The disproportionate termination of Black Women from Corporate America. What happens to Black women once they have been terminated? Are they just discarded and left to do life alone? What impact is this having on their lives?

HeartBeat welcomed Dr. Karen Johnson (Dr. J) this evening to hear what this past year has brought to her. You will want to have a listen to this. This is beyond powerful - to hear what she - and many other Black women are experiencing in the workplaces - and what their life is like afterwards.

A conversation for ALL WOMEN. When women are contributing to other women's "takedowns" - without a second thought to what mean girl behavior - or an unacceptance of differences in people brings forward - and leadership who want to play it safe - and hiring other Black people to destroy Black people.

This system of "performance management" - herein referred to as the 911 system in business - is a system that must be revamped. We must ALL do better.
