Is purity all about not having sex before marriage, or is there far more to giving our spouse the best version of ourselves? What about those with previous regrets and relationships? Does being a virgin guarantee a successful marriage? Join me for a refreshing, holistic view of what it means to enter marriage with genuine love.

Is turning someone down really rejection? What about being turned down, or having either of you end a relationship? I dare say these are not rejections but an invitation to discover something better--either personal growth, or someone who simply fits us better. Either way, confidence means being able to view a relationship objectively, and coming away a better person.

Sometimes "the list" we come up with is a spiritualized way of sticking with our "type". How can a preconceived idea of what our partner has to be like keep us from discovering love that is everything we need, yet nothing we expect? Creating an idealistic version of a person that does not exist in real life can keep us from enjoying love right in front of us.

Let;s talk about the difference between true holiness and a self-imposed infliction of religious ideas in an effort to be holy.

Woman bent over - Luke 13:10-17 (Taped on the same day at 11/9 when Kathleen called in from the road.) Kathleen’s echo considers the ways in which we are sometimes like the woman in Luke’s Gospel who was bent over for 18 years. Are there things holding your gaze to earthly things and keeping you from gazing on the Lord? Are you sometimes like the Pharisees who did not rejoice at the woman’s healing? Jean leads a time of prayer, making declarations of the Truth of God’s desire for you.

In this episode Jason sits down with Chris Lauer from the Charlotte Latin Mass Community about their responses to the Diocese of Charlotte Synod questions sent out to the faithful.  They discuss the willingness of the Church to listen to progressive and unorthodox ideas and stances about where the Church should be going, but are hesitant to hear from some of the most faithful and obedient Catholics already within the bonds of the church while adhering to the rich church teachings, liturgies, and traditions of the past. The Traditional Latin Mass Community is a young, thriving and faithful movement that is now being rallied against by certain members of the hierarchy.   "The Synod on Synodality is a two-year process of listening and dialogue beginning with a solemn opening in Rome on October 9 and 10, 2021 with each individual diocese and church celebrating the following week on October 17. The synodal process will conclude in 2023. Pope Francis invites the entire Church to reflect on a theme that is decisive for its life and mission: “It is precisely this path of synodality which God expects of the Church of the third millennium.” - USCCB

Parveen and Lisa discuss why Christians have a duty to seek the truth first, then, ensure others understand that truth before truth to power. Being accountable includes seeking truth, understanding truth, and accepting real truths and then, reconciling truth with what we value.

Parveen and Lisa discuss how we as a nation must re-engage in discussions where we are not always going to agree but as Christians and Catholics, we must embrace how it is critical to being accountable. We must be willing to listen and discuss facts. We cannot continue to be divided.

Father Rossi and Lisa discuss what CRT is and how it is antithetical to Catholic teachings. We are all born equal in God’s image and it is our responsibility as Christians and Catholics to help all of God’s children to understand this truth. If one believes in God and that we are born equal in his eyes, in his image, then, Critical Race Theory is an untruth.
