Not gunna lie everyone! This podcast was all over the shop! So much happened this weekend, we just didn't know our arse from our elbows.

That being said.... Max Verstappen put in what can be put in the category of "One of the greatest F1 drives of all time", going from P17 to P1. On the other side of the coin we had the title challenger Lando Norris who had an error filled race that was setup as early as the aborted race started, then unforced errors on track and an early pit stop from McLaren saw him go further down the grid.

Is the title race over now for Lando? Can Ferrari perhaps snatch the constructors before the end of the season? It's all getting just a little bit interesting!

What did you think of the Brazil GP?

We are BACK (Sort of) for the Mexico Grand Prix and it didn't dissapoint.. which is a bit of a surprise.

Ferrari are putting on a late charge in the constructors title, leading the way is Carlos Sainz. Charles LeClerc had the chance to make it back to back 1-2's for Ferrari for the first time since 2008, but just couldn't hold off the pressure being applied by Lando Norris,

Lando Norris though out scoring Max Verstappen by some margin this weekend which will do his drivers title charge the world of good. Max has nobody to blame but himself for that red mist driving. How do you feel it compared with the incident in Austin? We are not sure!

Mercedes put on a good show, but has Hamilton checked out and ready for his Ferrari move? The aggressive overtaking Lewis is no longer there this season and today was no exception.

Some great racing up and down the grid with the Haas putting another great result following their great result in Austin.

Who managed to stay awake for the full Singapore GP? Let's call it as it was, not the most exciting race we've seen this year.

However Lando Norris cemented his dominance over Red Bull as well as possible his teammate with a commanding victory.

Max Verstappen still refuses to speak at the press conferences and we are all on board for this journey. Then what about Sergio Perez another terrible weekend for him.

Colapinto is shaping up to be a great option for Williams in the future or perhaps next year if Albon moves on?

What did you make of this weekend?

Baku delivered this weekend for an outstanding Azerbaijan GP. Drivers pushed there cars and skills to the limits for a full race, which is rare in modern day formula 1.

Let's start with the big question: Who took out who in the Sergio Perez Vs Carlos Sainz crash? The guys are split this weekend on on the podcast. With such close aggressive racing up and down the grid, it was almost a certainty that a crash was the outcome. And with the same certaintly it just had to be Perez didn't it? His luck is not changing!

McLaren take the lead in the constructors from Redbull and Piastri takes a hard fought win from Charles Leclerc. Lando Norris puts in an incredible recovery drive to come in 4th after a mess up on qualifying.

Redbull struggles continue and another weekend with Max complaining about his car.

BUT!! What about those 2 Williams cars? Double points finish for the lads!

What did you make of this weekend?

Who out there saw Ferrari on the top step at Monza? No? Same as us then. But that is what happened, Charles LeClerc won the Italian GP infront of the #tifosi and the celebrations were just as spectacular.

Ferrari went with the 1 stop strategy and Leclerc managed those tyres perfectly to bring the win home.

McLaren on the other hand need to get a grip on their drivers and realise that they are throwing a way the opportunity at a WDC for Lando, the driver that committed his future to this project when they were struggling. Dave Jericho goes on a clatter of a rant about this for most of the podcast!

What do you think? Should Piastri take a back seat this season and help Lando to his first WDC? Should McLaren be doing that anyway? Or just let them race and the best will rise to the top?

We are back from the summer break and Lando Norris returned with a point to prove. He's still in this fight!

The Dutch GP @ Zandvoort was a warning sign to Redbull of just how far they are slipping behind McLaren in the development race after Max Verstappen finished over 20 seconds behind Land Norris. What will we see in a weeks time in Monza where raw pace is everything.

Ferrari were possibly the surprise of the weekend with Charles Leclerc managing to hold off and frustrate Oscar Piastri to finished 3rd in a Ferrari that has looked off the pace all weekend till race day. Let's not forget Carlos Sainz as well who made up places after starting in 10th to finish P5.

The Mercedes had a race to forget with Lewis Hamilton and George Russell both coming in 7th and 8th with Toto Wolff claiming a recent upgrade caused the performance issue they were both facing. Something i am sure they will look to address ahead of Monza.

How did you rate the Dutch Grand Prix? #dutchgp #zandvoort

This weekends Belgian Grand Prix was very much team performances, the wide array of strategies kept us guessing to the very end.

Mercedes brought a host of upgrades to their car and looked brilliant in race pace. George Russell on the other hand paid the price of an under fueled car, or lack of lifting and coasting to be able to leave enough in the tank for a sample. That means his excellent decision to stay out on those Hard Tyres to win the race ended for nothing as he was DSQ and his team mate Lewis Hamilton took the victory.

McLaren had a strong weekend Oscar Piastri chased down those Mercedes right to the last corner of the last lap, however 3rd was the best he could achieve, but another podium for the youngster. Lando Norris on the other hand had a terrible start to the race, dipped the wheel onto the gravel, dropped some places and ultimately spent the rest of the race trying to get past the stubborn Red Bull of Max Verstappen.

Ferrari.. Well the jury is still out on Ferrari. They had a positive weekend, but as we know with Ferrari it is all about consistency. So let's see how they go in the Netherlands before we all start throwing pants around.

Finally Red Bull. Max Verstappen got the head down this weekend and focused on the race, ultimately the pace just wasn't there in that car. Granted he started 11th with a 10 place grid penalty, but struggled with the race pace and was that WITH or WITHOUT that new engine that he took the penalty for???

AND PEREZ! Did he do enough to keep his seat for for Netherlands GP? Or would you axe him now and get someone else in? Who would you get??

McLaren are clearly showing they are the ones to catch in the F1 2024 Development Race. With drivers like Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri piloting their cars, surely this season is not going all Red Bulls way?

Lando Norris had a poor start and ultimately gave up positions to his team mate Oscar Piastri, who certainly had the pace on the opening stint over teh rest of the pack. Max Verstappen ran wide and gained an advantage and after some back and forth on the radio, he was told to give the place back. And this was just the start of the drama for both drivers.

On the final stint Lando Norris got first stop over his team mate which ended up giving him track position. The team orders were clear, we will switch the places back on the track. Lando on the other hand decided to stretch his lead further and further and made it difficult for Oscar Piastri to catch him.

Questions raised now were? Should Lando of given that place back? Was he quicker then Oscar and he needed to catch up if he watched a switch? Or maybe Lando should have given the place back earlier and regained the lead on track using his final stint pace.

As for Max Verstappen, this is a man that is not happy and not focused. Rumours that he was up till 3am playing sim racing the night of the race, issues with his car, issues with his focus and mentality all lead to another collision with Hamilton that would give flash backs to the battles of previous years.

What are your thoughts on Max Verstappen? Has he lost his cool completely?

What a race we got this weekend at Silverstone for the British GP. Tricky condditions saw Mercedes take back to back wins. Lewis Hamilton smashes the record for the most wins at a single track by any F1 driver. Setting the new record at 9 and it just had to be his home GP at Silverstone.

But what did we think of how this win happened? Did Mercedes win it purely on pace or did the poor decision making from the McLaren pit wall gift the win to Mercedes?

Should Lando Norris of been told the best strategy to go on instead of asking if he wanted Mediums or Softs? And the decision not to double stack the McLarens meant that Oscar Piastri ended up further back, but showed that the new Medium compound tyre was the best option for them.. Which makes the decision not to insist Lando Norris goes on Medium even more bizarre.

What about RedBull? A 2nd place finish for Max Verstappen, but again they possibly got fortunate with that one. Mercedes and McLaren looking the quicker cars. As for his team mate Sergio Perez? Surely we are expecting a decision from RedBull, leaning towards his exit?

Finally! Ferrari! What a mess this team is in, Charles Leclerc having a Sergio Perez style run of luck at the moment while his team mate who is out of contract, Carlos Sainz, is scoring all the points...

What an interesting Bristish GP we had!!

Let us know in the comments below what you thought of the British GP and what do you think of 2024 so far?

Many hearts are broken out there at the prospect of a Lando Norris and Max Verstappen friendship split after the #AustrianGP, but FUCK THAT NOISE! Let's get in to the aggression and t he excitment of it all.

We had an exciting opening few laps, possibly Lewis Hamilton with more pace over George Russell, but couldn't make the overtake stick to pull away. Then we settled in to what looked like what was going to be a flashback to Max dominating races after he cleared 8 seconds to Lando Norris in P2.

But on the final pitstops Lando Norris came in at the same time as Max Verstappen, which held Max in the box longer than he would have liked and suddenly the margains came down to just a few seconds.

The race was on and it got aggressive, Lando Norris tried countless times to overtake into Turn 2 and Max Verstappen was "apparently" on the edge of what was legal with moving under breaking.

The race stewards decided not to get involved and it heated up more and more, till finally Max Verstappen pulled left into Lando and caused damage to both cars.

Lando Norris ended up retiring with extensive damage to his car, but the man the caused the accident was able to get back to the pits put on a set of softs and hold on to 5th place, even with a 10 second penalty.

We would love to know how you saw this incident and what lead up to it. Who was at fault? Should the race stewards have given a warning earlier to try and cool things down.. or.. is this exactly what we came to see? RACING!

What a race the Canadian Grand Prix has given us this weekend. Rarely does it dissapoint and this season was no exception.

Max Verstappen took the win, but don't let the result fool you into thinking it was a routine Max/Red Bull victory. He had to work hard for this one!

Sergio Perez is not doing himself any favours trying to justify his new 2 year contract.

McLaren are right on the rear wing of Red Bull and Mercedes look to have joined the fight as well. We get excited at the possibility of a great 2024 season and a competitive one.

The 2 Safety Cars added to the drama of a wet track that could have hurt Lando Norris' chances of a victory. But for us watching, it just added to the drama on the wet and then drying circuit and then wet again.. oh and drying again.

Some incredible overtakes from George Russell and Alex Albon and then some horrendous errors from Sergio Perez, Carlos Sainz ultiminately Ferrari.

Join us as we get excited about this one!!

Let us know in the comments below what you thought of the Canadian GP and do you think things are shaping up for an exciting 2024 season?

The Monaco Grand Prix has come and gone again. Another F1 Parade of candy and novelty hats as the parade floats make their way around the circuit.

However this year got off to a bumpy start with a monster of a crash between KMag and Sergio Perez, which collected Nico on his way past as well. This brought out the Red Flag and largely the end of the exitement.

Positives to take from this though, Charles Leclerc won his home grand prix, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri look fast ahead of the Canadian GP. Red Bull still look to be struggling.

And Yuki Tsunoda and Alex Albon get honourable mentions for putting in a stellar drive this weekend.

What did you think of the weekends racing? Could Perez of prevented the crash or was KMag at full fault?

The Emilia-Romagna GP was an interesting affair. On one side it was a largely boring race full of dissapointing upgrade packages and the obiligatory Max Verstappen win.

However on the other side of the coin we see 2 races in a row where RedBull are rattled and desperately trying to solve their Hard Tyre compound issues. Once again McLaren put it up to the RedBulls and with a few extra laps would we possibly of seen back to back Lando Norris victories?

It took till the last 10 laps before we started to see the racing come alive. Mercedes and Ferrari upgrade packages dissapointed. McLaren seems to be a well oiled machine now and just making incremental changes to keep the pressure on the RedBull.

And once more we have Perez under the microscope.. Do Redbull make the change? Try and entice Carlos Sainz to the camp?

What did you think of the weekends racing? Do you think McLaren could put it up to Redbull for the rest of the season?

The Miami GP delivered and incredible race from the front of the grid to the back. There were no passangers this weekend and everyone was there to entertain, and entertain they did.

McLaren continue the development charge and give Lando Noriss the car he needed to win the Miami GP and his first F1 win of his career. Oscar Piastri unfortunately had the opposite and after a coming together with Carlos Sainz, received damage to his front wing and had to make his way from the back of the pack.

RedBull had a bad weekend (for redbull), with Max Verstappen finishing second. What we can only say was a perfect storm of Setup, Tyres and Lando Norris issues.

Sergio Perez didn't make much impact on those ahead apart from Turn 1 on the opening lap where he nearly went full Daniel Kyvat mode and took his team mate out. Thankfully it didn't happen and we got to see a great race.

The Ferraris made some poor decisions early one by not swapping Sainz and Leclerc when Sainz was faster in the opening stint. Then made some embaressing dummy pitstops.. P3 for Leclerc and P6 for Sainz after a penalty for his collision with Piastri. But largely not good enough and looks like McLaren might have jumped them in the development race. Also Carlos Sainz temporarily loses his mind and thinks he could have won the race with 1 more lap. We shall see what fortunes the Imola upgrades bring Ferrari in 2 weeks time.

Overall some excellent battles up an down the grid. What did you think of the #MiamiGP?

Our first trip back to Shanghai for the Chinese GP did not dissapoint.

We kicked off with a mixed grid for the Sprint Race after rain turned the fresh track surface into an ice rink. Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton locking out the front row with Max Verstappen only manageing P4 and had Fernando Alonso along side him on the second row for good messure.

Lando Norris was too aggressive in the opening battle with Hamilton which ultimately ruined his chance of a win. Lewis Hamilton did well to hold on to first place as long as he did, until the wind caught him out into the hairpin and a lock up gave Max Verstappen the stricking distance he needed to take the lead and the win.

The feature race was also full of drama but ultimately the groundhog day result came to pass and Max Verstappen took the win.

Lando Norris got driver of the day for a great performance and P2.

Lewis Hamilton, after having a great Spint qualy and Race had a terrible feature race qualy and started in P18. He managed to claw back to P9 though and in the points.

Lance Stroll absolutely arsed pounded Daniel Ricciardo and ended his race and ruined Oscar Piastris as well. KMag took out the other RB of Yuki Tsunoda as well rounding off a terrible weekend for RB.

However Stroll and Kmag on the naughty step at the back of the pack, gave us some exciting racing.

Tell us what you think of the weekend!

Well after the somewhat exciting race we had in Australia, the Japanese GP brought us back down to earth with a Red Bull 1 - 2 finish. Both Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were in a different league again this weekend.

Ferrari did a good recover and secured P3 and P4 with an incredible first stint drive from Charles Leclerc to make those Medium Tyres last the distance. Carlos Sainz though is still waving his ass in the shop window and we are sure wont be short of offers for next season.

Otherwise it was a weekend rules by tyre strategy and once again trying to pull the excitment out of what we could find.

Tell us what you think of the weekend!

The Australian GP always has a way of delivering a good race and this weekend was no different. The guys had pants flying in celebration of a new winner in F1.

It was all about Ferrari this weekend and Carlos Sainz showing Ferrari what they are missing out on.

Redbull had a weekend to forget, Max Verstappen with a locked right rear break forcing a retirement and the remaining redbull being hampered by the setup chosen to combat tyre deg.

If Redbull had a weekend to forget Mercedes stepped up and said "Hold my beer". A power unit failure for lewis hamilton and then a late crash from George Russell saw the end to their hopes of points.

McLaren slowly turning up the heat on everyone and making good on their promise that we will start seeing the best of their car within 5 races time. 3 races in and they are delivering. Lets hope this continues for the season.

Tell us what you think of the weekend!

F1 fans have painful shoulders these days with the amount of shite they have to shovel and this weekend, whilst a little better... Still required slopping out!

Ollie Bearman makes his F1 debut for Ferrari due to an illness for Sainz and apparently fans lost their shit over Bearman but someone on the cast this week refused to join in.

Redbull with another 1-2.. does anyone care anymore? Nope? Good! moving on!

Mercedes are out ploughing fields, McLaren show some signs of improvement and Aston Martin are.. well.. there or there abouts.

We can but pray for Australia!

Tell us what you think, if you have woken up yet from that race.

Welcome back to Season 3 of the Late Night Race Review and the 2024 F1 Season.

You could be forgiven to think that it is an extension of the 2023 season given how the Bahrain GP played out. But.... HERE WE GO AGAIN!

Max Verstappen dominates.. once more and shows he is just a beast in that RedBull. Carlos Sainz not happy with Ferrari and says to hell with any team orders and takes 3rd place rather than sit behind Leclerc. We are interested to see how this plays out over the season.

Everyone else... Just dissapointing.. we're not angry, we're just very dissapointed!

Mercedes promised a lot and delivered less than nothing, McLaren say it could be 5 races in before we see what their car is capable of, Aston Martin, just backwards again, Alpine are overweight and slow, big clear out required at that team... Is Gunther inbound? Dave seems to think it's possible!

Tell us what you think, if you have woken up yet from that race.

What did you think of the #AbuDhabiGP? Don't forget to get your comments in below.

Max Verstappen takes the win in Abu Dhabi and of course we already knew he won the 2023 Word Drivers Title. But at what cost to the fans? Was this a boring end to the 2023 season?

Perez has found a little bit of returning form to the end of the season but will it be enough to keep him at Red Bull for 2024?

Charles Leclerc gave it everything for Ferrari to secure P2 in the Constructors Championship, even by going so far as to helping Perez to some DRS. Unfortunately Carlos Sainz wasn't able to deliver on his end and they handed P2 over to Mercedes.

I'm not going to write anything else here.. it was largerly a snoozefest of a race and in some ways a fitting end to the 2023 season.

Be sure to get your opinions in and we we will be back in 2 weeks time to do a full round up of the season and announce our F1 Season Prediction Winner as well as our F1 Fantasy League winner.

What did you think of the #LasVegasGP? Don't forget to get your comments in below.

Las Vegas had a very difficult start to their return with Manhole covers wiping out Ocon and Sainz, Fans being asked to leave before FP2 could start and then Sainz getting a 10 place penalty.

On a cold nighty, green track that was like ice at times, we got some incredible racing and overtaking. More than i think a lot of #F1 fans were expecting.

Max Verstappen was pushed to the end for that win and Charles Leclerc feeling a little hard done by. Could Ferrari have gotten the Win if they had Sainz their as well to work as a team?

Perez showing he still has it, sort of, and gets P3 after being done by Leclerc twice.

Williams should have delivered on this circuit, but ultimately they couldnt get the tyres to last and dropped out of the points.

McLaren had a terrible weekend and Lando Norris, who never looked confident, crashed out.

What did you think of the #brazilgp ? Don't forget to get your comments in below.

What a race weekend we had in Brazil. From an excellent sprint race right through to an edge of the seat finish on Sunday.

Max Verstappen continues to set the records, but Lando Norris is making sure Red Bull have something to worry about going into 2024.

Aston Martin remove their upgrades and their old spec car is still quicker than the Mercedes? Good news though for Alonso fans as it makes his way back to the Podium.

We take more than a moment to appreciate the end to that race.

And what happened to Mercedes and Ferrari this weekend?

What did you think of the #mexicogp? Don't forget to get your comments in below.

Let me take a moment to apologies for the trainwreck of a podcast this week... We were EXHAUSTED, but did our best to get the podcast out. We will be back to normal next week for #brazilgp!

On this weeks Late Night Race Review, the guys look back on a mixed back of a #mexicogp. Our opinions were very much split as to how much we enjoyed this race.

Max Verstappen though, keeps breaking records while his teammate Segio Perez has a shocker at his home race!

Lewis Hamilton showed great pace agains the Ferraris to take 2nd place, while Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, possibly showed that 3rd and 4th was the best they could accomplish this weekend.

Daniel Ricciardo had an incredible weekend and strutting his ass in the shop window for Red Bull to have as an option for 2024. Could he be Perez' replacement?

Lando Norris goes FULL BEAST MODE... FULL, FUCKING, BEAST MODE! Tyre wear ment nothing to Lando and did not 1 but 2 incredible recovery drives in teh same race.

As always we give our Driver of the Day, Loser of the Day and the ever important Predictions Game!

What did you think of the #USGP? Don't forget to get your comments in below.

Quick disclaimer to everyone, we recorded this just before the news broke regarding Lewis Hamilton and Charles LeClercs disqualifications from the #USGP. So a short disclaimer at the start to cover this.

On this weeks Late Night Race Review, the guys debate if the other teams are closing in on Red Bull Racing, or was it just a perfect storm of troubles for Red Bull, that is giving us a false sense of progress... The guys have different opinions on this one.

Max Verstappen though gets his 50th race win and moves up the ladder of the all time greats. But what about his team mate Sergio Perez? it appears he is creating more questions surrounding future at Red Bull than he's able to answer.

This race was certainly one for the strategists and who do you think played their hand well? Red Bull given their difficult situation, Mercedes with the Off-Set strategy? Or perhaps McLaren with the knee jerk reaction on the second stint?

On this weeks Late Night Race Review the guys look back on the Qatar GP. Max Verstappen takes his 3rd World Title at the Qatar GP whilst his team mate Sergio Perez falls short once again. Frustration is mounting over Perez within Redbull and could we see a change for 2024?

The Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell have a rough start to the race, but George Russell goes on to complete a great recovery drive to limit the damage caused.

McLaren are fast becoming best of the rest with another double podium as well as Sprint Race victory for Oscar Piastri. Does this team have the best lineup going into 2024, assuming they get the right car under their drivers?

And the guys give their thoughts on the perfect storm that lead to drivers retiring sick, vomiting in their helmets and blurry vision. What happened this weekend and how did the 18 lap per tyre restriction actually increase the risk to drivers.

As always we give our Driver of the Day, Loser of the Day and the ever important Predictions Game!

We have been spoiled lately with some great racing and this weekend at the Japanese GP is no exception.

Redbull claim the constructors title again with another dominant performance from Max Verstappen, who realistically was only under pressure into Turn 1 at the start of the race. His teammate Sergio Perez on the other hand had a surprise double DNF all by himself. The guys get stuck into this interpretation of the rules as Redbull managed to get Perez back out on track for 1 more lap to avoid taking a grid penalty in Qatar.

McLaren are flying high at the moment, possible with the slight advantage of a track that suits them. But Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri following up with a 2 and 3 is an incredible step forward from where they were not just at the start of the season but over the last few years.

Mercedes attempted the Carlos Sainz trick and failed miserably and possibly cost them some points.

Ferrari are find some consistency in their car, drivers and pit stops. If they can get some more performance out of that car we might see them make some moves toward the podium on a regular basis.

And the honerable mention of Liam Lawson who finished ahead of Yuki Tsunoda again, but not enough to earn him a place at the Alpha Tauri outfit for 2024.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

Did you enjoy the Japanese GP as much as we did? Get your comments in below and let us know.

What an amazing race the Singapore GP gave us this weekend.

The tifosi will be happy with Carlos Sainz taking the win today, but also ending Red Bulls record breaking run and in such an impressive manner. Dave Jericho was impressed with the tactics used by Sainz during the race to hold off the chasing Mercedes, have a listen and see if you agree? Get your comments in below.

Lando Norris drove a super race but owes a lot to his former team mate Carlos Sainz and his tactics to take the win, that helped Lando to maintain that 2nd place. Also lets not forget the pressure Lewis put on George Russell, forcing the mistake and ultimately putting him in a wall and out of the Singapore GP.

The Mercedes did a fantastic job in making that extra set of new Medium tyre work for their drivers and if it wasn't for the tactics of Carlos Sainz, may of had a 1, 2 today. Unfortunately George Russell went out and they had to settle for 1 car finishing, but it was P3 for Lewis and a Podium.

Honourable mention this week has to be Liam Lawson who is giving the Alpha Tauri team something to think about for next season... and perhaps Yuki Tsunoda might be feeling the pressure.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

Max Verstappen has set an all new record of 10 wins in a row at this weekends Italian GP at Monza. A record that Toto Wolff believes means nothing. However, 10 wins in a row it is and is there any stopping this man now? Can you see him winning the remaining races this season?

Sergio Perez had a great drive and finished P2 to allow the Red Bulls to do an end of race formation lap into the pits on Ferraris home circuit.

Ferrari gave the Tifosi an entertaining race, perhaps not the result they were after, but it was hard racing. Carlos Sainz held up Max Verstappen for most of the first stint, until a lockup in Turn 1 ultimately gave the lead to Verstappen. Dave Jericho has some strong opinions this week on his team mate Charles Leclerc and feels he could have done more to challenge Perez when he was battling with Sainz. What do you think? "Comments below as always"

Mercedes i think felt that 5th and 6th was the best they could do today and by all accounts reached their goal, have they settled this season and waiting to go again next season? They are off the pace once again for race wins.

Will Aston Martin and McLaren find their form ahead of the Singapore GP in 2 weeks time?

And the guys give honourable mentions to Alex Albon and Liam Lawson for their incredible drives this weekend.

Much more action to unpack this weekend, so join the guys as they relive Sundays Italian GP.

We had probably the most exciting F1 race of 2023 this weekend at Zandvoort in the Dutch GP. Max Verstappen equals Sebastian Vettels 9 wins in a row this weekend after winning the Dutch GP, while his teammate Sergio Perez was once again on the backfoot with poor qualifying and race penalties impacting his result.

After the starting grid got thrown updside down with the Mercedes of George Russell going from P3 on the grid to last and Lewis Hamilton struggling to get his car to finish P6.

Ferrari had largely a weekend to forget.... AGAIN... but Carlos Sainz had some fantastic battles with Gasly and Hamilton to hold on to P5 and get them some points. Leclerc meanwhile had to retire his car with damage, but even still he does not look comfortable in that car.

Alex Albon equaled his career best qualifying in teh Williams this weekend to start P4, unfortunately the decision to stay on teh softs during the wet start proved to hurt him. But he recovered to finish P8 and got one of the guys driver of the day.

Much more action to unpack this weekend, so join the guys as they relive Sundays Dutch GP.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

It was a weekend of promise for a number of teams but did it deliver for the fans?

The Sprint Race kicked off the debate on wet weather tracks, safety and wet weather tyres no longer fit for purpose. But we finally got running and Max Verstappen took a clean sweep this weekend despite having a 5 second grid penalty for a gear box change. His teammate Sergio Perez was out to prove himself in the eyes of the Redbull management.. But was is 2nd place finish good enough to do that? Or was 22 seconds behind Max showing a lack of quality.

What happened to the McLarens Rocketship this weekend? and will they bounce back in Zandvoort at the Netherlands GP.

Finally the shock of the weekend, Ferrari on the podium for the Grand Prix. Charles Leclerc taking P3 in the main race on Sunday.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

After an exciting qualifying we were hopefull to see a Redbull, Mercedes and McLaren scrap throughout the race. What we got was Redbull smashing the winning streak record and Max Verstappen winning once again by over 30+ seconds. Sergio Perez put in one of his better drivers and got the official F1 Drvier of the day, but we didn't all agree on the podcast this week.

McLaren continue their charge to the top with one hell of an upgrade that they brought in Austria and continued through to Silverstone. Hungary was no different, that car is looking mighty fast and Lando got his second P2 in a row for the first time. Oscar Piastri is also looking great for a rookie driver.

Mercedes came alive as the fuel load went down and gave us a bit of excitement towards the end, but ultimately Hamilton will be dissapointed after getting Pole Position only to struggle on race pace.

Once again we must mention Ferrari. A team we could only describe on the cast as going FULL GHOST MODE! What is going on at the Scuderia camp.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

Hollywood rolled into town for the Silverstone, British GP this weekend and McLaren were the ones that had the Hollywood script ready to roll. All the talk from this weekend is the transformation of that McLaren and how competitive will they be for the rest of the season. An incredible P2 and P4 for Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

Max had a bit of a challenge this weekend but ultimately ended up winning the Grand Prix comfortably, however his team mate Perez had to pull out a recovery drive from P15 on the grid after a shocking Q1 exit in qualy. Will Red Bull and Helmut Marko start to get fedup with this pattern?

Mercedes had a mixed weekend, good results P3 for Lewis Hamilton and P5 for George Russell, but did they see that challenge from McLaren? Will it last?

And Ferrari, does anyone even know what happened to their pace on Sunday? Christ almight! =\

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

The Austrian GP didn't dissapoint this weekend, giving us possibly the best racing of the season so far. That could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at the season.

Max Verstappen dominated another race weekend after a spicey start to the Sprint Race with his team mate Checo Perez. Will Checo keep the good results coming or will his seat be up for discussion?

Ferrari showed they might be on the right track with the car, but still haven't a clue about race strategy. Leclerc pulls out a great P2 result, but Sainz was possibly the faster driver of the pairing.

And what about our driver of the day Lando Norris, he showed us that McLaren mean business with their new round of upgrades. It will be exciting to see Piastri with the same upgrades in Silverstone and how far they can push this car.

Finally, what happened with Mercedes. We keep hearing they are understanding the car, they have solved their problems and then the wheels fall off. Is this a bigger problem or will they bounce back for Silverstone?

Join us as we look back on the events of Sundays race at the Austrian GP.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

We had an exciting Canadian GP this weekend with teams bringing new upgrades, ever changing weather and a mixed up grid for the race on Sunday, we had a lot to discuss.

Red Bull win their 100th race and could they be on for winning the World Titles in record time this season? or are Aston Martin and Mercedes making big gains in the development race that could delay the Red Bull party?

The hero of the day has to be Alex Albon, with an incredible drive to hold off the chasing pack on tyres that were beyond used up. He got the fans driver of the day and showed us what Williams are capable of with the right person at the helm and investment.

Let's not forget about Sergio Perez. Has the pressure of being able to challenge for the World Title gotten to him, Christian Horner seems to think so.. do the lads on the Late Night Race Review agree?

What about weekend Ferrari had? Possible improvements being made and are relationships being improved between the drivers and the team. And what were they thinking clipping Sainz' wings and telling him not to attack Leclerc? or at the very least swap positions.

We also look at McLaren improvements, what driver had the worst result of the weekend and are the Rookies under performing?

Join us as we look back on the events of Sundays race at the Spanish GP in Barcelona.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

We were at Barcelona this week for the Spanish GP with hopes of a rain filled race for the first time since 1996. Unfortunately the closest thing we saw to rain this weekend was George Russells sweaty helmet at Turn 5.

No surprise that Max Verstappen coasted to another dominant victory, however that wasn't really where the story was this week. We got to see Mercedes race their new upgrades in anger for the first time and with it came a P2 for Lewis Hamilton and a P3 for George Russell. What does this mean for the rest of the season, are Mercedes making progress and possibly making a challenge towards the end of the season?

Then comes Aston Martin, a team that seems to have gone backwards this weekend. Was this just a bad weekend, has the new upgrades not worked or are Mercedes upgrades just that much better?

What did with think for Ferrari, two very different opinions from their drivers on the cars current state. They have the look of a team lost at sea currently and possibly Fred is not the captain to bring them back.

And finally... McLaren were BACK BITCHES!! for about 30 seconds and Lando Norris collided with the rear of Lewis Hamilton and ended up sitting at the back of the class.

Join us as we look back on the events of Sundays race at the Spanish GP in Barcelona.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

An incredible Monaco Qualifying was followed by a slightly odd Race, but the guys look back at the weekend and the major talking points. Max continues winning as expected while Perez shits the bed, the Alonso train keeps on rolling and we are ALL onboard. BUT! What about Ferrari? are they starting to fall away, are the drivers not up to it AND have Mercedes overtaken them in the development race.

Let's not forget Ocon taking the podium and earning himself driver of the day from the fans... but.. is he our driver of the day? Might be some controversy around that one.

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

We had hoped for Miami to recover our season of bordem after Baku, unfortunately it was not to be. Verstappen dominates yet again and Perez struggles to keep pace with his team mate. Aston Martin had a mixed weekend, but confidence still high that they have a strong car for the season as Alonso continues his podium run. And we look at what has gone wrong at Ferrari as they battled with HAAS? this weekend. Could Mercedes be about to leap frog them in the development race? are big changes afoot at Ferrari?

Who was our driver of the day? and what do we think of the Rookies season so far?

We had our work cut out for us this week to try and cover what was a terribly boring Azerbaijan GP. However we accepted the challenge!

Red Bull dominates the weekend and Perez dominates Red Bull. A lot of teams brought upgrade packages this weekend, how did that work out for them? Ferrari making improvements, but could Aston Martin be about to overtake them in the development race and leave Mercedes behind?

Our podcast this week was about as chaotic as the Australian GP. Dave goes off on a number of rants, disagrees with everyone, including himself.

Max takes his first Australian F1 win in a Red Flag packed race. Controversy surrounds penalty decisions and the use of the Safety Car to end the race.

Mercedes put in a strong performans to get a P2 finish for Lewis Hamilton, while George Russells car goes up in flames. Alpine had a strong performance in the race also, but ultimately decided they were using the blue livery in the next race.. so binned their cars before the race was over. Ferrari may has well of binned their cars, for all the use it would have done them and the McLarens.. double points finish!!

And of course it wouldn't be the Late Night Race Review without some predictions.

In what many would say was a dull Saudi Arabia GP, we did see some drama. Red Bull dominated but could it have come at a cost, possible tension between their drivers? Alsono takes P3 only to have a penalty strip it away and then later reinstated. Some more embaressing moments from the FIA.

What happened to Ferrari today? Can they get on top of their issues before we get too deep into the season? Mercedes are ready to throw their car in the skip and go for a whole new approach. And then there is McLaren.. Where do they go from here?

We had an emotional farewell for Sebastian Vettel at the Abu Dhabi GP to the back drop of a commanding race win by Max Verstappen.

The focus was all on Perez and Leclerc for the second place in the F1 World Drivers Championship and we ask the question, could Max Verstappen of helped Sergio Perez more, in order to secure that 2nd place?

What happened to Mercedes this weekend after a promising few races leading up to the season finale?

And of course we saw the final races for a number of drivers, Daniel Ricciardo, Mick Schumacher, Nicholas Latifi and of course, one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time.... Sebastian Vettel.

What an incredible weekend of action we had at the Brazil GP this year.

Kevin Magnussen gets his first pole position in F1 and the first time a US based team has been on pole since Shadow Racing Team in the 70s.

George Russell gets his first win in F1 and Mercedes get their first 1-2 finish since Monza 2020. Ferrari had another weekend of recovery to salvage the best points possible. Max Verstappen shows his ruthless streak by refusing to give the place back to Perez, this appears to be an issue that has been between the drivers for some time now and has just become public. That decision from Max has put Perez under pressure for the Abu Dhabi GP next week.

Also the predictions game is reaching the final stages.. Will Dave take victory or can Eoin or Isidro stage a late come back.

Max Verstappen takes the win at the Mexican GP this weekend and with it, sets the record for the most F1 Wins in a single season. He breaks Michael Schumachers 2004 record of 13 and we still have 2 more races left to go. Daniel Ricciardo came alive this weekend after getting a penalty for his love tap on Yuki Tsunoda. Once the 10 second penalty was announced, Daniel Ricciardo started to carve up the field to take P7. Perhaps he should always get a penalty? Mercedes get their tyre strategy wrong and refused to split their strategies, possibly costing them the race. Ferrari seemed to fear reliability issues and turned down their engines for this weekends race, leaving them well off the pace. Join us as we try to wake you up after that sleepy Mexican GP and Isidro tries to pull a fast one in our predictions game. It is close at the end of the season and all the dirty tricks are coming out.

Max Verstappen snatches Lewis Hamiltons first win of the season away from him in the closing laps of the race and earns Red Bull the Constructors Title for the first time in 8 years. A fitting tribute and send off for Dietrich Mateschitz who died this weekend at the age of 78.

Ferrari bad luck continues with a Turn 1 collision between Sainz and Russell on the opening lap ended in the retirement of Carlos Sainz. Leclerc did well to recover for P3, but ultimately still was off the pace of Max and Lewis, even with the new engine components.

A dramatic crash between Alonso and Stroll was sure  to see both retire, however Alonso managed to get the car back to the pits for repairs and a new set of tyres. He ended up P7 in the end, but has since been handed a penalty thanks to a Haas protest over the safety of the lose wing mirror.

Sebastian Vettel rolled back the years with an incredible drive and rightly earned himself driver of the day and who will forget that closing lap with K Mag! Magic stuff from the retiring Vettel.

Confusion at the Japanese GP as Max Verstappen wins his 2nd World Championship at a rain soaked Suzuka. His win was overshadowed by headlines of a major safety breach at the circuit as a recovery vehicle is on the racing line in poor visibility conditions. Pierre Gasly is then awarded a penalty and points on his licence for passing that recovery vehicle at unsafe speeds...

Will Redbull dominated until the 2026 regulation change, could anyone put up a challenge next season?

Also Nicholas Latifi finally manages to find his way around the circuit and finishes in the points with a P9. Surprised? So were we!
