, began consulting new salon owners, became a nail instructor at a cosmetology school, and also hosted educational seminars for numerous major cosmetology brands as a product representative.
She settled in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010 and worked in the banking and mortgage industry until she attained her Florida real estate license in June of 2016.
She opened her real estate transaction coordination company in 2021.
Outside of her real estate business operations, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children, relaxing by the ocean, cooking, making natural bath and body products, growing her own herbs and making natural teas, volunteering, and appreciating the company of good friends.

In addition to his “geek” side, he also found he was pretty talented at playing sports.
Scott attended and graduated from Cornell University and Rutgers School of Law.
He spent the majority of his adult life in the investment business, having his first real job at EF Hutton & Co.
Before relocating to Ponte Vedra, Florida in 2005, he ran a brokerage division for a large credit union in New Jersey.
It was upon the move to Ponte Vedra that he founded Standfast Asset Management where today he invests money for those who place their trust in him in a most prudent manner.
When he is not helping others invest their wealth, Scott enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Sharon, with their daughter Austin and son Alexander, in addition to writing, playing chess, performing pop history presentations, coaching soccer, and aiding with fundraisers for various organizations and nonprofits.

Having served in the United States Air Force for four years, Robert Lemus has developed the discipline and confidence it takes to find ways to create a lifestyle for himself and his family to enjoy the most important gift life has to offer; the gift of time.
In his early career, he tried door-to-door sales and while that was lucrative, he found it took more working hours than a traditional 40-50 hour per week job.
He then made an attempt at several other traditional business models. He owned and operated a used car lot, retail stores in malls, and even worked with several multi-level marketing companies. Where all of those endeavors created revenue, he found they all either took away from his time or just lacked long term stability in constantly changing economies.
Today, he has been blessed to find a referral marketing company that offers value that everyone needs for their entire lifetime. Robert teaches people how to save time, money, and if they choose, how to add repeat income without ceilings.

Mr. Madathil is a sophomore at the University of Michigan studying business and film.
He has had a passion for filmmaking and storytelling, starting with a YouTube channel he created in sixth grade where he posted comedic skits and parodies.
In only tenth grade, he turned his hobby and passions into a business by establishing his own video production company, MadLight Productions. He has filmed weddings, parties, real estate videos, even short films and has also filmed concerts for musical artists such as The Glass Animals, PinkSweat$, and Aries.
He has also established an online SAT tutoring company called PrepMasters SAT after his own personal SAT scores were in the 99th percentile.
