In today's episode, Shawn and Matt discuss the biggest price drops in Arlington, VA so far in 2026. We look at the original list price versus the sold price and review townhouses, condos, and houses in Arlington that all had big price drops.
Quick correction: Apparently Matt failed 7th grade math because he calculated the percentages incorrectly, however, the properties remained in the same order, just with slightly smaller percentage drops than what Matt said in the video.
