Presence is where your attitude and spirit meet. This is the essence of who you show up as….

Presence becomes the place where:

You’re not reacting from emotion
You’re not disconnected spiritually
You are aware, aligned, and intentional

Kingdom believers, you need to be aware of this!

The attitude and spirit must align and come into agreement…. And as long as those two remain unmatched, purpose feels distant and faith feels fragile.

Scripture tells us in Proverbs 20:27,
‘The spirit of a person is the lamp of the Lord.’

That lamp shines outward and how it shines is your attitude.”

The word “spirit” in this verse is not referring to the Holy Spirit directly. It’s referring to the human spirit, the deepest, God-designed part of a person.

Ephesians 4:23 tells us to
‘be renewed in the spirit of your mind.’ Renewal is what brings your inner truth and your outer presence into agreement

Let’s do the work!

Ask yourself?

Before I walk into a room, a meeting, a conversation, pause and ask:

Am I present or rushed?
Am I grounded or performing?
Am I leading with love or control?
Am I regulated or reactive?

What are you waiting on?

Matt 7:7 provides us 3 powerful action words!! Ask, Seek, Knock…

Matt 7:7 teaches us “ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be open to you”. What a powerful scripture to stand on in the pursuit of trusting God to provide all that we need, desires, and dream according to his will for our lives.

Ask: you’re declaring your dependence on God. It’s a spoken word. Asking activates faith.

Seek: you’re aligning your heart with His will. This is acting In effort - do. Seeking
strengthens faith.

Knock: you’re showing your faith that refuses to quit - allowing God in; living in total committed relationship with Him. Knocking demonstrates faith.

The victory to Matthew 7:7 if you read a little further in the word of God is Matthew 7:8 “ for everyone who ask receives; the one who seeks finds; and the one who knocks the door will be open!!!

Four attitude types:
1. Positive attitude
2. Neutral attitude
3. Negative attitude
4. Sikken attitude

In essence with this episode about attitude I want us to get a solid understanding that possessing a good attitude is vital to living a life of victory, favor, abundance and living the life you want and desire.

One of the Foundational scriptures: Ephesians 4 and 23 MSG
“A life renewed from the inside, and working itself into your attitude as God accurately reproduces his character in you”!! (WOW) right?
How amazing is that!?

Steps to changing your “Attitude”
1. Recognize it, feel it, acknowledge it.
2. Be aware of the feeling & behavior it is invoking in you.
3. Reframed the thought and thought behavior.
4. Set declarations or affirmations.
5. Immerse yourself in positive activities and meditate….(use other tools as well)

Attitude is a mental and emotional entity. Our attitude as a whole will determine our success or our failure. It’s really not failure when you belief that it’s lessons that you are learning!

—— Ephesians 4:22-24——

Foundational scripture:
Ephesians 4:23
“And be renewed in the spirit and attitude of your mind”

The two definitions:
1. A settled way of thinking about someone or something
2. A learned tendency

Attitude has three components (ABC’s)
1. Affective - which is how the object person issue event made you feel
2. Behavioral - how the attitude influences your behavior
3. Cognitive - which are your thoughts beliefs actions about the subject the object person issue event

Attitude has two forms:
1. Implicit - attitudes are unconscious but still have an affect on our beliefs and behaviors
2. Explicit - attitudes that we are consciously aware of and that clearly influences our behavior and beliefs.

How high you go in this life is about being self aware of your attitude and your mental state!

It is so important to understand!!

“What are you believing”?

As women of God, we should intensively be aware of our beliefs and our belief systems. There is power in belief. The power of belief is a state of mind and we have control over our mind. Don’t allow your mind to control you. It will if you allow it to, but we as kingdom women must learn and fortify living from the inside out not the outside in.

Negative beliefs and negative talk………you must take control over; if you desire to move in your calling and assignment! disempowering beliefs about yourself is a bad habit and habits can be changed. How do we change? By the renewing of our mind in spirit and attitude. Attitude is your thoughts, feelings and behavior.

Here are a few tips to help you start to change your confining beliefs that are holding you hostage.

Know who you are on the inside.
Know who’s you are; you belong to God.
Start to put new empowering habits in place.
You must choose to let go of painful negative disempowering, thoughts, attitudes, and feelings
You must rebuild and re-image your self image.

Ask yourself:
What thoughts and feelings am I living from?
* Are they empowering me?
If not, it is time to do something about it and
only I can do it!
* Am I allowing my spirit to guide me and live
from the inside out? Or am I allowing the the
outside to control my beliefs?
