I will be talking about my experiences of loss. The ups and downs of dealing with the mourning process and finding ways to look at all the good that is still around us. There will be some talk of my beliefs. I am a member of the LDS church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
In episode 3 "Strength beyond my own" I am talking about the week I laid my son to rest and how our Christmas went that year.
