In this podcast, we went in deeper with our book and our social justice issue. Including more interviews was just a way to show our audience that racism doesn’t occur in just adults but also kids too, and overall it’s still a prolonging issue. We hope that you guys enjoy our segment and the littles bits we included with our graphic novel, some articles, and other connections from society.
This is our first podcast incorporating our graphic novels, articles about our social justice issue and also interviews with people with different backgrounds all coming together to discuss a serious topic that everyone has experienced at least once in their lives whether it be first hand or second hand.
In this episode we interviewed a Doker With Good Reasons to see if our social justice issues is incorporated into their graph novel and their lives.
We decided to talk about our social issue that was being shown in our graphic novel called Kindred, a book about an African American who’s able to go back in time in the 1800s when slavery was still around
