Breathe, reflect, be grateful, set intentions and align yourself with all that you want. What A Life is a personal journal podcasts hosted by Nandipha Indiphile. The aim of this podcast is to share my personal journey and hopefully help others through theirs with the material of this podcast. NB: TAKE EVERYTHING WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.
Hey my lovelies. October marks the month I started this podcast. It has been an incredible journey, each year I get better and I hope to get better with you guys! <3
The new season requires us to be outside the comfort zone for the sake of growth and maximum satisfaction. To encourage this topic further I’d like to invite you to let go of fear and live freely even on unfamiliar grounds. Read my blog post to expand further on this! <3 . https://theamazingworldofindiphile.wordpress.com/2023/09/17/unfamiliar-ground-living-and-letting-go/
In living a life that feels good to you, we should understand that negative emotions may still arise. That is completely normal. But we should continue to live with the end goal in mind, do things that make you feel good. Be mindful of the things that raise your vibration and add that to your daily life. This is how you live through contrast. Here’s a link to the blog post that inspired this podcast(by me as well): https://theamazingworldofindiphile.wordpress.com/2023/08/10/living-through-contrast/
Tap in! We have officially entered the last part of the year. And I have put this episode together to remind everyone that the year is not over, you can still achieve one or a few more of your goals. If your goal for 2023 was to be free or happy, you can still experience that. Keep your eyes on the prize, you can still win! Be mindful of now, be mindful of the things that bring you closer to the happier you, <3.
Repentance according to Neville Goddard is turning away from our old thoughts to reach our desirable marks (goals). In attempting to live a more fulfilling life adapt fulfilling thoughts. And you want abundance have thoughts on abundance. What you want is often a thought away from creation. To find out more about my thoughts on Habits and changing your mind, please go read my blog post- https://theamazingworldofindiphile.wordpress.com/2023/08/28/habits-changing-my-mind/
Is it August already?! Omg! Hello my lovelies, welcome back to my dear diary podcase. On this episode of What a Life we talk about a characteristic that women know all too well. Resilience. While celebrating Women's Month in SA, I am seeing the need to be resilient even in my soft and feminine era. I hope we all find the strength to be present and be hopeful that the process will be forth it.
Welcome or welcome back to my Dear Diary podcast. In tracking the progress of any new journey, we can sometimes feel like it difficult to achieve our goals. But consistency is the key and remembering why we began on the journey.
Hello my lovelies, welcome to my Dear Diary Podcast! On this episode we are discussing the new journey I have decided to go on. Routine living, baby! Since I don't practically know what the future holds I have found solace in routine. Our daily acts contribute to our future in big ways, and I am actively choosing a mindful regime . Que sera sera, but make it intentional.
Welcome and welcome back to my Dear Diary podcast <3
This episode is inspired by Abraham Hicks rampages of appreciation. In making sure that today continues to be a good day, I start my day with a rampage of how I appreciate my good day and all that is in it. Starting your day with this interlude to self and the universe often helps put me in a good mood as I receive clear communication on my path and as I choose the life that feels good to me! I hope it resonates with you and I hope it puts you in a good mood, which in tern equates to alignment! Ciao, love ya!
Hey my loves <3 Happy 2023! We are finally on the double digits episodes. For this milestone, we are speaking greatness upon our lives by doing these I AM Affirmations. These aren't just affirmations but our daily truth. Thank you for the listens fand may life continue to unfold in the most beautiful manner possible. You are loved and cared for
On today's episode we explore the power of gratitude. As we begin the year let us start off on the right foot.
Welcome to me Personal Journal podcast AKA My Dear Diary podcast. And on this 'Dear diary' entry I am discussing my experience and perspective on meditation. Enjoy. And continue to choose peace, love and wholesomeness, love and light.
No one deserves to experience trauma or hurt, unfortunately people experience and go through it. And I wish we could be aware of the good things and situations we deserve. In this podcast episode or rather in this 'dear diary' entry I talk about healing and how necessary it is. We are not our bad emotions or traumas and I hope we all see the need to heal from whatever it is we are dealing or have dealt with. May we continue to grow and see while also welcoming the light that is in our lives daily. I love you all. I wish you all genuine happiness and prosperity all the days of your lives.
'The Shadow' is a concept that psychologist Gustav Jung researched, it is about healing the bad or dark side of ourselves that we do not face or even think is there. With the energy of the full moon still being present, let go of the bad emotions and challenge good energy by first facing the bad side and healing it. NB: This episode was recorded in March, I bet you can tell from my intro. Love and light. May we continue to unlearn, heal and grow
Welcome back to my "Dear Diary" podcast, I hope you guys enjoy this episode. Alignment is in the now and disregarding the past and the future, it is positioning yourself with your inner self, inner wants and needs in the now. May the universe continue to bathe you in unconditional love, feel it and move in it. Love and light lovelies <3
Welcome to my dear diary podcast. Life is fully experienced in this moment, not in your past that is filled with memories or in the unknown future but in the now. Love and light my lovelies. The author I quote in this episode, the one who's name I fail and cannot pronounce is Paulo Coelho, and his insightful book is titled The Alchemist. It is a MUST READ
Welcome to episode #3 of my 'Dear Diary' podcast. I started this podcast after a self-awareness exercise, I I realized in order to move forward in my life I had to be outside my comfort-zone by talking about parts of my journey, and answer the questions that make me feel uncomfortable. Here is the link to the video of the self-awareness exercise I participated in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0AUWCADWmk
Life is a consistent journey of growth, and the journey is the destination. May goodness and abundance know you and may you know and see goodness and abundance in all the areas of your life, love and light.
Take everything with a grain of salt. Remember to offer yourself love and gentleness when you can. I hope you enjoy my "dear diary" entry for tonight. I'd really appreciate your feedback and suggestions for following episodes. May peace and joy continuously flow to you all. Thank you for the support.
