We have enjoyed our series Rest, Rhythms, and Reset, with the focus of disciplinary practices dependent on your walk with the Lord. With the conclusion of our series, we spoke on the spiritual needs of Fasting. In this episode you will find truth in the knowledge for fasting and you will gain insightful tips to making your fasting period one with the spirit. Check It Out!
Learn about the third spiritual practice we are discussing in our series, which is A Lifestyle of Prayer. This practice was central to the life of Jesus, and in Luke 11:1-4 we are revealed to His framework of prayer. It is out of this relational spiritual discipline that we can see God clearly, be aligned with and release His will, ask and receive, amongst many other things. What a gift it is to pray and be in relationship with our holy Father!
The first spiritual practice we are diving into in this series is Keeping the Sabbath. For us to first understand soul rest, we need to understand the spiritual rest we received through the finished works on the cross. Out of that we can enter into rest for our souls, Sabbath is a gift made for man to rest, cease, delight, and worship. This practice allows us to live from overflow and not burnout and to practice eternity here on earth.
This is the start of our new series Rest, Rhythms, & Reset. As people we are in great need of a spiritual exodus. As Israel was set free from Egypt, there was still remnants of Egypt still in them.
Even though we have received salvation, there are still remnants of our flesh that we have to be renewed out of. The heart of this series is to walk in the lifestyle of Jesus by embodying four key spiritual disciplines that position us in a place to receive real transformation.
We've made the price of following Jesus way too cheap. Pastor Andrew gives this challenging word to realize the weight and power of what it actually means to be discipled by Jesus. Following Jesus is costly, not because we have to earn him. But because if you actually know Him, you will discover how worthy he is of giving up everything.

Being presence centered is rooted in biblical practice and theology; we see this in the context of David’s Tabernacle. David created a resting place for the Lord and developed a culture that prioritized ministry to the Lord and His presence. God is re-building the heart of David's Tabernacle today in His church.
Our primary calling as a people are to become a dwelling place for the Lord. A place where his presence is prioritized, pursued, central, and valued above all else. The beauty of the Gospel is that you’re not just saved from something, but you’re saved into something. You are not just saved from sin, but you are given a new identity. Sanctification is the renewing of our minds into our true identity as sons and daughters. There is freedom in our sonship, in it we no longer have to live as orphans or slaves.
What comes into your mind when you think about God?. If you were to ask Jesus that question, He would say 'Father'. Pastor Andrew teaches on the truth of the Father's heart for us and how that's the place we discover our true identity.
You may not think you have a distorted view of God, but if your view of God is blurred it’s just as skewed. Pastor Andrew teaches on the value of Jesus and how that changes everything. This sermon dives into Jesus' parable in Matthew 13:44.

We are continuing our series ‘The Way of the Kingdom’. In this teaching we are going to dive into Jesus’ last blessing, “Blessed are those persecuted for righteousness". Pastor Andrew teaches on what this blessing means for the modern day believer. That this blessing is a culmination of the other seven and is an invitation to break out of comfort christianity and live radically for Jesus.
We are continuing our series ‘The Way of the Kingdom’. In this teaching we are going to dive into Jesus’ sixth blessing, “Blessed are the pure in heart for they will see God". Pastor Andrew teaches what it actually means to be pure in heart and what it means to see God. Our image of God is the most important thing about us, how we see God will ultimately dictate our internal world.
We are continuing our series ‘The Way of the Kingdom’. In this teaching we are going to dive into Jesus’ fifth blessing, “Blessed are the Merciful”. The church at large understands grace but has gotten disconnected from the understanding of mercy. Mercy is an invitation to embody the character of the Father who is "rich in mercy." Pastor Andrew also teaches on breaking the cycle of offense and unforgiveness, which is simply withheld mercy.
We are continuing our series ‘The Way of the Kingdom’. In this teaching we are going to dive into Jesus’ fourth blessing, “Blessed are those who Hunger and thirst for righteousness”. Pastor Andrew teaches on the importance of developing a hunger for God and the things of God. That our spiritual appetite is tied to our spiritual maturity. In Jesus' introduction to the Sermon on the Mount, He reveals eight types of people who are blessed in His Kingdom. Through these blessings He reveals a new value system, a new way of thinking, and a new way of living. 'The Way of the Kingdom' is the introduction to our sermon series diving into the Beatitudes.
