While the freedom of working and building a business in an unregulated industry has its benefits, it also creates a climate where anyone can say and do (almost) anything without accountability or repercussions.
Whether it's targeting people in poverty through your marketing of 4-5 figure programs, inflating financial milestones, using psychology-backed and manipulative sales practices to sell programs, or otherwise- there are a lot of unethical things that occur in the online space.
