I’ll also talk about the show's future and how we’ll be shifting gears to get more focussed on creating bridges to fuel growth.
Let’s dive in and start thinking about the bridges we need to build between corporations and minority-owned businesses to drive more equity and better results for everyone.

Let’s be honest, companies that haven't partnered with minority owned businesses before often feel that they are a risk to start. It’s time to put an end to that, but to do this the onus is on one thing: how you portray your brand. Your reputation will speak much louder than your pitch and ultimately that will decide your success in the marketplace. In this episode, I want to give you some very actionable steps that will help clients and organizations see you as a reward instead of a risk.
Let’s dive into these strategies I believe will help you build your brand reputation.

Here’s the thing: you know you have solutions to problems organizations face, but too often we see ourselves knocking on doors with our hands out rather than creating strategic partnerships. While it’s nice to get a little capital in the pocket, I truly believe it’s time to stop selling ourselves short and think of the long term strategies that will yield long term possibilities.
