In this episode, I speak about my own personal struggles of outgrowing my environment and a different alternative of adjusting other than neglect and isolation. Before you leave your job and get rid of your friends that don't resonate with your spirit anymore, first, consider how you can manipulate your environment to favor your reality. You have the power to intervene and change your environment into whatever you want it to be, so invest in your environment just as much as yourself to induce an abundance of growth.

I wish someone would have told young Chardai that people will always find a reason to judge you, and they only choose to judge you because they can never imagine themselves being you. We are all individuals with different lifestyles and beliefs, so don't let judgement stop you from living how you want to live. It is not their job to live like you or accept you, so let your true self live free because they will always judge you regardless.

Love others just as much as you love yourself because as humans we evolve, and our own reality could easily turn into someone else's. Love yourself as if you woke up tomorrow as a different person because someday, you will be a different person as you continue to grow and apply yourself.

Solitude and the feeling of loneliness isn't as terrible as you may think. You can turn something into a blessing just as easily as you can label it as distasteful. All of my life, I haven't had many friends, so I was forced to accept and love my own company. In this episode, I share with you how I learned to love myself and become my own best friend.

Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you'll be criticized anyway. You'll be damned if you do and damned if you don't.    - Eleanor Roosevelt

I adore that quote by Eleanor Roosevelt because people are always going to try to project their opinion no matter what you do or say, so express yourself unapologetically. Your true self will thank you.

The mind is our greatest asset, and it is capable of so many things greater than our comprehension. The mind serves as the foundation of all our endeavors. In this episode, I will explain to you how you can manipulate your mind to change your reality.

Side Note: Please excuse all the wind and the helicopter in the background. I was at work, but my spirit lead me to record at that moment because I had a lot on my mind. Don't let the background noise stop you from learning and exploring your true self.
