Hello everyone! Today I am sharing a strategy that I recently started to implement into my Splinterlands battles. I have always known how important Speed. Speed determines not only attack order, but also the chance of actually hitting your opponant, and dodging attacks! Paying attention to Speed when choosing your team is crucial.
In this battle, I combined several Speed-increasing cards, along with a Kitty Summoner, and two cards with Backfire. The Backfire ability has become on of my favorite abilities! Don't sleep on that Chaos Agent or Naga Assassin, my friends. That is one powerful ability, especially with some extra speed boosts!

Hello everybody! Today I opened up my End of Season rewards! I only made it to Diamond 2 this time because I caught covid and wasn't able to play any further. My ECR is finally regenerating! lol! I guess that is a silver lining. :)
I also opened up a Gladius case today! I did pretty well in the Brawl this time around, winning six out of eight matches. I was quite surprised that I was able to pull that off because of being down with covid and all.
I hope that everyone is staying healthy, and that you all got some wonderful rewards in your chests today!

Hello everyone! Today I was very excited to wake up to claim my airdrops for Uriel the Purifyer and Baakjrra.
I claimed airdrops on both my account and Beren's account, where we had a total of 3,032 packs purchased. (Holy cow, did I seriously buy that many?!)

There is an up and coming play to earn game based on BBC's Doctor Who series. If you haven't watched Doctor Who yet, I highly suggest it! If you are already a Whovian, you might want to take a look at this game.
I haven't actually tried to play the game myself yet, and it is still in the early stages! Beren was telling me that you can't actually play with your own cards yet, its more in a beta phase where you can play with a predetermined deck.
I have had a lot of fun opening packs for this game! Its really fun to see snippets from one of the greatest shows of all time. The artwork is great, the frames are great, and I have no doubt that the gameplay will be great!
There is already an active marketplace where you can buy and sell assets for the game, which I haven't really used yet, because I'm HODLing all of my cards!

Today I had an itch to open up some Chaos Legion packs. I ended up opening way more than I planned! My kids were crawling all over me and I had to take two different videos before I finally asked them to go upstairs to I could film this in peace. Haha! Kids will be kids. In the first videos, I got a Soul Fiend and a Quix the Devious!
I will let you watch for yourself to see what I got in the other packs I opened, when I finally got a decent video. I hope that you all enjoy watching this!
Hopefully Beren isn't too mad at me for opening all of these! I'm sure he will roll his eyes when I tell him. lol!
