My podcast is called “Create Your Own Story.” Everyone has a story, and many times other people tell our stories for us, and it can often be wrong. I wanted to create a platform that gives people the opportunity to tell their own stories. I have worked in the “Music Industry” with notable artists; in that time, I’ve realized, artists are not always showcased in the way that they want to be. This platform allows their fans to get a personal look at them as well as promote their music by playing it on the podcast. Please sit down, have a conversation with me, Terrell Garnett, and create your own story by telling it only the way you can.
In this episode of the "Create Your Own Story" podcast, host Terayle Garnett is joined by his special guest, Jasmin Carrillo. After a long break from podcasting, Terayle is excited to have Jasmin share her story. Jasmin reflects on her past self-centered behavior and admits to neglecting others. However, she has now shifted her focus and actively strives to support and be there for others. Additionally, they emphasize the need to be kind to oneself and avoid excessive self-criticism. They recognize that being our own harshest critics can harm our mental health. Tune in to hear more about Jasmin's journey and the reasons behind personal growth.

There can be many reasons why we struggle to open up to people. For some, it may be to do with their upbringing. Emotional language is a skill that we learn. Your vision is your most important dream or mental picture. It can also be a set of dreams and long-term goals. A vision defines the optimal desired future state; it tells of what you would like to achieve over a longer time. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction and create meaning. Brenton and Kristiana Cox show their gift with us as well as discuss Marriage, purpose, and how important it is to believe in yourself and your God-given gifts. @KingandKris @KingBrenton @Hersheys_Kris
Success, more than anything, is an attitude you carry about yourself and your life. We are all capable of confidence, of having it all, losing it all, and gaining it back again and again. It is tempting to give up and claim defeat when the chips are down. Fear and frustration are the two emotions most responsible for quitting. We must learn to bear both if we are to reach the levels of success we desire. Being a go-getter is something that will wax and wane throughout your career, so it is wise to view it as a virtue to be practiced rather than something to be mastered in a single decision. Listen in to the conversation I had with super-producer @ProducedbyPOSTA as we discuss this and more.
Kindness emerges from someone who's confident, compassionate, and comfortable with themselves. A kind person is loving and giving out of the goodness of their heart. There isn’t one right way to take care of and be kind to yourself when you’ve been through a really difficult experience. When times are tough, what works for you might be different from what works for someone else. And what works for you today might be different from what
helped a month ago, or what will help in a few months’ time. Nothing stays the same – part of being kind to yourself is to be flexible.
There are many misconceptions about what it means to be mentally strong. At its core, mental strength is about regulating your thoughts, managing your emotions, and behaving productively, despite the circumstances you find yourself in somehow you end up growing. SAMOHT is an entire mood, no matter where you are. His music arrives like a breath of fresh air in the music realm, Songs such as Focus, Moving On, Let You Go, as well as others show how important it is to focus on yourself before anyone else. Listen to him discuss his music how moving on is necessary. When was the last time you stopped to consider your needs, without also taking into account what someone else wanted for you? Neglecting your own dreams and desires can still hold you back. A life lived solely in the pursuit of the happiness of others may not bring you much personal joy.
Most people spend their whole life waiting for happiness. We think that it's something that just happens when it's something that should be pursued every single day. One thing we are all misinformed about is where happiness comes from. We think it comes from external things like health, beauty, status, or wealth. Don't get me wrong, those things do make us happy but where it really comes from is within us.
It's an epidemic that affects millions of Americans. In a perfect world, every boy would grow under the guidance of a loving father. Romeo knows this because he was that boy, so @Romeo_Boarman knows first-hand the harrowing impact that fatherlessness can have on boys and the men that they become.
