Lesley Ann graduated from MSISS in 2007.
Lesley Anns describes her career as a portfolio career. She began as a Management Consultant before moving into Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2018 Lesley Ann took a very brave decision to take a break and look at her career holistically.
In doing so, she was able to refocus and decided to start her own business in Strategy Consultancy & Leadership Coaching. She also uses her MSISS skills to give back - in a transformative initiative for Irelands Mental Health services. www.kyriefarm.ie
Melanie graduated from MSISS in 1993.
Melanie has had a long and varied career in Finance in New York City, beginning in the IT side before moving into Investor Relations. Melanie now lives and works in Florida but spent lockdown back on home soil in Co. Carlow.

Cathy graduated from MSISS in 1991.
She recounts the early years of MSISS, the sense of community in the Stats Dept and her Musical & Dramatic Society days in TCD.
Cathy went on to become Co-Founder and CEO of Analytics Company Presidion before it was successfully sold in 2018. Cathy describes how the company grew, entering new markets until its successful sale.
Along with being CEO, Cathy is also mum to 4 children. She describes how she often felt guilty before finding a very simple solution to manage her time. Cathy also describes her number one nugget which is self care - ensuring your own well being to the benefit of yourself and others.
