Welcome to Couch Chronicles where we take you on a discursive journey where we share some thoughts that came to us this pandemic when we were on our couches. We hope you enjoy our discussions as much as we did. Cheerio!
As we welcome the new year, we cannot help but look back at what this past year had to offer. And with 2020 being such a fortuitous year, it has filled us with a plethora of bitter-sweet moments and memories. To celebrate the last day of the year and bid a final goodbye, the members of Couch Chronicles sat together for a candid conversation discussion and exploring our interests, sharing stories, and narrating interesting experiences. Hope you all enjoy this offhand discussion as we reminisce the feeling of gathering around a bonfire and just chatting open-heartedly.

The Corona virus pandemic has touched each and every one of our lives in its own, unique ways. It has pushed some people into seclusion, forcing them to live alone, with only inanimate objects for companions. It has compelled others to spend more time with their families, deepening the familial bonds that even they didn’t know existed. One thing, however, is certain. It has taught us the importance of our social connections. We all need a special someone in our lives, with whom we can share anything, and this pandemic has helped us find that person, be it a friend, a relative, or even a fictional character. This episode of Couch Chronicles is dedicated to the special someone who was our anchor in these difficult times.
The pandemic revived our love for the movies. Movie culture is integral to not only the lives if students but also children, family, working professionals, irrespective of whether we are xennials or millennials. Many of us have been watching and revisiting, old and new movies. In this episode of Couch Chronicles we talk, discuss and deliberate on what factors drive us to watch movies and what it takes to be a movie buff. Lights, Camera and Action!
It's true that the pandemic came without an operating manual on how to handle it. Each one of us dealt with it in our own way. We took it one day at a time. So in this episode of Couch Chronicles, we have some stories and anecdotes from our guests on how they navigated the pandemic. Happy listening!
Hello friends! In the first episode of Couch Chronicles we take you back to those good old days. Many of us, we realised, in the lockdown, did quite a bit of looking back and most of were nostalgic about our college life. With schools and colleges closed, all we could do was revisit our campus, hostels, canteens, mess, libraries, the addas, through social media platforms or through conversations. So did we at Couch Chronicles. And the best place to start is the beginning- our first impressions and experiences of our college life.
Hey there! If you've just managed to find us, welcome to the couch fam! This is episode zero explaining what the podcast is all about, hope you like it!
