This is one of the biggest topics that I wanted to tackle in a podcast and so I have made it my first podcast (after the welcome).
I'm not against cardio by any means, cardiovascular exercise is amazing for heart and lung health and a host of other benefits.
However, it's the notion that to lose body fat you NEED to do some sort of cardiovascular activity.
Some also pair that with calorie restriction, which is just a recipe for disaster.
So, what is the best way? Listen/watch the podcast to find out.
Please, if you have any questions then by all means let me know!
