served almost 10 years as a Special Operations pilot, flying MC130'S. Several combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Went to Tulane University Medical School while still in the Air Force. Supports young people joining the military to get their college degrees paid for. Encourages civilian employers to be Veteran Friendly.
This week’s guest is Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller of the USMC. He has served in the US Afghanistan evacuation crisis. His book coming out in September, "Crisis of Command." Lt. Col. Scheller posted a video on his social media criticizing his military leaders and the White House for the sudden departure of Afghanistan, causing 13 US Service members to be killed, leaving Americans behind. He was court martialed, jailed for speaking up. He was discharged and his military retirement was stripped away after 17 years.
