During the past year, awful statistics concerning suicide attempts have started to rise. In yet ANOTHER lockdown, many people are struggling with their mental wellbeing. Oscar, Freddy and Ben all thought that such a vital subject should be talked more openly so they enlisted the help of Joe Merrison, an advocate for these matters, to give his top tips and best methods for suicide prevention, support for mental health struggles and to spread awareness of the seriousness that are these issues.
