A podcast geared towards all things parenting, and the effects it has on us. The ups and downs, in's and out's such as what it takes to navigate, raising young adults, parent guilt, overcompensating and that's just to name a few. I will discuss topics that I face with my own parenting experiences, also one's that I have yet to face. I face many challenges as a single parent but, being a parent in general can be very challenging. I hope to offer a safe and welcoming space for all.
On this episode I discuss the importance of nurturing our mental health. It's okay to seek and need help. Also making sure we are our kids superhero but, allowing to understand that we aren't perfect.
