If we aren’t, we need to make adjustments. For the body of this local church, the mission statement is significant. We don’t just want people to attend church, we ask them to be the church everywhere they go. Everyone is a minister. Everyone has been called to the ministry of reconciliation. Everyone has a gift that we are required to use. Continually moving away from the super pastor model, and moving to the super equipper model where people are equipped to do ministry. We mustn't take away from the “in the walls” ministry to emphasize the need to do “outside of the walls” ministry. They are both vital.

How do I find God’s will for my life? The answer is simple and found in Romans 12:2. Don’t be conformed to the world. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. THEN, by testing, you can discern that. We will NEVER find God’s will for our lives by trying to shove Biblical concepts into a worldly worldview. It just doesn’t fit!
