Doing Yoga on 8/19/2023: A Relaxing Saturday Afternoon Stretch
Hey there!
Today, I'm here to share another yoga video with you. Let's delve into what happened at the studio on that sunny Saturday afternoon.
As I walked into the studio, I couldn't help but wonder if it would just be me practicing my yoga moves in solitude. To my surprise, another enthusiastic yogi joined in, and not long after, two lovely ladies strolled in too. Our little group was complete!
Although the class wasn't as intense as some of the challenging sessions I've experienced before, it still provided a refreshing stretch and an opportunity to engage in physical activity during the daylight hours. It's always satisfying to break a light sweat and rejuvenate the body and mind.
But you know what, my fellow yogis? Instead of pushing myself for another class on Sunday, I decided to give myself a little break and embrace the concept of "Sunday Funday." After all, resting and recuperating are just as important as actually practicing the asanas.
I'd love to know how your yoga sessions have been going! Drop a comment below and let's connect. Share your motivational messages or any thoughts about yoga; I'm all ears!
As I wrap up this post, I'm already looking forward to coming back into the studio on Monday and jumping back into the flow of a new week. The energy, the challenge, and the sense of belonging in a yoga community are truly invigorating.
Remember, fellow yogis, it's not just about the poses; it's about finding peace within ourselves and embracing the journey. So, roll out your mats, breathe deep, and let the soothing rhythm of yoga guide you towards balance and tranquility.
Stay tuned for more yoga adventures, inspiration, and tips. Until next time, my friends, keep stretching, keep breathing, and keep embracing the beauty of this ancient practice.
Namaste!

Hey there!
Another day, another yoga session! It was time to unroll my mat, stretch those muscles, and embrace the zen. Today's yoga class was led by the ever-calm and tranquil Mr. Vimal. While he may have exuded a tad bit of low energy, his expertise in guiding us through the yoga poses was unmatchable.
As I entered the studio, the serene ambiance instantly eased away any lingering stress. With anticipation in the air, we began the class, ready to test the limits of our ligaments. Each posture, from the graceful one-leg stands to the satisfyingly fulfilling bends, revitalized our bodies and relaxed our minds.
Mr. Vimal may not have been the typical high-energy instructor, but his calm demeanor allowed each student to find their own pace and rhythm. As we moved through the sequence, he gently encouraged us, reminding us to listen to our bodies and honor the limits of our flexibility.
However, after an impressive session of multi-level asanas and rejuvenating pranayama, I decided to take a day off from tomorrow's class. It's crucial to give our bodies the rest they need, especially when we've been pushing ourselves in the gym and stretching beyond our comfort zone.
So, my dear yoga enthusiasts, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-care. Take a moment to listen to your body and recognize when it's time to hit the pause button. Allow yourself the indulgence of rest and relaxation, for it is in these moments that growth and rejuvenation flourish.
Remember, yoga isn't just about the physical postures; it's a path to inner peace and well-being. So, find a quiet corner, unroll your mat, and surrender to the divine flow of your breath. Let your body guide you through the graceful movements, and allow your mind to find solace in the stillness.
Wishing you all a day filled with flexibility, serenity, and profound connections with your mind, body, and soul. Let the power of yoga embrace you, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Stay bendable and continue spreading those good vibes, my friends! Namaste!

Last week was no exception. Everyone was eager to dive into this unique blend of physicality and mindfulness.
With a touch of excitement, I positioned my trusty time-lapse camera to capture the unforgettable moments that were about to unfold. Little did I know, my attempt to find the perfect angle turned out to be more of a comedic mishap. In the editing process, I realized my camera had swung off to the left, highlighting our acrobatic escapades from a rather off, but still amusing perspective.
Note to self: strive for better camera placement next week!

Hey there, bendy Friends!
I believe in keeping both the mind and body in check, and that's why I make it a point to indulge in yoga at least a few times a week. It's a wonderful choice for overall well-being, don't you think?
Yesterday's yoga session was absolutely tops! The credit goes to our amazing yoga instructor, Mr. Vimal. Let me tell you, his sessions always push me to my limits. But you know what? I love the challenge! It's what keeps me motivated.
During the session, I found myself pleasantly surprised to have a new friend right beside me who seemed like a true yoga pro. I couldn't help but be in awe of their incredible body control and flexibility. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to figure out how to reach my toes without toppling over ahhahaa!
But hey, progress takes time, right? I know that with consistent practice, dedication, and a sprinkle of patience, I'll be able to bend and stretch just like those seasoned yogis. Maybe in a few more months, I'll be able to touch my toes effortlessly. Who knows? The possibilities are endless!
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for joining me on this yoga journey. It's incredible how one simple practice can inspire and bring people together. So, if you're watching this and feeling that familiar nudge of inspiration, why not give it a go? Trust me, your body and mind will thank you for it!
Until we meet again on the yoga mat, my bendy friends, keep stretching, flexing, and flowing through life's beautiful moments.
Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination. Namaste!

Hey there, my yoga-loving crew!
If you've been keeping up with my recent videos, you'll know that I've been fully immersed in the world of yoga. And let me tell you, folks, yesterday's session took me on an unexpected heat wave.
Now, picture this: I walk into the studio, ready to embrace the calm and serenity that comes with a good stretch. Little did I know that I was about to witness a yoga class turned sauna experience. It felt like we had entered the depths of the sun itself!
Our fearless instructor decided to seal the fate of our sweat glands by shutting the windows and turning off the fans. Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy a warm environment for my yoga sessions, but this was on another level. I quickly realized that my mat was about to become a slip 'n slide of sorts.
As I attempted to hold my poses and flow gracefully from one position to another, my feet had other plans. They were slipping and sliding like there was no tomorrow! Talk about a challenge, right? Here I was, attempting a warrior pose, but my feet were more interested in some impromptu roller-skating routine. It was like a comical dance of balance and slipping gracelessly. Hey, laughter is good for the soul, they say!
Despite the excessive sweat and slippery shenanigans, I must admit, it was a hilariously memorable yoga experience. There's something about finding humor in the midst of challenging situations that brings a unique level of enjoyment to the practice.
Now, my fellow yoga enthusiasts, I want to hear from you! How's your yoga journey coming along? Are you unleashing your inner yogi with a side of laughter as well? Share your stories, mishaps, and moments of triumph in the comments below, because we're all in this journey together.
Remember, my friends, yoga is not just about mastering the poses or achieving the perfect form. It's about embracing the journey, embracing the flow, and embracing ourselves exactly as we are.
So, keep stretching, keep smiling, and most importantly, keep embracing the joy that comes with this bendable journey. Until next time, stay balanced, my friends!
Cheers,

Hello Friends,
I'm back with another yoga video for you all to chuckle at and enjoy. Today is Friday, August 10, 2023 and I just got back from my local gym here in Danang, Vietnam. When I went to do their fitness evaluation test, the machine told me I was a little overweight. Yes, I'm a guy who loves food...and perhaps I'm carrying a few extra pounds. Haha. But that's exactly why I'm doing yoga!
Today's yoga session was a lot of fun and involved many different moves that really gave me a good stretch. And stretching is so important, I think. It helps loosen up the muscles and joints, increase flexibility, and improve circulation. All of which can help with weight loss too.
Lately my life has had a lot of ups and downs, much like the price of Bitcoin, so getting in some physical activity is a great way for me to get out of my head for a bit. Doing yoga requires focus and presence which helps clear my mind. The deep breathing also helps me destress.
During the session I couldn't help but chuckle at myself a little bit when I'd lose balance or tip over. But hey, yoga is a journey and I'm learning something new each time. Over time my strength, flexibility and balance will improve as I keep practicing.
I hope you enjoy this somewhat funny yoga timelapse video. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments. And if you're ever in Danang, Vietnam, let's meet up and do yoga together sometime. I'm always looking for new yoga buddies!
Well that concludes today's bendy adventure. Looking forward to the next one! Stay healthy and happy, friends.

Hey there!
So, the other day I had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent Thien Mu Pagoda in Hue, Vietnam. Let me tell you, this temple is not just any ordinary spot; it's the unofficial icon of the entire city. Talk about a historical gem!
As I strolled through the pagoda's elegant grounds, I couldn't help but admire the rich history that oozed from every nook and cranny. Fun fact alert! This place played a crucial role in the recognition of the Buddhist movement in Vietnam. It's where the honorable Thich Quang Duc had that famous car ride before his awe-inspiring act of self-immolation in protest. Talk about a memorable moment in history!
But let's not just focus on the past; the Thien Mu Pagoda is also a place of serenity and tranquility. The moment I stepped foot in the temple's vicinity, a sense of calm washed over me. The peaceful ambiance and the mesmerizing view of the river were like a soothing balm for the soul. It's impossible not to feel relaxed in such a serene setting.
Oh! Before I forget to mention, I managed to capture the whole experience with a hyperlapse video. My buddy Nhi joined me on this adventure, and let me tell you, the heat was no joke! We were both sweating like crazy, but every drop was worth it to witness the grandeur of such a historically significant location. And guess what? At the end of our walk, we spotted a lucky turtle, and of course, I had to give it a little friendly pet. Who knows, maybe some of that luck will rub off on me!
Learn more about the temple here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thi%C3%AAn_M%E1%BB%A5_Temple
If you happen to find yourself in Hue, mark my words, don't miss out on the Thien Mu Pagoda. It's a magical place that combines history, tranquility, and a touch of luck. Trust me, it'll be an experience you won't forget!
Alright, that's all for now. Until we meet again for more exciting adventures, take care and cheers to exploring the wonders of this world!
Yours in wanderlust,

Hey Friends
I'm back with another yoga adventure! In this class, I really went all-out testing new tech. The trusty Insta360 camera captured every angle while I had fun in Cap Cut overlaying stickers and effects. Maybe I got a bit carried away with the graphics, but isn't that what creative exploration is all about?
While I was busy playing director, the actual yoga was testing my limits. Our instructor guides us through complex poses that the other students seem to float through effortlessly. I know comparison is the enemy of joy, and we all progress at our own pace. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to master those challenging postures one day! For now, I'm proud of how far I've come already. Every small improvement makes a difference.
That's the beauty of yoga - it meets you where you are, then gives you tools to grow stronger in body and mind. I always leave class feeling more grounded and motivated. My legs may be jelly, but my spirit is renewed.
Let me know if you have any tips for improving these videos or taking my practice to the next level! I love hearing from you guys. Your support means the world on this journey. Looking forward to more yoga, more creative experiments, and more adventures with you!
Namaste.

Hey there,
If you've been following my adventures, you know that I'm a huge fan of the good old Ping Pong. There's something about this sport that gets my heart racing and my competitive spirit ignited. It's the perfect blend of leisure and excitement, making it the sport of choice for kings and commoners alike.
But let me tell you about this recent Ping Pong showdown in the picturesque city of Danang, Vietnam. It was a sun-kissed day when three of my closest friends and I gathered to engage in a battle of agility and skill. The stakes were high, and the atmosphere crackled with anticipation. We were ready to shed blood, sweat, and tears on that table.
Let me be honest here, I'm still in the process of fine-tuning my video editing skills. So please, bear with me if the quality of the edits isn't top-notch. What matters is the essence of the game, the spirit of friendly competition, and the exhilarating moments that unfolded.
As the first serve was struck, time seemed to slow down for just a fraction of a second. The ball zipped across the net with lightning speed, accompanied by the chorus of cheers and friendly banter. The back-and-forth battle became a captivating dance, as we spun and lunged, deftly returning each shot. It was an artistic symphony in motion, fueled by adrenaline and the desire to emerge victorious.
There were moments of incredible finesse, when the ball gracefully skimmed the edge of the table with a hair's breadth, leaving us all breathless. And then there were moments of pure chaos, when the ball went flying off tangents, only to be saved by lightning-fast reflexes and a hint of luck. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, with shouts of triumph and groans of defeat echoing through the air.
Ultimately, the game transcended the simple act of hitting a ball with paddles. It became a metaphor for life's challenges and victories, teaching us the importance of focus, resilience, and sportsmanship. We might not have all emerged as winners on the scoreboard, but we were united by the joy and camaraderie that Ping Pong brings.
So, my friends, I present to you the highlights of this epic Ping Pong showdown. Join us in reliving the thrills, the laughter, and the occasional fierce rivalry. Let the clicks and clacks of the paddles transport you to that Danang table, where bonds were strengthened and memories were forged.
Until we meet again, my fellow Ping Pong enthusiasts, may the tables always turn in your favor.
Ping pong 4 life!
P.S. If you ever find yourself in Danang, Vietnam, make sure to unleash your Ping Pong skills amidst the breathtaking beauty of this vibrant city. It's a battle worth fighting!

Hey there!
Let me take you on a hair-raising adventure to the "Tóc Mập BarBer Shop" in Da Nang, where I recently embarked on a much-needed trim. Trust me, it was an experience unlike any other!
Picture this: I was a week overdue for a trim, and my hair was starting to resemble a wild jungle. Desperate times call for desperate measures, so off I went on my journey across town to my trusted local Vietnamese barber.
Stepping into the "Tóc Mập BarBer Shop," I was greeted by my dear friend, the barber. Now, here's the interesting part: my friend speaks zero English, and my Vietnamese vocabulary extends to a few basic words. But fear not, my friends, for we had a unique and unspoken connection through the art of hair.
As I settled into the barber's chair, I couldn't help but feel a mix of anticipation and excitement. The buzzing of the clippers filled the air, and my friend worked his magic, sculpting my hair with precision and care. While I wasn't entirely sure what was being said, we communicated through the universal language of hair cutting. It was a beautiful dance between artist and canvas.
Now, here's the cherry on top: I decided to document this extraordinary experience. Armed with my trusty camera, I recorded a short video of my haircut journey. With a touch of editing wizardry, I transformed it into a cinematic masterpiece, capturing the essence of the "Tóc Mập BarBer Shop" and its hidden charm.
If you happen to find yourself in Da Nang, searching for a haircut that will leave you feeling dapper and fresh, do yourself a favor and visit the "Tóc Mập BarBer Shop." Just mention my name (even though they might not fully understand) and let them work their magic on you. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

One of my absolute joys in life is hopping on my trusty motorbike and cruising through the enchanting City of Danang, Vietnam, especially when the sun bids farewell and the night comes to life. There's something magical about the city's pulsating energy and vibrant nightlife that never fails to captivate my senses.
Last night was a bit rough for me. Feeling a little under the weather (Still am), I decided to seek solace in the open road. So, I hopped on my motorbike, ready to embrace the cool night breeze and bask in the soothing tranquility that only a late-night drive can offer.
As I revved the engine and set off on my nocturnal adventure, the city embraced me with open arms. The neon lights illuminated the streets, creating a captivating sea of colors that danced around me. Hi hi hi,
In the bustling streets of Vietnam, where the scent of fragrant street food fills the air, I found myself embarking on a new adventure - yoga. Now, let me tell you, yoga in Vietnam is a whole new level of experience, especially when you don't speak the language. Buckle up and get ready for a hilarious journey into the world of stretching and bending.
As I strolled into the yoga studio, I couldn't help but notice the serene atmosphere and the calming aroma of incense wafting through the air. My fellow yogis seemed relaxed and focused, seemingly oblivious to the fact that a foreigner had just entered the scene. With a nervous smile, I found myself a spot, ready to dive into the unknown.
Now, keep in mind that I've been hitting the gym and practicing yoga for a month, trying to achieve the perfect balance of health and overall well-being. But little did I know, Vietnam had a unique way of testing my limits - both physically and mentally.
With a camera in hand, I decided to document every moment of this adventurous journey. As the instructor guided us through various poses, I found myself imitating the movements to the best of my ability, complete with my oversized belly giggling in sync with each stretch. They say laughter is the best medicine, and trust me, yoga in Vietnam had me in stitches!
The language barrier added an extra layer of excitement to the whole experience. Imagine trying to decipher the instructor's cues when you don't speak Vietnamese. It was like playing a game of charades, but instead of guessing movie titles, I was trying to figure out which limb to move next. But hey, who needs verbal instructions when you have the universal language of laughter?
As the minutes turned into hours, my body twisted and contorted in ways I never thought possible. Every muscle fiber in my body stretched and reached for new heights. It was a beautiful chaos, a dance between flexibility and determination. And amidst it all, I couldn't help but appreciate the positive energy surrounding me.
Yoga is not just about bending and stretching; it's a practice that nourishes both the body and the soul. It teaches us patience, resilience, and the art of letting go. In Vietnam, I discovered that yoga had the power to bridge cultural gaps and connect people from different walks of life. We may not have understood each other's words, but the communal laughter and shared experiences created a bond that transcended language barriers.
So, dear readers, remember that yoga is not about perfection; it's about progress and embracing the journey. Embrace your quirks, laugh at your mishaps, and celebrate the sheer joy of finding balance, both on and off the mat.
As I bid you farewell from the vibrant streets of Vietnam, I leave you with this thought: life is precious, and sometimes, you just need to stretch, laugh, and let go. Till next time, keep stretching, keep exploring, and keep seeking adventures that add a touch of humor to your life.
Namaste!

Hi Friends,
The other day, I decided to embark on a memorable and exciting adventure. It was time to hit the open road and feel the wind in my hair as I took a ride along the beach, heading towards the beautiful city of Hue. With the sun shining and the birds singing, it promised to be a day filled with joy and discovery.
As I hopped on my trusty motorbike, I couldn't help but feel a sense of liberation. The coastal way stretched out before me, inviting me to weave through the traffic and embrace the thrill of the ride. I found myself smoothly maneuvering through the sea of bikes, feeling like an expert in this two-wheeled dance.
Along the way, I noticed a group of motorbikers who seemed stranded by the roadside. Being the helpful soul that I am, I attempted to come to their rescue. Alas, my attempts were not as heroic as I had imagined. My lack of mechanical savvy only left me feeling rather foolish, but I shrugged it off and continued on my way, laughter echoing through the salty breeze.
Little did I know that my carefree journey was about to take an unexpected turn. As I ventured towards the mountainous roads, disaster struck. It started drizzling, creating a treacherous film of water on the road. Before I could react, I found myself losing control of my motorbike, and down I went.
Now, one might assume that such an accident would be cause for distress or frustration. But, surprisingly, I couldn't help but burst into laughter. Perhaps it was the adrenaline coursing through my veins, or the inherent sense of humor that life throws unexpected curveballs at us. Either way, there I was, sprawled on the wet road with a smile on my face, feeling quite foolish but strangely alive.
It was at that moment that I realized how uncertain life can be. You never truly know when your time will come or when fate will have its way with you. And yet, amidst the uncertainty, there is a lesson to be learned – to keep smiling, to embrace the mishaps, and to continue driving forward, even when the road gets slippery.
Dear reader, have you ever experienced a similar adventure? Is there a part of you that finds fascination in the unpredictable? While it may seem peculiar, there is something truly intriguing about those moments when our survival instincts kick in, and our minds race to find a solution. It's an experience that jolts us out of our comfort zones, leaving us with an indelible memory.
But fear not, my friends, for my mishap was nothing more than a bump in the road. A few minor scratches on my leg, some marks on the bike, and even my faithful GoPro camera incurred minor damages. All in all, a small price to pay for a story that would be etched in my memory forever.
As I bid you farewell, I offer this friendly reminder: when the rain falls, take it slow. The roads can become slick in the blink of an eye. And who knows, your mini-adventure might just end up on YouTube errr 3Speak.. , providing endless amusement to viewers worldwide.
In the spirit of growth and connection, I am determined to share more of my adventures through videos. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve and make them more captivating, do let me know. Together, we can create content that captures the essence of life's unexpected surprises and celebrates the joy of pushing boundaries.
Till next time, my dear friends, have an amazing day and embrace the beauty of both smooth rides and unexpected twists.
Life is an adventure, after all. :D Hahaha

Hey friends,
We book quite a few bands over here at section 30. some of them are fun some of them are not so much fun. this Saturday night was one of my favorite, Johnny Congo.
This group is what's known as a rockabilly styled van. they mix sort of Bluegrass elements in with a punk rock modern style.
What I like most about them however is that they bring a lot of positive energy and they get people standing up and dancing. and that's what's the most important thing. people having good time moving and grooving.
This Saturday night was particularly good as there was a nice turnout of people who are eager to dance. at one of their last sets of the night everyone got up and started a boogie. I couldn't help but grab my video and start taking some videos of it.
I would like to have included the original music with this track however, my microphone is not the best on this camera phone. but I opted for some music that had a Cool vibe to it and kind of fit the feeling of the edit.
What about you? when you go out to the club do you go dancing and moving and grooving? or do you like to sit more in a seat and just kick back and look at everybody else go?
For me it's kind of like 50/50 sometimes I feel like getting up dancing another times I don't. I do think sometimes I use the camera as a way to hide and not get up and dance because people see me videoing and they're like, oh they're doing something so they don't have to dance. LOL.
Enjoy. :)

HI Freinds,
Last night was a great time! I got to go out and hang out with some friends and dance a bit. I love those nights! I think it's so important to do this often because it's good for your physical and mental health. Dancing releases endorphins which helps boost your mood and energy, and being around friends is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. It's a great reminder that there can be joy in small moments, and that life can be enjoyed even in the midst of busy schedules and everyday stress. Plus, it's just really fun!
Last night Karma Lounge celebrated its two-year anniversary and it was a night of fun and revelry! The place was filled with people enjoying the evening and the sounds of lively music. There was also a mesmerizing fire show, which added a magical touch to the event. Everyone had a great time, toasting and dancing the night away.
Anyways, I made this short 1 min video from the night, and I'm excited to share it with you. lol
I think you'll really enjoy the visuals, and the calm music really sets the tone. It's quite the contrast to the tunes we were blasting last night, which made for a loud, but fun evening.
I hope you'll love it as much as I do!
Cheers~

Hi friends.
here in Vietnam it's a cold rainy day. it's been raining for the last several days and probably will rain tomorrow as well. top of that it's just cold and I only have sandals. so what better thing to do on a cold rainy day than to take your puppy dog for a cold rainy day walk.
I try to take the puppy dog out for a walk once a day for like an hour, let him stretch his legs a little bit, pee on things, perhaps meet other puppy dogs and sniff, you know doggy stuff. yesterday being rainy and really really cold we didn't go on our walk so today even though it was rainy and cold, I felt guilty and felt like I needed to take the guy on a small walk. that's what we did.
As far as our standard walks around the block go, it was average. we went on a nice stroll down the street saw another puppy dog we got really wet, then we made it home at one piece. I thought it'd be fun to share a video of my daily dog walks with you all.
So sit back and relax and enjoy the daily doggo walk, set to some fun upbeat Music, because, you know just because.

Hi there,
so before you go judging me yes I know eating a full Pizza late at night is probably not the best idea for my health or well-being. but, on a cold rainy night, this is something delightful about that warm warm slice of pizza that you just can't refuse. tonight was one of those nights where I just couldn't say no.
I travel to one pizza place however they were booked up with 30 minutes of Order ahead of mine, so I ventured down the road to another Pizza established my life called Olivia pizza. here the place was open there was no one in line so I got to place my order in, and I decided to make a small video of the process.
the only part of the process not videotape is the eating of it because well, I was eating it and I think showing videos of myself eating food is a little bit beyond my comfort zone, however showing the creation process, and the beauty that is a late night hot margarita pizza with mushrooms is well worth the video content upload time. without further Ado I presentthe late night pizza eating video making video from me about Olivia Pizza. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed eating it. Lol cheers :)

hey friends
Beach volleyball. it's been something that I've been meaning to try for a while but just for whatever reason never getting around to it. much like surfing and bodyboarding, and I guess that matter, many things.
today however one of my friends from Lithuania had returned and invited me out to join them for some fun in the sun and on the beach. what can I do but say yes.
this is a small composite video of a few pictures I took during the beach volleyball time. what is not showing is my sore body laying in bed quivering in pain from being way too active. LOL but I guess that's okay it's good exercise. and actually I pulled myself out of bed to go get a pizza so, all those calories burnt are about to replace my all new calories. but that's what makes it so much fun.
what about you, have you ever played Beach volleyball, what do you think about it?

Hi friends,
Today is the eve of Lunar New Year here in Vietnam. so last night I went down by the river and I checked out the festival Village they had set up.
It was a very nice experience and there was lots of people out there enjoying the community feeling And taking pictures next to a giant cat. Lol
I do enjoy getting out and taking part in these Community things. it makes me feel like I'm more a part of the culture and not just a tourist in cities like this.
Hope you enjoy the short video of some of the sites that I saw.
Enjoy and happy Tet!

anytime I'm making Adventure at Drive South for about 30 minutes I come to one of my favorite places the Hi 5 bar.
I help design the logo for them and I help with some graphics and other things to make this establishment go. but I do like the vibe here I think it's pretty fun and I know the owner has nested a lot of time and effort into making it really interesting place. today was having some coffee I wanted to shoot a small video and try out some ideas.
I hope you enjoy this short video, kind of like a teaser video for the bar. after I posted here I will post it on my other social media. HIVE number one!
Cheers. :)

Hi friends,
here in Vietnam it's getting close to the tet holiday. this is the end of the Lunar New Year and one most Asian cultures celebrate the end of the year. I Help a local bar with some marketing and Graphics, and they invited me to join them for their end of the year party. and let me tell you it was fun.
the evening start at a local restaurant where we drink at lunch perhaps too much and then the evening took a turn as we went to the karaoke bar and danced until about 1:00 a.m.
I was supposed to go to the gym this morning but I woke up to a tire to really do anything and ended up sleeping in a bit too much. LOL so looking back at that video footage of last night I think it was a very fun party. I will do another post later on with the photos from last night with a bit more in-depth talking about the event. for now enjoy this short video clip from the experience. cheers.

Hi friends,
the espresso martini. it's that perfect pick up you might need when you're feeling tired and yet you have a night out that you want to go enjoy.
in America my little sister and I would always go out for a drink. the drink would get together would be the espresso martini. she's actually the one who got me drinking these things about 2 years back now.
something about the Knicks of martini and expresso is just perfect on those nights when you feel a little bit down but you want to have energy to keep going. perhaps it was the precursor to the vodka and Red Bull that people do now. but the expresso Martini I do enjoy and did enjoy tonight. part of my endless quest is always to make new videos and pictures so tonight I shot a small video about the making of this drink edited and produced it here for you to enjoy as well. I hope you all have a great night and enjoy this New Year's evening stay safe and have fun and perhaps enjoy aN expresso martini Too. Lol Cheers.

Hi Friends,
This is the third month in a row that I've gone to get some stem cell treatment in my body. The effects have always been pretty good and it has increased my ability to feel healthy and have less bone issues... The clicking and popping ...
I'm curious to see how it will play out has the last week I've been feeling sick and today I have an earache and have a sore throat, the combination of garlic stem cells and other stem cells will increase the overall health of the body and hopefully the speed at which it is recovering from being sick.
I do believe in living a healthy strong life and think that this might have a good effect on that.
On the topic of good health I recently submitted a proposal to The Hive decentralized fund, to start an organic Eco Farm here in central Vietnam. please take a moment to review my proposal and if you like it a vote would mean a lot.
Here is the link.

Hi Friends,
Section 30 is a local bar here in Danang Vietnam. At Christmas we help out with a couple of community events.
Today the rain stopped and we had a community market set up upstairs including a real life actual factual center. Well ... not so much a real santa. lol.
I've been working on my short videos, and this is a new short video I made highlighting some of the shops and the spread the holiday spirit and cheer. let me know what you think down the comments and I hope you all are having a merry and happy Christmas.

Hi friends,
I made a short video today highlighting the very rainy weather we are having.
I was trying to capture some of the water. I had my phone in a waterproof bag capturing video of different clips. I think tomorrow I'll try again if it's raining and more sunlight.
This was shot on a Samsung Galaxy s20 Fan Edition in Vietnam.
Let me know what you think of the video down below in the comments or how I can approve upon it.
Cheers and stay dry.

Hi friends.
Every yeah I have the pleasure of helping wrap a bunch of presents to be delivered to some orphan kids in the mountains of Vietnam.
These kids are part of the new city that is the product of a hydroelectric Dam that went up, so they lost their homes and relocated to a new area in the mountains of Vietnam.
Each year people donate funds and then an organization in town buys 300 boxes and a bunch of gifts, they understand the day wrapping them all and will go on Monday to deliver them. The video you're about to see is a time-lapse footage of the process of wrapping these presents. I am the one in the bottom left hand corner putting the initial Goods in the boxes. the rest of the team is working on wrapping them and putting labels on them. all in all it was a fantastic. Thank you watching.cheers.

I stayed for about an hour or so then went home and fell asleep for the night. I'm still feeling a bit sick today but glad I got out to see something interesting and have a unique experience. this video is just a little highlight of what I watched.
I hope you guys have a great day and thanks for tuning in.

Hello Friends,
The life and death of a Negroni is a tail of joy and sadness. This classic cocktail was invented in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni in Florence, Italy. It was created as a twist on the Americano, which was made with gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. The Negroni replaced the soda water with gin, giving it a more robust flavor. The cocktail was an instant hit and quickly spread throughout Italy and beyond. However, the Negroni's popularity began to decline in the 1970s, and by the 1980s it was all but forgotten. In recent years, there has been a resurgence in interest in the Negroni, and it has become a way of life.
Yesterday night the bar I helped out at asked me to make a promo video for this classic drink. Wanting to flex my Steven Spielberg mussels, I decided to file the Life and Death of a Negroni.
This heartwarming but bitter-sweet tail shows the conception, birth, life, and, with a tear in my eye, the death of a nice glass o' Negroni.
This was shot on and edited on my phone. I do have the right's to the music as well.
The Negroni is a drink that is both loved and hated by many. It is a complex cocktail that is not for the faint of heart. It is a mix of gin, vermouth, and Campari. The drink is bitter and sweet and has a strong alcohol content. It is a dangerous drink that can lead to a quick death or a long and happy life. The choice is yours; what do you pick?
Cheers and Enjoy!
Video was filmed on location in Danang, Vietnam.

Hello Friends
Today while I was waiting at a cafe for the next activity for the day, I got one of those hankerings to be creative. you know the type, you're just like I want to make something. lately I've been on this video kick as well so I thought I should make an experimental video.
In this video here I tried to capture the natural world but in juxtaposition to the horrors that lie underneath it, the demons and the madness that is within all of us.
Fiirst I found a cool track of music, then start to look at how I can explore and otherwise benign place, AKA a cafe seating area outside, and transform it into something a little bit more, something a bit deeper and stranger with more meaning.
``` I do admit that I am no Alfred Hitchcock, or even Steven spielberg, but I think this fun little experimental video reminds me of my days in art school, just shooting stuff and experimenting with how it looks and What feelings it generates inside somebody.
When you watch this film, what do you think?
This microfilm was shot on location in Danang Vietnam.
Hello Friends.
This weekend I attended an opening of a new hip hop / butcher shop / barber shop for a biker gang here in Vietnam called Vietgangz.
It was an interesting experience. The people all seem very nice and friendly and they're playing some pretty dope Hip Hop beats.
Please note that the music in this video is not the music from the event. I selected it while I could not hear it so I accidentally chose some Christmas music but hey lol this is life.
I hope you enjoy the small video from the opening and I hope you find it interesting despite the crazy music. Perhaps just play it with music Off. Lol
Cheers
Hello Friends,
The other day I attended a really cool anime festival / Japanese festival on the beach here in Danang. I really wasn't sure what to expect but when I arrived there was Carnival like parade happening awesomely dressed characters, and a lot of fun.
One of my New Missions lately is to try to make videos when I go somewhere to get better at rapid video making. so this is one of the videos I took and assembled while on site. I think it turned out okay, I might have chosen a better track of music and will be more diligent in the music I select for future videos.
``` I stayed for a couple hours and watched the show on stage and talk with a lot of fun people. all in all I'd say was a very rewarding experience and fun. I'm also happy to see that Danang is trying to make more events happen, to build its cultural reputation.
Thanks for watching. :)

Hello Friends
I posted a video yesterday about a jungle coffee shop as a teaser. I spent some time editing the longer Reel with my friend and then we're talking about the specific location.
I do find editing videos on the phone to be fun, but also challenging as a screen is small and the phone's processing power is not that powerful.
``` I'll keep experimenting with more videos and post them here for you to enjoy if you like them.
Thanks for taking the time today to watch this video and I hope you found it interesting. :)
This Hidden Gem is located on the side of a mountain here in Vietnam. All we had ventured out to find a seat for coffee and there are monkeys in the trees, Roots growing all over the place and wild birds singing. It was a great adventure to discover and see.
On my recent trip from India to Vietnam, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 16 hour journey only took 3 minutes! I have to say, it was the most enjoyable and efficient travel experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this method of travel to anyone looking to make the most of their time.
HAHAHA, that is the 3 min of video you can watch and not have to deal with the orderal of checking bags and flights, and 4 hours of sleep...
I hope you enjoy. :D
HI Friends,
If you're looking for an adrenaline rush and an opportunity to see some of the most breathtaking views in India, look no further than Sinhgad Fort. The hike up to the fort is a challenging one, but the views from the top are worth it. You'll be surrounded by lush green forests (if in the rainy season, otherwise its a little dry)..., rolling hills, and happy hikers. Don't forget to bring your camera – you'll want to capture this amazing scenery!
This is an epic hike that goes up almost shear cliffs to the top that has a commanding view.
I will do a larger write-up later on about this location, but for now, this is a quick
mix of the walk-up, from start to finish, mixed with some crazy techno Bollywood
music to get you moving and add some drama to this video.
If you want to see the fort, you can go here : https://maps.app.goo.gl/Uk7oCstW2s1kzayA6
The other day I helped organize and a shoebox packing event. This was part of a volunteer day, produced by Da Nang Go (a local organization here in Da Nang Vietnam), to pack 300 shoeboxes for a bunch of kids in the mountains who need some love.
So, I set up the phone and did a time lapse of most of the packing process, it was such a fun experience, and kinda makes you happy that you're helping at least a small chunk of people. Unfortunately my phone died just before the end of the event, but I will do a follow-up post later on with some pictures.
Each box contained the following items: * coloring book * crayons * one pen * one pencil * a little poping toy * a furry animal hat with little squeezy paws to make the ears move * a fun snack * a bar of soap * a tube of toothpaste * a new toothbrush
Each box also was wraped in paper and a bow as well. So nice!
The school is located in the mountains several hours outside of Danang Vietnam. It's a very's poor district. The goal is to drive up to the school in the next week and deliver these packages to the children.
Also the boxes each cost about 200,000 VND (or $8.60 USD). So the total cost was close to $2558(ISH). For the rest of the next week or maybe two, there's a donation box set up where people can buy one of these boxes ( sponsor). So we hope that we can raise the funds to cover the cost of making the boxes.
Anyways great times, and good people.
I hope you enjoy the video, I kind of made it a bit silly, so it is not just two minutes of watching time-lapse (* as cool as that is). Hahhaa.
Enjoy and see you all soon.
truthfully though it was an excuse to drink a martini on the house. Lol good time good martinis.
off the coast of central Vietnam is a small island known as Cham. this little gem of a place is the epitome of a slow life. People still live very simple going out to the beach at Sunset eating fish and enjoying the night.
I'll do more of a post in detail with photos before now here's a short video highlighting aspects of the adventure.
``` I hope you enjoy it and leave messages down the comments if you have any questions.

I was never really into drinking the Negroni until I had one. To be honest I never knew what they were until I had one. Thought I should have One, so I did and now they're my drink of choice.
These tasty beverages to me are a mix between specification and taste. You look cool drinking them, and they taste pretty good ... also sort of refreshing on a hot day.
I wanted to try out a couple of shooting ideas for potential upcoming promotion, so I talk the bartender into letting me hang out with them as in made my drink.
Here is the results of that drink and yes it was tasty. Enjoy
Shot on a Insta360 X2 and edited in a App called you cut on my phone.

Ai marketing is a semi automatic system to generate passive income.
After you sign-up, you deposit funds (they accept crypto), it takes about 48 hours after this for the automated marketing bot to start.
The automated marketing bot will scan social media for keywords and trends. When it discovers these, the bot then generates adds based around these keywords, and bids on those keywords using your funds.
When people click on those ads and complete sales, just like any other sales platform, you receive a commission.
The commission revenue split is 55% You, 45% Ai marketing.
This is a free service to use. The revenue split makes sense as the company is generating profit off your funds while you are making a profit as well off their automated system. You don't have to do any of the searching for keywords , you just supply the funds and need to keep the adds budget supplied. The system does the rest.
I've been using it now for just about 30 days, and of of time I have started to see profits come in and have completed a withdrawal of $10 ($8 after $2 BTC transfer fee).
How it's Passive You may need to wait between 20 day up to 90 days for the different ad campaigns to payout, however after this point regular return start to show up in your cash return.
My strategy and plan, If you take half of your daily return and reinvested back into the ad budget, you can then start to generate a passive stream of income daily.
Things to keep in mind * It takes about 48 hours (2 days) after your deposit before the pot starts to work. * It takes time to get your first few payments. 20 - 90 days depending on the various ad publishers payment schedule. * After money is earmarked for the ad budget you cannot withdraw, you have to wait until you see your returns.
My Link This is my affilate link for them.
It will address more your questions and answer them.
If you sign up and use the link I will earn 5% of what you invest.
If you dont use the link and sign up, Ai Marketing will just keep the 5%, so it will not save you anyting by not useing the link. If you use do sign up with the link, you will be helping me make a living.
Please use the link, but the choice is yours. :)

It was another beautiful day In Vietnam so I went to the beach with the juggling clubs and did a couple hours of juggling along with some gymnastic training.
This is a Time Lapse video of hanging out on the beach tossing some things around. :)
I hope you find it interesting and I hope your day is great. Much love and carpe diem.

Being Sunday after quarantine I met a good friend to play some chess. I brought the video camera along and tried my hand at making a fun web 3.0 video clip of the chess match.
Kit is a great chess player and brought the game to draw at the end. it was nice to meet up for a cup of coffee and share some laughs over a game of chess.
This is also an experiment for me playing with some different editing Styles and taking video mixed with live action and time-lapse together to make a final product. All in all the editing took maybe an hour and a half and done on my phone.
What do you think of this final product? Do you find it entertaining and fun?
Carpe diem and love.
