How do you know that decisions, actions or thoughts you're having are in alignment with who you really are? With your deeper purpose? With your highest self? What does it really mean to be in alignment with the universe?Being aligned means that you're in tune with your life; you know which direction to go in and make all of your choices with confidence and certainty. You feel comfortable with who you are and everything (yes, I mean EVERYTHING!) falls into place easily. When you’re out of alignment with the universe, things feel hard, you might experience physical illness symptoms, fatigue or just a general feeling of "off." When you're truly aligned, you're open to all the ideas and possibilities life has to offer. Every single one of us is capable of aligning with the universe, we just need to put effort forth in order to reap the benefits. Listen to this episode to understand ways you can shift into alignment or realize immediately when you've fallen out of it.

Many of my clients (and upon a time: myself included) experience burnout because they’re giving from a place of lack, instead of abundance. Do any of these sound familiar to you? 1. Giving from a place of lack. Are you giving even though you don’t really have the energy? 😅 2. Giving to get. Are you giving with an unspoken set of expectations? (pssst. This is often subconscious!) 😒 3. Giving because you think that you should. The ONLY and YES ONLY time you should be giving anything whether it’s time, money, energy is because you WANT to. Are you giving because you think that you “should?” 🤭

I know…I know! It’s tough to say no when we’re so used to freely giving ourselves. But guess what? THIS IS ALL FIXABLE. A tweak there, an adjustment here and you’ll be in an entirely different energetic space. People do this all the time and we don’t think less of them, we admire them because they have something we all secretly want….CLEAR BOUNDARIES!

A continuation of last week’s episode, this week I dive deeper on how in my mid + late 20’s I cycled through my final, emotionally violent relationship. I explain how in leaving this relationship I learned to value myself in ways I’d never been able to before. The hardest part? Accepting that I didn’t know myself very well. I didn’t know what I wanted or needed in a relationship. I didn’t know what I wanted or needed in life. My story is proof that unclear intentions and fuzzy boundaries attract others with that same energy. Want to change your life?
Start with you.

Maybe you’re reading this and thinking, that’s too simple, it has to be more complicated.

It’s not.

However, it might mean that you’re not ready yet. It took me !5! years and 3 abusive relationships to be ready. Everyone moves at their own pace, be kind and patient with yourself. Believe me, once you’re ready, you’ll know.

Maybe this episode will help you leave the relationship you're in now, or maybe it will help you be more understanding of someone in your life.

I promise you, this relationship (yes that one that’s coming to your mind right now) isn’t “it,” for you. You’re “it,” for you. I’m so proud of you and I love the person that you are.

Your friend always, Kelly

In this deeply personal story, I share how in my early-20s, I found myself in a physically and emotionally violent relationship. I explain how the volatile, never-ending back-and-forth yo-yo of emotions entirely depleted my sense of self and the pain and shame that went along with it. Once this relationship ended, I cycled through two more extreme versions of abusive relationships before I was able to break the cycle in my late-20s (episode on THIS coming NEXT week!) Before these experiences I often questioned,
"Why would someone stay? Why wouldn't they just leave?"

If you've been there, or you're there now - you know it's not that simple. Maybe this episode will help you leave the relationship you're in now, or maybe it will help you be more understanding of someone in your life.

INTRO MODULE INFO What can you expect from PTB? 1️⃣TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. I know that sounds like a big outlandish statement but I mean it. I’ve spent 31 YEARS in 6 cities, 4 industries, 3 degrees, 2 countries which all lead me to the same conclusion: 2️⃣YOUR ENERGY CREATES YOUR REALITY. Yes, you REALLY are that powerful. Still don’t believe me? In keeping with a flower motif, look for a “sign” AKA a flower over the next 24-hours. When it appears, don’t brush it off, don’t call it nothing, recognize you, yes you, MADE that happen. Once you begin to own how powerful you are at creating smaller things you’ll see that: 3️⃣KEEPING YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE is a ~major~ key 🔑(yes a DJ KHALED type MAJOR KEY 🔑) in creating lasting motivation and change. However we all, myself included, lose our focus and for that I created: 4️⃣THE PERMISSION TO BLOOM COMMUNITY. This community is FREE to access for ALL enrolled flowers and is a bountiful garden of gorgeous buds vying to bloom, just like you. Let’s water 💦 each other with sunlight and the human version of photosynthesis. 🦋Additional ~immaculate vibes~ you receive by investing in yourself: 💜My Morning Motivation Routine 💜Permission to Bloom, For A Highly Energized and Self-Motivated Life Workbook Ready to enroll? https://kmm-coaching.teachable.com/p/permission-to-bloom

The thing about OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is that sometimes it's this textbook version: over-washing hands or repeatedly checking appliances - but there are other versions of it that the media, film and people generally don't talk about. Like mine, and maybe, like yours. If you're reading this and thinking that you've never had OCD, keep reading. Once upon a place, in a time called 2021, I believed that I lived my life: OCD free. I overlooked the performance of complex, daily rituals (upwards of 2 hours) and refused to look at the incredible power they had over me. In fact, I thought that my robust morning self-care routine was empowering me to live my best life. But, as you'll hear throughout this episode, I was very, very wrong. This is what all OCD has in common: You do things because you want to avoid feeling some type of way. What you feel when you don't perform your rituals is exactly why you do it. I reveal what pausing my rituals allowed me to unearth, the healing that resulted and how it clearly illuminated my path forward. I'm hoping my story will do the same for you. Too much self-discipline = OCD. _______________ THE PERMISSION TO BLOOM PRE-SALE IS CURRENTLY OPEN! 💓FLOWER BOMB BONUS💓If you enroll before March 4th, you receive a PTB sticker [the design is ~high vibe af~] AND a personalized note 📝 from me. 🦋Additional ~immaculate vibes~ you receive by investing in yourself: 💜My Morning Motivation Routine 💜Permission to Bloom, For A Highly Energized and Self-Motivated Life Workbook Ready to enroll?: https://kmm-coaching.teachable.com/p/permission-to-bloom

In this episode, I share a story of one of my deepest wounds, which was also one of my biggest blocks. The larger the barrier, the more unaware of it we are, because we're so used to it being there. As incredible as humans are, we can get used to anything, especially suffering. Here's how I processed, worked through it and discovered the grace in forgiving oneself and the humbleness in asking it from others. This is by far the most vulnerable episode I’ve recorded. In early 2021, I was passively listening to an interview Machine Gun Kelly was giving to EXTRA TV while emptying my dishwasher. I’ve found that when my mind is doing something it’s used to doing: laundry, dishes, showering, walking - my subconscious has the alertness of a hair-trigger race horse. MGK spoke about how his love for Megan Fox had saved him from Adderall addiction. Adderall addiction? The words stung, but I didn’t know why. First I felt confused, then I felt panic: “You can be addicted to Adderall?" I empower you to recognize that you (and you alone) have THE POWER to excise ANY negative influences in your life (because we all have addictions of our own!) Maybe it's a relationship that you know in your heart isn't right. Maybe you watch excessive amounts of Hulu because you don’t have many close friendships. Maybe you over do it with alcohol because just below the surface lurk emotions you aren’t ready to face. Nothing is bigger, powerful or more capable THAN YOU. And in case nobody has told you yet today I LOVE YOU. Even if you’re not ready. Even if you’re not aware of why this caption stings as you read it. I hope my story of healing allows you to see what’s also possible for you. Love, Your Adderall-Free-Friend Join the wait-list for Permission to Bloom: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfAm-YcRwKRgZokn9WuZGokr0OBYM65etnDPUag3KAA6ucPzA/viewform
