In this episode, I give a life update. Since it is a life update, unlike previous episodes, this does not have a corresponding blog post to it. It's me providing context around what I've learned in the last semester about my learning style, moving mid-semester, and the future of this podcast...as I am about to graduate in August of 2023! Ultimately, I have loved sharing what I have learned as a grad student with you all and giving my own leadership type of advice. I don't want to stop either! I plan to use this platform more to showcase other stories than my own. Ultimately, I am excited about what 2023 brings and I look forward to sharing it with you all!

This week, I wanted to share tips that have helped me achieve academic success.  This semester is my second semester in graduate school where I attained straight A's, and a peer of mine mentioned that I should share tips.  This episode is the first of more to come on how to achieve academic success, as well as the research, validating the method.  Hopefully, you all are able to take something away from this and apply it to your own academic or work circumstances.  For more information, you can find the corresponding blog post located on my blog, blkgradstudent.com.
