We here at Luigi's Gaming Lounge know just how vital it is to look after your mental health. Myself (Luigi) having an extensive history with mental health as far back as I can remember, I really wanted to touch base as I know from personal experience just how horrendous dealing with poor mental health is. For me video games have always given me a place where I can shut off from the constant worries of everyday life and allow myself to feel relaxed. Like anything though, over consumption can also lead to negative effects, we discuss this all in this episode.

With the news floating around that Take Two have three remasters in development rumoured to be GTA 3, GTA Vice City & GTA San Andreas, I asked the crew what remasters they would like to see.
