Good habits help us put the right systems into place in different areas of our life. They help us avoid the “hiccups” of life and “navigate” easily through life.

Your mindset encompasses how you view yourself, your place in the world, the world around you.  Your mindset influences (even shapes) your outcomes (which is why mindset is everything).

But because your list of obligations continues to grow, before you know it your values and priorities have been pushed aside entirely.

In this EP#10 we will help you answer the following questions: * How habits affect our life? * Why all you need is internet? * Why it is all about mindset? * Is it true that the harder you work - the luckier you get ?

In today's episode, we will talk about the 13 Virtues of Benjamin Franklin. We'll briefly discuss who was Benjamin Franklin, and how 13 Vertues formed his life. Be sure to listen all the way through for the details!

In 1726, at the age of 20, Benjamin Franklin created a system to develop his character. Although Benjamin Franklin's description of each virtue is short, it leaves some interpretations open to the reader. In his autobiography, Franklin listed his thirteen virtues as follows:

  1. Temperance. Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation. Comes from the latin Temperantia which means self-control. Simply put do not eat or drink excessively.

  2. Silence. Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself; avoid trifling conversation. As we usually say Silence is golden.

  3. Order. Let all your things have their places; let each part of your business have its time.

  4. Resolution. Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve.

  5. Frugality. Make no expense but to do good to others or yourself; i.e., waste nothing.

  6. Industry. Lose no time; be always employed in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.

  7. Sincerity. Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly, and, if you speak, speak accordingly.

  8. Justice. Wrong none by doing injuries, or omitting the benefits that are your duty.

  9. Moderation. Avoid extremes; forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.

  10. Cleanliness. Tolerate no uncleanliness in body, cloaths, or habitation.

  11. Tranquillity. Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable.

  12. Chastity. Rarely use venery but for health or offspring, never to dullness, weakness, or the injury of your own or another's peace or reputation.

  13. Humility.
