Mr. John Reeve is a CMMS Champion. With 21,000 followers on LinkedIn, he regularly shares knowledge on many topics, especially in asset management. Being the 2nd consultant hired by the company that invented Maximo, he spent the first 10 years consulting in project management consulting followed by 20 years on asset management with emphasis on Maximo software. Nancy Regan has had a love affair (professionally speaking) with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for the last 2 decades. She believes that it is one of the most majestic asset management processes on the planet. She's been at it for 20 years now and there’s nothing she would rather do.
It all started on an ordinary day in September 1997 when she was an intern at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey. On that day, her supervisor told her they'd been tasked “from above” to do RCM on Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) on US Navy aircraft carriers. He tasked her to figure it out. And figure it out, she did. As a Navy employee, she facilitated ALRE analyses and then started the RCM program on Naval Common Support Equipment. (She's proud to say that that RCM program is still going strong!)
In 2001, Nancy left government service to start her own business because she wanted to apply RCM to more diverse equipment. Since then, she has facilitated RCM analyses on aircraft, manufacturing equipment and all kinds of assets in between. She's trained clients in commercial industry and within the government. RCM principles have been around for nearly 50 years. But still, RCM is under-utilized and is (often) wildly misunderstood. Nancy thinks that’s because RCM training isn’t easily accessible. It typically requires expensive, live training – plus the time and expense of travel. That’s why, after 20 years, she created RCMTrainingOnline.com – an online RCM community and learning place.
Andy Page has more than 28 years of experience in the fields of maintenance and reliability, with deep asset management experience attained through designing, teaching, and improving the reliability of manufacturing and processing plants throughout the United States and Europe.
He has worked with companies across several industry verticals, namely food processing, chemical processing, pulp & paper, and pharmaceuticals. Andy has developed a passion for business case development in the financial justification of improving plant level reliability as well as change management and leadership during transitional periods.

Robert J. Latino has been facilitating RCA & FMEA analyses with his clientele around the world for over 35 years and has taught over 10,000 students in the PROACT® RCA Methodology. Mr. Latino is co-author of numerous books, seminars and workshops on FMEA, RCA & Reliability, as well as co-designer of Plant Engineering Magazine’s PRODUCT OF THE YEAR - The PROACT® Investigation Management System.

Drew brings nearly 30 years experience and thought leadership in the fields of manufacturing reliability engineering and physical asset management. He believes that most organizations in the physical asset-intensive industries have a tremendous opportunity to improve the uptime, profitability, safety and environmental performance of their plants and physical assets with a dedicated focus on reliability-driven practices.
Holding Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and MBA qualifications combined with nearly 30 years in the trenches, he possess the knowledge and the skills to help you unlock your potential and recover your "hidden plant."
He's also very passionate about sustainability and other environmental matters. He's currently pursuing a master’s degree in sustainability at Harvard, where he's emphasizing sustainable manufacturing and land use practices. He serves on ASTM E60.13, the committee for sustainable manufacturing. He confounded the Compatible Lands Foundation (CLF) and He's a very active board chairperson.
Thom H. Boehm is a knitting machine technician at Stanfield’s Ltd., a textile mill in rural Nova Scotia, Canada. He has worked there for the last 20 years, and before that was an English teacher in Japan. At Stanfield’s, although down in old textile lingo as a knitter/fixer, he does whatever needs to be done to keep the room functioning as well as possible, and this includes repairing and maintaining a host of different styles of circular knitting machines.
In the future he hopes write a book about the textile mill where he works and his experiences that he has had there. The last few years he has realized that he has a passion for writing, and has been working on honing his skill as a writer in preparation for some day tackling a book.
His top accomplishments in life include a family that he loves, a house and yard with plants and trees that he enjoys watching grow, and a house full of animals that keep everyone feeling loved and occupied on dark and dreary days.

Suzane Greeman is the President and Principal Asset Management Advisor of Greeman Asset Management Solutions, a firm headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is a senior asset management consultant and instructor in North America working with clients who manage assets in excess of $75 Billion. She has over 23 years of experience across several asset management disciplines and has implemented asset management strategies for cement manufacturing, power generation, wastewater treatment, airport, and maritime transportation assets.
A lifelong learner, Suzane holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree as well as an MBA. Rob Kalwarowsky has spent almost 10 years as a reliability engineer & asset manager within mining, oil pipelines, and consulting in heavy industry. Eng. Shami Mudunkotuwa is a product of the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Moratuwa (UoM), Sri Lanka and a Chartered Engineer currently working for Ceylon Electricity Board. He carries a great exposure, experience and special interest in Infrared Thermography (IRT) Techniques for Predictive Maintenance and Building Services alike. To date, he is the most experienced Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer (as per American Society of Non-Destructive Testing – ASNT) produced by Sri Lanka.

Scott joined Shell in 2006 following eight years as an Aeromedical Evacuation Officer and Blackhawk Maintenance Test Pilot in the U.S. Army. Scott started as a Reliability Engineer on Shell’s Auger Tension Leg Platform (TLP) in the Gulf of Mexico, analyzing unscheduled production deferment and equipment failure history to determine overall risk and economic potential of improvement scenarios. He facilitated numerous root cause analysis investigations, utilizing various RCA methods such as 5-Why, Apollo Reality Charting, and Causal Learning.
Will Bower is the Director of Services with Maintain CM based in the United Kingdom. Will strives to help engineering managers achieve reliability excellence through every channel that he can. When he’s not out in the field, Will can be found hosting the #reliabilitygang podcast, producing music, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Donald Yates is a senior manufacturing executive with more than 40 years’ experience spearheading the rapid and sustained growth of leading manufacturing organizations. Mr. Yates gained his expertise in lean manufacturing by building effective teams, and formulating strategic reliability plans during his extraordinarily successful career in several leadership roles. Specifically in a long career of 29 years, Mr. Yates directed and managed Eastman Kodak’s Chemical Manufacturing Unit, was Plant Manager for the Polymer (PET) manufacturing Division. He was considered a pioneer in the utilization of CMMS, Predictive Maintenance, and Precision Maintenance Methodologies and is now considered a Subject Matter Expert. Mr. Yates has an extensive network of influential senior-level contacts in the manufacturing engineering and maintenance arena.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and an associate degree in business and psychology from North Dakota State University. In his current role, he is responsible for owning and leading the reliability excellence primary value stream. Rick is an active member and Past-Chairperson for Board of Directors of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and also twice the Certification Organization (SMRPCO). Perry Steele is a maintenance & reliability leader that has extensive experience in large, industrial manufacturing facilities. ason Hartman is currently a Regional Manufacturing Technology Engineer supporting Cargill’s North American chocolate business. He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from Kansas State University and started working for Cargill directly after graduation. He is grateful to have built his career entirely within Cargill by leading teams in a diverse number of plant operations roles including production management, project management, facility leadership, maintenance management, reliability leadership, and manufacturing engineering. During his career, Jason has worked in 4 different businesses within Cargill across 6 different sites in 3 different states. Jason enjoys coaching youth soccer to complement his leadership skills. His coaching experience includes over 14 years developing boys and girls from 6-19 years old on competitive soccer teams.
Bill has spent over 20 years in varius Engineering, Reliability and Mainteance roles. His work interests include Preventive Maintenance Optimization, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS). Bill Barto has spent over 20 years in various Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance roles for companies like Walt Disney World and Frito Lay. He also spent five years supporting multiple companies as a Reliability Engineering SME with the consulting company Life Cycle Engineering.
David specializes in developing and updating the reliability maintenance program for the $12B+ assets across the complex as a Branch Manager atNational Aerospace Solutions. The AHA branch performs reliability engineering, item management and data analysis; metric development and trending; and reliability modeling for assets ranging from 82K hp motors to 50K gpm pumps to the 161kv electrical distribution system for the base. David is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and has 37 years’ experience at AEDC in maintenance and reliability.
Randy Reid is a Maintenance Manager/Reliability Engineer with 35 years’ experience in various maintenance roles. Randy specializes in maintenance organization, training and reliability. Randy holds a degree in Industrial Electronics and Electricity, CMRP certification and was past Conference Chair of 2017 SMRP conference and Board Member of Majestic Outdoors. Presently working at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama the last 19 years with numerous roles with prior experience in the steel industry and foundry’s.
