Living in the moment always sounds great doesn't it?! But in reality, being present can actually be really difficult to do.  This week Ally talks about her own struggles with being present and enjoying reaching certain goals and milestones without constantly always looking at what's next.

In an effort to look back on how travel has effected this mentality , she dives into her times spent in Italy at different stages of her life; childhood, teen years, young adult hood and recently when she was able to live presently, and how those times shaped her, before getting into how we can all try to use mindfulness to be more present.

This week Ally sits down with world traveller and plane broker, Alex Vining to talk about men's mental health, why its not talked about as much, and the importance of daily rituals. Wanting to challenge himself physically as well, Alex talks about training for his first marathon in Amsterdam! Where is home? A place? Multiple places? The people you love? For some people this isn't such an easy and straightforward question.
