Sadhguru explains the five ways as,
Keep water overnight in a vessel.
Eat food the right way.
Spend time in nature.
Get some sunlight everyday.
Determine what fire burns with in you.
Sadhguru explains, "You are living on a daily basis as you are here forever. The fundamental awareness that you are mortal, and you are here for a limited amount of time, if this was a normal conscious thing for you, you would put your life to best use, for sure. And if you come to terms with this one thing, there will be no such thing as insecurity, because there is nothing to gain and nothing to lose in this life."
Sadhguru explains about the mind, the most important faculty in your life is out of control, not doing what you want to do. Mind should not be telling it's own stories all the time, it should tell the story that you want it to tell.
Sadhguru explains, "Whether this intelligence works for you, or works against you; will determine the nature of your life."
What is the use of Enlightenment, what is the use of realization, if people can live absolutely blissfully in their ignorance? When you are ignorant you must suffer; I want you to know, the greatest evil on the planet is not Evil, It's Ignorance. - Sadhguru
You want to be little more than what you are right now. If you only know money, maybe you are thinking of little more money. If you know only pleasure, maybe little more pleasure, power, little more power. Everybody is wanting to be little more than what they are right now. The process of desiring is continuously going on. It's time, that you do something about your current situation in life.
Your mind is your employee, why have you made him your enemy? Resentment, anger, hatred; these are all poisons you drink, and you expect someone else to die. Life doesn't work like that. Do something about the mind, fix it before you enter the world. - Sadhguru
To be a teacher, you must know something, isn't it ? To be a Guru, you need not know anything. It's just that, you don't know anything, but you got eyes to see, whatever you want, you can look and speak. But to be a teacher, you have to know something.
Whatever you cannot perceive through five senses, if you perceive that, then that is called as Vishesh Gyan or Extraordinary Knowledge. The nature of the universe can be grasped, if you know the language of the inanimate, every form, how it is made. As the concerns of survival recede, human beings will naturally evolve into perceiving higher things.
What is called as Hatha Yoga, the physical posture is, it is about manipulating the body in such a way that you get to a certain geometric perfection that your geometry is aligned with the larger geometry of creation, so that you are always in sync.
If you look at one's aura, you clearly know his physical health, his mental health, his karmic structure, in a way his past and present.
There are only two kinds of people; Mystics and Mistakes. If you see things, just the way they are, people will label you as a mystic.
Sadhguru says, don't pursue enlightenment. You cannot pursue enlightenment. How can you pursue something that you do not know?
