The discussion includes Walters' relationship and gambling partnership with Phil Mickelson, Phil’s unwillingness to testify on Billy’s behalf that could have kept him out of jail as well as the details of the proposed Ryder Cup wager, Phil performing brilliantly on the heels of huge gambling losses, and Billy’s unwillingness to delve into Phil’s personal life.
